Started off in service with a bit of a hiccup on m...

Started off in service with a bit of a hiccup on my eco diesel. I then strolled up to the front where I was greeted by Jay Hendricks. He calmed my nerves a bit to start. We then proceeded to the lot where I had been eyeing a truck as I passed for a few weeks. At first I thought it to be a bit out of my price range. To my suprise after some negotiation and checking with other dealers he convinced me it was well worth it to stick with Ram. I couldn't be happier. He never felt pushy. The finance guy was also very nice when compared to other experiences. Needless to say I'm a happy customer of 8 years now with Lee Ram albeit this was my first purchase of a new vehicle from them. From the service to the sales to the finance. These guys are top notch! I will be back!

Matt Ellis hooked us right up with our new Jeep. He told me he would make it happen and he did!! He returned all of our phone calls and text. I think Matt is a hard working salesman and LEE Chrysler Dodge is fortunate to have him on board. We are so pleased with our purchase and will buy from them again.

Their service department is unorganized and unprof...

Their service department is unorganized and unprofessional. After a courtesy vehicle was not available on July 26th at the time of my first scheduled maintenance for my vehicle I scheduled an appointment for the 9th of August when I was told there would be courtesy vehicles available. Upon arrival I was told that the Service Associate "Chris" tells customers all the same thing and that is, "if they are available, we can give you one but there is a list...". I asked them to tell me what I should do and I was told that they would call me when something becomes available. I feel that the employee was brushing my concerns to the side so he could get back to his day. I have concerns about how these visits have gone and how they will continue to be handled in the future as this is only my first scheduled maintenance...

The team there were awesome to deal with. I was able to find this truck cheaper than other places and worked with Jay Hendricks through the whole process. Jay was very responsive to my phone calls and questions, took the time to find out what I was looking for and delivered a truck to me on the very first try.
Matt was awesome to deal with in finance as well. Such a great group of people. Call Jay if you are looking a car or truck.

Rocky start but what a finish! Called in after finding a car on autotrader. My attempt to gather information didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked and didnt feel I wanted to move forward. But the next day I received a call from Amy Norris. She followed up and took the deal over. I absolutely had one of the best car buying experiences. She sent me videos, immediately responded back to questions, got me in touch with Matt the finance mgr. he was great to work with and even delivered the car and paperwork!

Found a low mileage used vehicle on their web site...

Found a low mileage used vehicle on their web site via an Auto Trader search. Had no idea how close they were to my town of Wendell (30 minutes down 264). Easy to get to. I emailed for more information on Saturday night. They called me Monday morning and I went and saw the vehicle on Tuesday morning. I worked with Vince Pomante who was a personable guy and let me take an extended demo for the day and even let my mechanic take a look at it. If a dealer won't let you take a vehicle to your mechanic - run. This one let me. We closed the deal that evening and met the General Manager, Sandra - pleasant lady who really made me feel like a valued customer. I was also introduced to Tiffany in the service department who was gracious enough to squeeze me in the next morning (the Wed before Thanksgiving) to double check some items. Everyone was very nice. There was no pushiness, even in the $ room when the deal was finalized. Love my new (to me) truck and Lee Chrysler will be the first place I look when I need another car. I've bought from 6 other dealers over my life - some were good and some were awful. This was the best experience, bar none.

Very nice and professional. Took care of my needs and got me on my way very quickly.
My visit today 2/29/29020 - I arrived 7am while the business says it opens at 9 am which I checked on the web when I arrived . So I figured I'll be first and wait. A gentle came out and asked what I needed. I said came in for an oil change. I'm not a mind reader and the Web says open at 9. I arrived early at 7 so I could be the first customer. My character was drug thru the mud. My boss gets an email that I looked drunk or high???? I've never had a drink in my 52 years on this earth, Never been high nor have I ever used drugs in my life. I didn't drive in an improper way. But my character and the chance to be fired is now what I face. Well Service center thank you for making your assumptions about me. I suffer with being a diabetic but I was neither asleep nor was there anything wrong with me. Your website states that you open at 9 am all week. I hoped and arrived to be first and hoping you opened at 7. But thank you for your assumptions and defaming my character.

First time there, fast , friendly and professional. Going back next week. They speak Cummins.... (Assist handle ) wow went back color didn't match ( was told they are the same color) They are not {12 people agreed with color being wrong} on the replacement part. Moving on next issue. Recall done valve body and spacer. Drove approximately 50 miles check engine light flashing . Earliest available appointment would be 16 Nov 2020. This dealership is 45 miles away.

Lee CJD in Wilson is one of the most comfortable dealerships I have been to. The staff is very accommodating, refreshingly low pressure, and treated my family like family rather than a pay check. My sales person was Tony O! I had been looking on the internet for several months trying to find the right car -even spoke to a few dealers about what I was wanting but never heard from them. I was wanting either a Mustang or a Chrysler 200. I had taken my vehicle in to get an inspection but got a lot more. Tony was in the service dept and I told him I like the 200 convertible I had seen online and he had already sold it. So of course he wanted to show me something else. I saw the Dodge 2013 Challenger and immediately fell in love with it. I've always love RED. If you need a new vehicle see Tony. He really loves what he does and you will walk away very happy!! Thanks Tony!! :)

Complete and utter disaster of a service departmen...

Complete and utter disaster of a service department. I brought my Grand Cherokee in due to weak spray coming from windshield washer nozzles. I was advised the nozzles were cracked and there was a small crack in the line leading to the nozzles and that they would replace both the line and nozzle. Okay, fine.

I picked up the Jeep and later that day tested it and still had the same problem...weak pressure. I take it back and the service advisor (William) stated the technician had apparently not tested the washer pump when he performed the service and the pump was actually bad. This makes me question whether the nozzles and line were even a problem at all. I leave my vehicle with the dealership and they order a new pump. It took over a week to get a pump and at least two to three days after the pump allegedly arrived before they finally call and say they have it fixed.

Again, I leave (believing the problem was fixed) only to find that the spray coming from one of the new nozzles was incorrect. I returned to the dealership only to have the service advisor (William) argue that it was supposed to be like that when I showed him what it was doing. I then said he was wrong and demanded he take a look at a similar Grand Cherokee on the lot to prove it was not correct, at which point he did and acquiesced to my demand to fix it.

I should not have had to bring my Jeep in several times for what should have been a relatively simple fix. The lack of attention to detail when diagnosing the original problem, the purported "fix", and the advisor's insistence that everything was working properly until he was proven wrong is inexcusable.

I have been considering a new Grand Cherokee but I can guarantee you beyond the shadow of a doubt, I will not step foot on Lee CDJR again for service and most definitely not for a new vehicle. This dealership is an absolute disaster. I only wish Jeep had sent me a survey because I would fully have told them about my experience.

Excellent experience! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Calif especially did an awesome job from start to finish. He was transparent, friendly and down-to-earth! There was no pushiness to make a deal and he went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted. We definitely recommend Lee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Wilson!

Fast and friendly. It was a pleasure working with Lee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Trent Allen was thorough and cordial in all aspects of the transaction. We were impressed by the welcoming spirit and respect that we received from the entire dealership management through all phases of the deal from the initial inquiry, through negotiations and the close. The followup is great, too.

The trip from Raleigh to Wilson couldn't have been more worth while.

I have never dealt with such a rude service department. They have a bunch of reasons why they can t do something and don t take the effort to help the customer. I even talked with the service manager and he spewed the same lines. I will never use them again. They are no where near customer focused. If you have to use a dealer, pick another one.

2021 Dodge Ram, purchased March 2nd, 800 miles... ...

2021 Dodge Ram, purchased March 2nd, 800 miles... Passenger door is slanted horribly. Purchased the vehicle near dark so didn't notice it until the following day. Made and appointment to get it repaired, Jason in Service makes and appointment for it to be fixed 2 weeks out via bodyshop. The following day Service manager "Derrick Brown" calls says this is a very common thing, no big deal that I can put my fingers in between the doors when they are fully closed. They attempted to make me feel ignorant because they don't want Chrysler to foot the bill via there dealership. Won't return and won't advise other to either. Don't understand how dealerships like this have the ratings they do.

The offer makes it sound like the prize that 99.9 percent people get is a $5,000 shopping spree at Walmart. In reality, you get a shopping card to use online for knick knacks that ain't worth much and you pay for anyway in shipping and handling charges.

Roy was our salesman...he did a great job presenting the vehicle, while not being overbearing. Matt did a great job getting us the best financing & term that worked best for us. Eventhough it was time for the dealership to close, we never felt rushed. Dealership was clean with plenty of inventory.

What a great experience! My wife and I drove 4 hours to work with these guys. My brother referred us to these guys and I am glad he did. The deal was super simple to work out and they gave us everything we asked for in the deal. We did a ton of shopping around and these guys were by far the most honest and easiest to work with. Jay our sales associate was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very detailed throughout the process and did a phenomenal job with follow up. I highly recommend giving these guys a chance to earn your business!
