Lee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Review

The service department and especially Armin B did a tremendous job in taking care of all of our service needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I've only had experience with the "Service" Dept but here's a sneak peek of the last 10 months...

1st visit:
(Oil change and tire rotation)
-Paid for 5 tire rotation but got 4 and no one mentioned it to me. Luckily life has me trained. They told me they were unable to get the spare off so they couldnt do it but still managed to charge me and not tell me. Turns out a JEEP Dealership doesnt have access to a JEEP lug key. #Wow
-Gave me the wrong service ticket and sticker in my vehicle so, I'm assuming someone else had my personal info.
-I had to go back but they did give me a free oil change and rotation.

2nd visit:
(Oil change and tire rotation)
-Went incredibly well and the lounge is awesome... Not to mention the wifi actually works!
-Not one thing I could remotely complain about. They were awesome.

3rd visit:
(Warranty radiator replacement, Oil change, tire rotation)
-I'll preface this by saying the people are very friendly and approachable not to mention the courtesy vehicle was very comfortable... But a week and a half for a radiator swap with no calls or updates!?
-Oil change and FIVE tire rotation... Check!
-Warranty work on radiator... wreck! I never heard anything after being told originally it wouldn't take more than a week, and shouldn't have, so i called. Told they didnt know the status. Call monday after no update all day... Told it would be ready by 5:30pm. Called before I left (again, life has trained me well). Not ready yet but told it would be first thing Tuesday and they would call me when it was done. Noticing a pattern? Called Tuesday afternoon bc I hadnt heard anything all day and told it's not quite finished but should be by 5:30pm and they would call me when it was finished. I call again before I leave work, bc i hadnt heard from anyone still, and they said it was ready.
-It's not over folks...
-Pick it up and drive to work Wednesday to find it running hot and smelling the sweet aroma of coolant when I go to lunch. So, I pop the hood to find my engine has been bathed in coolant because the radiator cap wasn't closed properly.
-Again, this is a dealership and supposed to be a higher standard of service (at least they charge for it).
-I call back, really irritated but realizing it could have been an honest mistake, I asked that they just rinse it off and replace the coolant. They were very apologetic and again, offered me a free service next time.
-You would think that was it...
-Today, I receive a text from the service dept that reads, "can you send me a pic of your registration so we can send it to Chrysler to get paid on the radiator replacement? -Thanks"
-Feeling the confidence in the work quality yet?

Maybe my experience is a fluke but if I'm so nervous about the attention to detail from a CERTIFIED JEEP SERVICE DEPT to the point I wont let them do (another) free service... ??? #ProceedWithCaution

I'll be driving out of town for my Jeep service needs from now on. (Or so I thought... See updated review for how they went above and beyond to earn back my respect and my business.)

Hands down the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership! My sales representative was Josh R. and he was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Matt who handled the finanical aspects of the transaction was a rockstar! Highly recommend this dynamic team in Wilson.

When I 1st bought my truck from here (2016) everything was wonder. But when I had my 1st incident with my truck, I hit a man hole and my tire rim and tire sensor were destroyed, of course I took it to the dealer seeing how I am covered with 3 different insurances for these types of incidents. Thinking I would experience something wonder. BUT NO!!! I was treated like a criminal. Like I was the blame and cause for the damage. I was lied to about what needs to be done...lied to about what was done. Then eventually I had to take my truck back to them because something still wasn't right with the alignment they had done. But of course I was treated like it was my fault AGAIN!! Was accused of letting someone tamper with my truck. The sales lady (Tiffany) even was nasty enough to leave a nasty note on my receipt BLAMING ME!!! So I wind up having to take my truck to another shop and guess what they told me...the dealership left a bult loose witch is why my truck kept falling out of alignment!! Things could have been sooo much worse had I not taking my truck else where. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone ever
They would rather put u in harm's way than to own up to their own mistakes!! Horrible customer service!!!

We drove an hour away to get our new Chrysler 300c loaded red/ velvet pearl a beautiful car. They found exactly what we wanted in this vehicle an found it in Manasses VA. Which only took a day to get it. It's everything I wanted an more. The salesman Johnny Cob is the best. I would definitely recommend Lee Chrysler an the best salesman for the task at hand. I highly recommend this dealership. I've never written a review about any company ever but was compelled to after my experience with them. The purchase of my truck was done with ease starting with the salesman Brooks who listened to my desires and executed with the perfect truck. The sales manager gave me a great price on my trade in and we closed the deal with Matt the finance man! After shopping rates myself the night before, Matt secured a rate one point less than I could have on my own.
If you want to deal with a wonderful company, give Lee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram the business!

Grant is a phenomenal dude. Really cool and down to earth. I appreciate how honest he was and how much of a non sales vibe he gave off. Buying my first car from him was a blast and stress free. Everyone knows when you go to a dealership, you get this vibe of, ohhhhh I'm paying too much or I'm gonna be swindled into something I don't want. Or feel like those people are slick, not with Grant. He makes you feel like an honest friend and that's what I look for. He just makes you feel like you're driving a new car with your at home friends and everything is worry free. If you want to go get a car from here, don't see anyone but Grant. Keep on rocking man!

Armin Chris and Tiffany in the service department are amazing. Absolutely love the service department have been to several dealerships and by far this is the best service i have ever gotten. They go above and beyond for their customers! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Was looking that iconic Wrangler and having all types of issues in getting into one. Went many places looking with no one wanting to work with me. Called Chris and in just a few hours he had the exact one I wanted and I signed the paperwork and away I went! Just that simple! When I pulled up on the lot Chris himself, the salesman, was out polishing the Jeep Wrangler Freedom Edition I wanted, and did I mention that HE went to pick it up from another town! THAT'S SERVICE! I take my Jeep to this dealership's service department each and every single time I need service. The service department is amazing...and I would recommend them over any other service department...the very best. However, I cannot say the same thing about sales or management. I have reached out to various members of the sales team, and sales management, and either I don't hear from anyone...or its' days and days later. No one is eager to assist you when you want to buy or lease a vehicle. It's almost like they sell so many vehicles, they don't care about "one more customer". No wonder I've purchased every other Jeep from Raleigh or Cary...more than an hour away...because their sales people and management actually respond and want my business.

I personally work here and have bought multiple of my own vehicles from here. Absolutely class A service!!

My wife and I bought another car today (1/22/18). This was our fifth or six vehicle that we've bought from Lee CDJR (and Cox Dodge). They have always been great to deal with, very honest, and will bend over backwards to get you into the car you want. Sandra and Tony were great to deal with. Next time I need a car I will be coming back here. Don't hesitate to give them a try. Even if you live out of town it will be worth your drive.

I'm a repeat customer, have always experienced great customer service both on the sales room floor and in the service department. Our salesman,Josh Whitley worked with us to secure the deal we wanted. We've had several Jeep Grand Cherokees over the years. The quality of the Grand Cherokee and the customer service provided by Lee keeps bringing us back.
