Price was good, but service is horrible. Paid for my rv on 4/30/16, still do not have title (7/5/16). Was told by Lazy Days on 6/28 that the title had a lien on it and was released last week. (remember, I paid it in full on 4/30) I was promised by the Tag and Title Department the title would be over-nighted to me on Wed of last week, nothing yet. Only one person returns telephone calls, that is the Sales Manager. After we negotiated a price for the rv, I was telephoned by Lazy Days on 4/30/16 at 4:40 pm, that I could only get the quoted price if I paid by 6 pm on 4/30/16 (Saturday). Lazy Days had not yet processed my loan application, so I had to pay with two credit cards. I was promised the cards would be paid no later than May 5. They were not paid until mid-May, only after I emailed the Company owner.
We live in WV. When I purchased the rv, I advised Lazy Days that my friend who lives in Tampa would take delivery of the rv at her home. I was told that was fine as long as no one would pull the rv w/o the proper weight capacity. After I paid for the rv, Lazy Days called me and said they were unable to delivery the rv to a home. It had to be delivered to a campground or be picked up by us. I frantically called campgrounds and paid for 3 months' lot rent up front so the rv could be delivered as instructed by Lazy Days. The next day, Lazy Days called again advising me that they could not deliver the rv to the campground, but could only release it to us. Again, we live in WV. After much deliberation and $650, a private delivery company delivered the rv to us in WV. There are other challenges we face, but the above are the most challenging. I would not recommend Lazy Days unless the Sales Manager , Demond McKinley, handles your transaction personally. He is a class act.
