Terrible experience. Upon delivery of our brand new travel trailer we noticed quite a few items requiring attention. This unit did not seem like the one we looked at originally. After a full day (5+ hours) of trying to take our new travel trailer home, going over everything, and making a list for service to fix, we didn t even have a temporary tag. We were told the coach was completely ready to go. The list of items will be itemized further in this review. After taking this coach out for the first time, we noticed a multitude of things that should have been caught on their PDI (pre delivery inspection). After that trip, which was not enjoyable because of the lack of items working, we called and spoke to a sales manager (Demond) who was not open to making things right in our eyes, and relied upon well fix it. On a side note, it has been a month and we have not been able to get things fixed because their parts have not come in. After that long conversation, and following up with our delivery manager, we were furious. At this point we d rather have a new one. Why pay upwards of $38,000 tax tag and title (for a brand new unit) to have something that s broken? If we wanted a broken trailer we would have bought it used! Now we have to drag this thing back to where we bought it (45 minutes away) just to have it fixed and I really don t know how long it will be there for. After reading the other reviews both for sales and service, if we had know their reputation we would have never done business with them. It s been a very frustrating time, and lazy days has officially lost any trust we had in them. We are still waiting for the tag to come in, it s been 30 days today. Lazy days is just that, lazy. We will be having our coach serviced regularly elsewhere once repairs are completed. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, not even someone I don t like.
So far we have spoke to:
Rod Nichols (salesman)
Demond (sales manager)
Rodrigo Torres (delivery manager)
Jane Carter (customer satisfaction)

Attempted communication at higher levels of management, no response.

List of items that need to be fixed
1. Body damage on slide out
2. Hole in awning
3. DVD player not functioning
4. Outdoor speaker not functioning
5. Black tank rinse not functioning
6. Outside kitchen sink leaking
7. Damage to cabinets/doors
8. One entry door does not work properly
9. Bathroom walls coming apart
10. Shower liner coming off the wall
11. AC not functioning properly
12. Missing docking station cover (fixed, need new key that matches other locks)
13. Missing caps on tire valves
14. Cabinets not aligned/ not closing properly
15. Under bed storage missing screws for shock (to hold bed up) (fixed)
16. Blinds will not stay up (behind recliners)
17. Silicone seal around the coach is peeling and causing trim to come loose

We cannot use the coach until these things are taken care of.
