I am currently lease two Jeeps with Lawless and had no intention to upgrade either one of them until they sent an email stating i was selected to a VIP upgrade!!! Lucky me...This erroneous deal states i could upgrade to a newer model with no money down and lower my monthly payment. normally i would be sceptical but my wife and i just did this with another dealership for her leased vehicle and it was an amazing experience with no BS I did my due diligence anyway and called Lawless about this amazing deal and asked some basic question like Would either of my vehicles qualify and the Sales associate says ABSOLUTELY!!! several times, so i asked him if i could email him any information to verify my current vehicles to save me a trip and he said NO you have to come down so a manager can look at my current leased vehicle. So i made an appointment for that night and went down and was prepared to start another lease. I Met with a salesman and told him why i was there, he sak ok and left to go talk to a manager??? and within 3 minutes he comes back and says no we can't do that... did not even look at my car that they needed to see? bottom line two managers reached out and basically brushed it off and said " we will talk to the employee because he was reading the information wrong" . Sometimes in Business you have to honor what you say,even if it means you are on the losing end and in this case they have lost me as a customer moving forward simply because of their deceiving practices.

My sales man was very nice. No issues With him. The issue i had was, i test drove and bought the car a certain way. And when i picked it up there's a half moon looking crack type thing on the windshield right in my line of vision that was not there. It was even confirmed by my salesman that it was NOT there when i test drove it. They won't replace the windshield, and told me to go through insurance. I feel really bad about it, and nothing i can do i have to drive my car like this or go through insurance and file a claim. I don't think it's fair at all but nothing i can do.

Lawless has an excellent service department. I brought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have the windshield washer repaired and while I was there I decided to have the oil changed and Dave said no problem. I dropped the car off at 8am and it was done at 10am. When I left the car Dave asked me if I needed a ride! Great experience.

Long story short, I drove up from Nashville and my car wouldn't start one morning. Took it to Firestone and they went as far as they could. They recommended Lawless. So I plopped my Jeep in their lap. They managed to discover the problem, recommend solutions and due to me being out of state allowed me to help problem solve. Steve was awsome. I found a fuel pump out in AZ and had it sent overnight to save another weekend in MA. Bob and the Tech on hand received it Saturday morning and communicated with me all day until completion. Heroes in my book. And I never say that about dealership repair depts. Thank you again Lawless Jeep

They performed as expected to inspect my vehicle for a safety recall. Glad they provided me with a loaner so I did not have to stay there.
Update: 8.3.2020
I was hoping that the good service would continue. Due to the W46 recall, you performed the initial inspection on 6/24/2020. Then I got the notification from Chrysler indicating that parts are available to address this recall. So I called a couple of weeks back to confirm and make an appointment, which was scheduled for today. Then David tells me that this was another inspections and the parts need to ordered. This is not acceptable. Given the VIN number, the necessary parts should have been ordered in the first place (even if additional parts are required). We all need to avoid multiple trips during this pandemic for every ones safety. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks for the parts? I would really like it to be completed this week. Please let me know how you are going to address this issue. I need this resolved as today was an unnecessary waste of my time.

This auto buying experience was by far, hands down, the best experience I have ever had. I went to Lawless Chrysler Jeep Dodge on the recommendation of a friend. I was pleasantly surprised at how I was treated. My salesman Matt Saia was the very best I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He had a fantastic knowledge of his automobiles both to purchase and lease. I feel he was very honest with me about everything and answered every question I presented to him. He did not pressure me and let me make my own decision on what I wanted. I feel I received the best deal possible anywhere. I was also very impressed with the sales manager, Chris Chapman . I could not be more happy with the treatment I received, especially from Matt Saia. I ended up Leasing a Jeep Patriot Latitude and my daughter-in-law purchased a Jeep Cherokee. I have dealt with several dealerships and salesmen, but none have been as professional and courteous as Matt and Chris!! I would absolutely recommend Lawless Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone looking to buy or lease one of their automobiles I also have been told by several customers that they also have an excellent service dept. I don't know how much more I can say about my positive experience at this dealership and especially with Matt Saia my salesman.!!

Wasnt to happy today, no where to park ,I called ahead yesterday gave credit card over phone thinking I'm paying for part NOW and I said a couple of times run the card now today dont wait till tomorrow. I WANT IT PAID FOR NOW.....I want it paid for and slip ready I want to stop by and have part paid for and ready to go. I know how busy it can be and parts has to wait on service guys...the whole idea behind calling ahead and paying first is to guarantee part is there and will be there and fast in and out. I only have a half hour 10 minutes to get there 10 minutes to return so if I waste 5 minutes waiting for a parking spot that leaves me 5 minutes get in and out .didnt like that all my credit card info is sitting around on a piece of paper. RUN it and shred it. I wasted few extra minutes, I ended up pulling my card out of wallet and swiping it just to get me out faster.The last thing i said was I want to know if there is a problem with my card going through,,,call me back if there is.... if you dont call then I know my card went through. Sorry I put my trust in something so simple picking up a 30.00 part

Terrible customer service. Employees are not driven to help customers, they all just sit around on their phones. When we approached them asking for help, they were very rude. This isn t how car dealerships usually work, the employee should be the one working for the sale, not the customer.

STAY AWAY! Run don't walk from these guys. I bought a used car there that was a hybrid vehicle and supposed to be getting 28 to 34 MPG s which good gas mileage was my main criteria in buying a car. From the start I was barely getting 17 mpg so clearly there was a problem. I brought it to them 3 times and they kept telling me the car was fine, they never kept the car more than 24 hours so I don't think they put much effort in to looking for a problem. I asked them to bring it to a GM dealer since it was a GM car to see if they could diagnose it. They told me they called GM to troubleshoot over the phone. Finally I spoke to the used car manager James and he told me he would work a deal for me to trade the car in for something else but he had to get his bosses to sign off. For six weeks this guy led me on believing this was going to be the case. He even had me test drive other vehicles to replace it with. I kept calling him asking what was going on and he kept reassuring me it was going to be taken care of and not to worry. After enough time passed that I couldn't act on the lemon law he told me there was nothing could do except offer me a rock bottom trade in price which was $5000 less than I had paid for it three months earlier. This is when I discovered I could no longer get help through the lemon law and that I had been scammed. Consummate scam artist car dealers.

I recently leased my first Jeep through Lawless, working with Michael P. I will be fully transparent in saying that I was a loyal Toyota customer for my last 3 leases but wanted to at least check out a different model and test drive something new and different. Within about an hour I committed to my first Jeep! I was so impressed by the dealership overall and Michael's helpfulness and eagerness to find me something that was a great fit for ME and my family without any pressure or pushing. He really allowed me to take the time I needed to weigh some options and help me make a great choice. I felt so at ease with the process that my visit turned from "just looking" to signing that day. From that point on, the whole process was seamless. Paperwork, picking up the car and the walk through of all details and features was a breeze. I am so happy we used Lawless for our the new car, I know I am in good hands working with them and feel confident recommending them to friends and family. Thank you to Michael and the team at Lawless for converting me to the Jeep family!

Dimitar is the greatest!!! My husband and I could have not asked for better quality of customer sevice and honesty than this man.
We had been shopping around from dealer to dealer and luckily strolled into Lawless Chrysler Jeep and walked out with a BRAND NEW Jeep Liberty with a great price but also made a good business friend. Immensely greatful to Dimitar.

I bought a car from them 2 months ago and it has been the worst decision I have ever made in terms of financing a vehicle, and this is my 5th. Of course in the beginning everything seems great and everyone is eager to help, but once everything is said and done that treatment pretty much goes out the door. I have not even made my second payment towards the loan and I have been complaining and going back to them since I picked the car up in December about issues that I am almost 100% sure they were aware of prior to selling me the car. It has truly been a nightmare and if I could take it back I would without thinking about it twice. Think long and hard before considering this place.

This dealership gave me the worst customer service experience of my life. I have had to bring my car back to the service department 4 times in the last 2 months for the same problem. I found out that they did not do their job the first time only because my service light went back on. Then i found out that I was lied to about where my car was the first time. And only after I took it to a different car care center did i find out that they made a huge mistake and missed something that could have gone very wrong and potentially hurt myself or someone else. The managers were extremely rude and condescending and the receptionist seemed almost incompetent. I would not recommend buying a car or getting a car serviced by them ever!

Update on my review: Mr. Jeff Wray did, indeed, help me with the process of disputing the lack of coverage on my service warranty. He called me to let me know that Lawless was going to reimburse half of my repair cost. I would have preferred the entire amount to be refunded - however I believe this is the best offer I will get. I thank Mr. Wray for standing behind his offer to help - and actually helping. I would now consider Lawless for my next vehicle purchase.

Avoid. Most disappointed with the management as everything below was reported, we were promised a callback, and they never bothered. So I want Lawless Jeep to know we ended up buying a brand new Jeep from somewhere else that gave us better service.

First salesman wanted to do his job and although a bit condescending to my wife we will forgive him as he is shall we say of an older generation.

Second salesman we were forced to deal with (because the first one wasn't around) was plain impolite. When we asked about Jeep model differences he asked gruffly "What models". If we knew what models we wouldn't be asking, no? We also asked about pre-owned and he told us to look on the web and seemed more interested in chatting with the receptionist. Every question was met with an attitude of "why don't you look for yourself". When we started comparing two cars, he insisted they were the same when the sticker CLEARLY showed differences, and we had to point this out to him. Final straw was when we said we would make a decision that night and he said we would have to deal with him instead of the previous salesperson (who frankly spent a lot more time and effort than he did) since the other person "wasn't here today". Just because we were making a decision that day doesn't mean we will be writing a check, and as mentioned, we wrote a check elsewhere anyway due to the poor service.

Order a part from them was told I could return it. If it wasn't the correct part after spending a half hr with them in parts Dept I went home called and decided to order it over the phone 1/9 I received the part it wasn't the right part So I returned it on 1/15 it is now 1/30 and refund has not been issued back to my account I called five times spoke to three different gentlemen each time was told they'd take care of it there was only one guy that could issue the refund and he's never in whenever I call.I called today and told them it's still hadn't been refunded I am at the bank now let's take care of it or I'm going to have to file a complaint/claim with the bank for my money again I was told the gentleman that handles the refund was not in.so I had to take my time to go into the bank with my receipts to file a claim /complaint on them because nobody could issue the refund. I even left a message for the district manager and he never returned my calls the one gentleman I've started this deal with Mike he was very nice I don't blame him when it came time for the refund he transferred me to Nick and to Pat neither one of them did anything same story every time I called we will handle it we will pass it on somebody else has to do the refund. Use caution when ordering parts from them I guess they're hoping I'll just forget about it and they be up a hundred bucks how often when your getting a refund do you actually go in and check to make sure it's gone through. I can honestly say I don't I usually have faith in the store I assume they'll just put the money back in my account but I've learned my lesson because of these people I will always be on top of these things. As of today I still have not gotten my refund for my part. So sad the people want to have a business but they don't care about how they run it you survive because of your customers you have to treat your customers better than you treat your family if you want to stay in business it is word of mouth that's where your business comes from I would not recommend this place for parts or any thing don't buy a car from them I'm sure you'll get treated the same way. Once they get your money they really could care less about you horrible way to do business the only reason they get one star from me is because I'm giving it to Mike the guy in the parts department that I spoke to the very first time I walked in there. Other than that they wouldn't get anything from me beware

They were both patient, kind, knowledgable and offered us the best deal on the car, ensuring all our needs were met and never pressuring us. Highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are looking for a new Jeep or Chrysler.

Worst follow through on warranty coverages. Each time I ve called (4 times now) I am told they cannot help me and I need to speak to another person. I am then directed to voicemail. So far I have left voicemails for service, sales, finance and parts. I have yet to have a call back from any department. I have purchased two Jeeps from there and will NEVER purchase from them again. If there was a negative star, I would have selected it.

Process improvement urgently needed. Yhis was a lease deal with some cash back on the trade equity. We concluded the agreement on a Friday night after 6 PM and took delivery on Saturday. The accounting department was closed so our cash out check could not be issued until Monday. OK. Informed the check would be ready around 11 AM we arrived at the dealership at 12:30 expecting the check. Not available. afetr waiting, and waiting and waiting the check was issued at 2:30. Two long hours cooling our heels to get OUR money. The reason was that the General Manger and part owner was in some meeting and he was the only one who could could approve the check. Guess he didn't even have 5 minutes available since the dealership opened in the morning. One would think that taking care of a NEW customer would have been the highest priority. Well after the 2 hour wait for OUR money the check was delivered to us by the accountant. The so called General Manager never showed his face and thus never apologized for the loooong delay in issuing our check. First and last time I will ever have any dealings with this dealer, even for service.

I visited the dealership after a few exchanges with the online manager - those interactions were superb, clear communications, not pushy, easy pricing guides to follow. It was what got me to make an appt with the dealership. Top Notch.

Upon arriving I was greeted by Junior (I had my dog by the way and I wasn't make to feel the least bit awkward about that). Junior again spoke honestly and candidly with me. Explain things without industry jargon, and although I haven't made a decision to purchase - he wished me well with the promise of a follow-up again in a friendly touchbase not aggressive or pushy at all.

Not sure if I will make a purchase here or not but I was very impressed with the team at Lawless.

Matt is awesome - very professional, knowledgeable, and insists on going the extra mile to make sure you are happy - before, during and after the purchase of your vehicle. When I picked up my new car, Matt reviewed each and every option, so I was comfortable and confident driving it.

Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful. Do yourself the favor and head over to Lawless and ask for Matt. I promise you, you will be glad you did. You will feel confident, knowing you are doing business with an establishment that truly cares.

My daughters boyfriend leased a Grand Cherokee Laredo last year and had an amazing all round experience.Several weeks ago my daughter went in to the dealership hoping to lease the same vehicle.When she was greeting at the door ,she told the salesperson she was just looking and wasn't quite ready to lease as yet because she needed to save a bit more money for the deposit .She said the salesperson said that is fine and preceded to thoroughly go over all the features of the Laredo and allow her to test drive as well,even knowing she wasn't ready to write a deal at that time.She said, he was friendly ,very caring and took care of her as if he was caring for his own daughter.I worked several years ago for four months, at a local dealership that would seize any opportunity to take advantage a young inexperienced person seeking to purchase there first car and so much appreciated how she was treated that I recently applyed for a job at this dealership .I would highly recommend Lawless to anyone seeking a purchase experience that will far exceeds their expectations

Worst dealership imaginable. Terrible customer service, I felt robbed. Quick summary of leasing a 2014 Patriot
- gave me completely false financial info, it was totally different on my lease papers.
- They then LOST my signed lease papers
- Gave me my car completely out of alignment
- "Fixed" the alignment - returned my car to me with rusty spare parts taking up my entire trunk
- The alignment is not fixed
- Water raining through my interior lights, all over radio, dash, sunroof controls, etc
- No loaner available for two weeks so they can look at my car.

After driving a jeep for the past eight years, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN

Hello. I really just wanted to Express my extreme dis satisfaction with the service I have received from lawless.. I bought a used jeep from lawless about 3 years ago and I have had an on going issue with my car that I have brought to lawless multiple times and each time my car was kept for a few days and I was charged a diagnostic fee and told hmmm we cant figure out why your car is shutting off on you while you drive....I have two children this is a serious safety issue and now I amm being told they cant even check it again until June 3rd...ok this is after I was told during my oil change I would get a call from the manager which I never did...I am a single mother I can not afford to keep throwing my money away...most importantly I NEED A SAFE VEHICLE FOR MY CHILDREN lawless should be absolutely ashamed.

The worst customer service I ever had at a dealership. They were happy to take my money, all finance done deposits made my trade-in title signed... but when I wanted to pickup my car for the third time, all scheduled appointments, they told me they didn't have the title for the car I paid for and would be at least a week. TELL ME THIS WHEN I'M LLOKING AT THE CAR.

If you're looking for a nice way to escape the summer heat, Lawless Jeep is the place for you. Their sales personnel are polite and happy to let you browse their showroom floor for up to two hours without ever inconveniencing you enough to view your trade or take you for a test drive.

For individuals with good credit and high-income, Lawless provides excellent charitable and tax write-off opportunities by conveniently offering half of your vehicle's market value in trade.

Overall A+ experience in the wasted-time category. Lawless comes highly recommended for those who have little else to do with their time.

We have been clients for many years and have had all positive experiences with Lawless, especially with the service department.
Many other interactions with car dealers have left us frustrated and upset which has never been the case with this dealership.
The staff is friendly and professional. The work done is outstanding and always completed on time and we are always informed of the type of work required and the finances involved.
If there were more stars available to be given, we would definitely add them to the level of service given and work done by the service department!

Went in for an oil change and headlight bulb replacement while I on my lunch break. I got a call saying I needed new rear break pads too, fine no problem. I find out later that they not only replaced the breaks but also the rotors, and we're trying to charge me close to $1000 for what was initially going to be about $100. I've never felt actually swindled before, but the work was done already and I needed to pay it to get my car back and go home.

Don't trust these people with your car, there's more than enough other dealership in the area that you can trust.

P.S. They replaced the WRONG headlight bulb, I needed to bring it to a Quirk dealership the next day!

I went in to lease a new truck and they offered me a mediocre deal, and was not willing to work on price. I scheduled an appointment and it seemed like no one knew I was coming when I got there, on top of that everyone seemed like they had something better to do. Salesman kept calling and wouldn't take no for an answer, even when I told him I was going with someone else. It didn't seem very professional as they were playing soccer with a piece of trash in the showroom floor. I'd recommend going somewhere else

In my first experience heading into a car dealership looking to lease a new car, I could not have chosen a better dealership to walk into than Lawless and I cannot say enough about my salesman, Matt Saia. I honestly can't see myself ever buying a car from anyone else...

After walking in, I was given a few minutes to look around before anyone approached me, giving me time to sort of get my thoughts together. And once I was, Matt didn't try to throw numbers at me or push me towards any particular car or anything, but asked what I was interested in and what sort of pricing I could handle, and then he went to work! He went above and beyond to help me get the deal I needed to lease my new 2015 Chrysler 200 and I couldn't be happier with it! He got me a great value for my trade-in and great terms on my lease--everything I needed to finish the deal!

I was there on a Saturday, but it seemed like I was the only in there. I was in and out of finance within 15 minutes, in my car and on the road in what felt like no time!

Go to Lawless and find Matt Saia, you'll get a great deal on a great car from a trustworthy salesman!

From the 1st time we pulled into Lawless Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram until I picked up my new truck, we were completely amazed and extremely pleased with our Salesman Jared Ruiz. He greeted us quickly and professionally and listened to exactly what I wanted and the features I was looking for. No trying to steer me towards features that I didn't want or to purchase anything additional that I did not need. He very quickly had me testing driving the truck that I would ultimately purchase that very same day!

During the negotiations part of the deal, there were no "games" or "sales pitches". He just listened to what we said and came back with an overall deal that I was very happy with. Not only did he go into work on his day off to personally drive my truck to the Linex place to have the bed liner installed, he kept me up to date via phone on every step of the whole process including 3 status update calls to me on the day I picked it up! Outstanding Customer Service!

If you need anything done besides an oil change, I would NEVER go to Lawless for service. They stock absolutely nothing there. You need to bring the vehicle in multiple times to get anything done. I have a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The first year I had it, I had to bring it back with a burnt headlight and the AC not working. Took 3 days for this time. AC worked for 3 months. One year later, I made an appointment to replace another headlight and the AC not working again. Car was there for 2 days....headlight replaced, AC still not working. Hose had to be ordered. Brought it back a week later. They replaced the hoses just to find out it was the compressor. Another day wasted. Compressor was ordered end of June. Estimated delivery date was 7/9. Did not come in and was told 7/16 and to call. I called and am being told it should be in tomorrow, 7/17. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it comes in!! No fun driving a car with no AC when it's been 90 degrees!! This will be the third time bringing the car in for the AC. Now all I have to hope for is that their AC machine isn't broken when I bring it AGAIN!!!!

Had an appointment booked a week ahead for have my shocks replaced. Drove 2 hours during holiday traffic to get there in time. An hour and a half after i drop off the car, i was told that the struts they ordered for my car is wrong and that the correct one will not come for another two hours. So i was able to call my job and arrange to leave the car there longer. When i came back to lawless. I was told that i need to take my car home and reschedule because that was no way that they can work on my car today. This is a lot of stress for me as now i wasted my whole day as i had to planned it around work, being over 9 months pregnant, and wasting my friends day who had to pick me up and drop me off because this place would not provide any rental or car drop off service. Lets just say i had a really frustrating and exhausting day and today my car is still not done and i am giving birth in a week. Lets hope all goes well at my next appt as i already called in to make sure the parts are there and correct and i was inform that they are all set and ready for my appt.

I went to this dealership not expecting to buy a car. Jordanis was amazing and very helpful. The finance manager Ray came over and told me all my options for my situation and what would be best. I left feeling very defeated because I went to another dealership previous to lawless and they ran my credit so many different times it screwed me. I left lawless upset with the news and went to grab some lunch while at lunch I got a call with some better news and I went back and signed all the paperwork. My payment wasn t where I wanted it to be but that has nothing to do with them. Ray told me all my options and what I should do in 6months to a year after I refinance for a better rate. Delivery was set for Thursday but I was so anxious and very excited that the salesman Jordanis made arrangements we worked together and my car was delivered yesterday. I didn t expect to buy a car nor did I expect to have such a great experience with them. They made the whole process fairly easy. They were kind, patient and very good at was they do! I m so happy with my new SUV!!!

I went to this dealership to test-drive a Mercedes that they have on the lot and was quickly disappointed as soon as I stepped in the car. It smelled of heavy cigarette smell and seems like they didn't even bother to clean it or even attempt to. Second, the tire sensor was on and the front tires were low which gives me the idea that the service people didn't even properly inspect the car nor service it if they didn't even put air in the tires. Also, they offered me little to nothing for my vehicle but when walking away they decided to up the offer by 4 thousand. They were trying to rip me off completely. Definitely do not recommend buying a car from them.

Made an appointment online for service and when I showed up they didn't have it. He was polite and said my car would get taken care of anyway. I called at the end of the day and was told they'd need more time to get to it. It took until the end of the next day when I got my diagnosis. Then got quoted what seems like a high price of $560 to repair a broken antenna on my remote start system. Seems excessive when the part is listed at $50.
