Every positive review seen here are from employees, not customers, in an unethical attempt to make themselves seem better than they really are and unethically improve SEO. In reality, they are an expensive service that fails consistently to meet expectations, which get lower and lower everyday. Their site goes down often if not daily, and when it is up and running its riddled with bugs. The help desk is also a misnomer, as they seemed generally uninformed and untrained

Cold callings never stop. You tell them to leave you alone and never call and they just reply by saying, "We'll call you back later". They start every conversation with an apology for taking your time then get rude if you appear aggravated at them. I'd bore their eyes out with my bare hands if I could! Ill just add another FTC complaint, maybe they will get the hint one day.

When I arrive at Mobile Solutions, the first thing I see is an abundance of color. The reds, greens, and blues that line our walls and our floors are bright and energetic and the windows around the perimeter of our building are big and provide plenty of natural light that wakes us up and puts a zip and smile in our voices. This energy is apparent in our customer contacts. The effort we put into making Mobile Solutions culture something we can all be proud of is evident everywhere I look, from the people we choose to hire to the personal items we are encouraged to bring in to express ourselves, not to mention the services provided generously by Mr. & Mrs. Johnson. The amenities are awesome: tons of collaboration spaces, an abundantly stocked break room complete with food, TVs, and games, a solid benefits package, and most importantly, an opportunity to be ourselves. Mobile Solutions encourages us to be individuals and to bring our individual strengths with us to work every day. By doing this, leadership builds our culture into a valuable commodity that we all share.
