Company gate guardsman have no sense of talking to general public or professionals. Uneducated staff, They give preference only who comes in BMW or high end cars there. Such a pathetic experience I had at SAR.

This company has just one customer care representative and 10000 sellers, worst after sale service. Just blank no response never picks call. I need urgent help but no one picks call. No replies whatsoever

Its located in udyog vihar phase 1 and has good connectivity .You will also find ola office near by so no problem of cabs too. Moreover there are small street vendors with good quality of food .
