Here I had a hosting package, canceled and the last invoice paid via the payment link on the website via IDEAL. A week later had confirmation from the support that the invoice was paid. Now one and a half years later suddenly received a collection letter for this invoice .. Contacted support and treated very rude! I have, of course, submitted the proof of payment for the IDEAL payment, but this is settled with "the account number does not appear familiar to us, the claim remains, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure a correct payment". This while I paid via the method offered by IXL hosting! Then the support will no longer respond to my messages. Research shows that the relevant account number to which the money has been transferred is indeed from the Payment Service Provider of IXL hosting. As a result, contacted by telephone to ask if IXL hosting could contact the relevant Payment Service Provider, Rabo Omnikassa, and to discuss the payment details and features there to be able to determine what went wrong. This time I was bitten that I should contact the debt collection agency involved on this issue, and then the connection was broken. For me never again IXL hosting, and for everyone who does have a package the advice, do not pay via the payment link in the system on the website!

Inexpensive, good packages, super services and much automated. For example, Wordpress was installed in my panel in 1 x. I came from Hostnet, only a lot went wrong internally (except for good service). I am happy with the choice and will stay here. Thanks!

Meanwhile we sit on our websites about 1.5 years at IXL Hosting. 100% pleased with the service. But occasionally had some small problems HINTS updating managed server. But beyond that a truly excellent host. More expensive than you're probably used to, but faster and better result!

Hosting is generally good. However, I have the Business Premium package and I find the support below par. For example, I pay for SSH; my developer wanted to use it and did not get it working with the manual. I received a strange, evasive answer to my support question: "What exactly do you want to log in to? Then we will find out for you how we can best arrange that for you " While I had long indicated that my developer wanted to log in with SSH. Later it turned out that only the IP had to be whitelisted (was not in the manual on the website). On my support question about slow response times from the server, I was told that there were other factors that caused Google Pagespeed to give a lower rating and that the server did not have to be very fast. While I pay a premium price for a premium package; if my website becomes slow due to a cheap package due to other websites then I understand that. No understanding in this case.

In one word Amazing! Moving from old to new hosting went very well. Good service and immediately a Wordpress problem caught and solved. The employees think along with you and are clear in their approach. Easily accessible by phone and that is very nice! Thank you very much!!
