Stopped for drinks. Drinks were very expensive. The beer list was not great. We did want to grab lunch, but came on Sunday when they do brunch and the timing didn't work out. Food looks promising and I will have to go back.

We visited in Summer 2017. This was a terrific centre for a few days visiting the sights like Grand Canyon. The food was great, though the service didn't quite hit the mark, and the facilities were top notch. During the week they only had breakfast from the menu, which worked out a little expensive. Sedona itself was lovely.

I only came for lunch by the creek. The restaurant area was beautiful outdoor seating right along the water and under the shady canopy of the forest that has sprouted up around the creek. Where other venues in Sedona are drowned out by music, traffic noise and the drone of air conditioners, the restaurant at L'auberge was voiced by burbling water, singing birds and the wind rustling through the trees. A retreat within a retreat. The menu is country club and high quality. Very tasty. Highly recommended.

Wow! Wow! Wow!

Wow! Wow! Wow!
What a way to enjoy a romantic getaway!
Our room was absolutely beautiful!
The updated decor was comfortable and classy with a modern touch.
The robes and slippers were the best I have experienced!
Our cottage had its very own outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the creek.
We also had an outdoor shower attached to the bathroom which allowed for a very grounding experience following our jacuzzi soak.
Dinner on the deck was delicious and the heaters kept us warm.
They even offered to bring me a blanket if I needed one.
Enjoying a fire in the wood burning fireplace was the perfect way to end the evening.
The staff could not have been more accommodating and we felt well taken care of!
Brunch the next morning was amazing!
Mimosas and yummy food choices for every palate were abundant!
Our server Geo was on point and a true delight!
If you re looking for a Sedona experience with a romantic atmosphere, look no further!
This was an unforgettable Valentines weekend!

So, hear me out. I am not here to dispute anything about hotel service . I am here to dispute the brunch offered at the L Auberge. I really enjoyed the food, BUT, the prices were simply ridiculous. I can t get enough of this food, but be careful, this is not your common american breakfast/lunch. The brunch offers no eggs, bread, pancakes, or waffles. Many other choices were not mentioned but the food was still good, but this place is not for picky eaters. The prices were just too much. $65 dollars a person for an all you can eat? No dice. Nobody in the right mind will eat $65 worth of food, and if you do, you need to lose a few LBs if ya know what I mean. Anyways, this places food is good, but prices contradict the quality of the food and makes you think, is it worth it? .

A warm and quiet hotel, located next to a small stream next to the main street of Seonda. There are many ducks in the stream. The restaurant prepares feeds for tourists to feed the ducks. It is also easy to walk to Sedona if you live here You can go shopping or eating on the main street, or you can ask the people in the hotel to drive you there, but the range must be within miles. The restaurant's meals are delicious. Eating in the restaurant is also a good choice. live

Gorgeous, delicious and hospitable restaurant we now consider one of the best we've found. We were fortunate enough to find an open reservation at 5:30, which also meant we were able to get a table in the water. A pretty stream with ducks, wonderful sounds, and perfect temperature. We were taken care of by Rebecca, and could not have been treated better. She was knowledgeable, honest, had many recommendations on wine, and helped us with whatever we needed.

The food was superb, and the one hiccup with the temperature of one of the steaks sas promptly offered a replacement, and comped on the bill. I can't speak for dessert, but all 3 courses are well matched, beautifully displayed, and most importantly delicious. The price is reasonable for fine dining, and the wine list is extensive.

Would 100% recommend L'Auberge to anyone, and guarantee my wife and I will be back next time we are in the area!

First time spending the night in Sedona and it was amazing. A spontaneous anniversary trip turned into a memory for a lifetime. Incredibly nice staff. Very baby accommodating. Beautiful scenery next to a creek. Amazing cottage to stay in. The food was delish. They had staff to help you get ready for bed!!!!! Amazing! Feed some ducks, eat next to a beautiful sounding creek and enjoy sedona.

Took my wife and parents here for some pre dinner cocktails over looking Oak Creek. it was our first visit and it was spectacular over all service! I will definitely be back for a long weekend to enjoy this beautiful resort and all it has to offer.

Very very close to world class, but not quite there. Rooms completely devoid of personality other than the stunning views from the large balcony (which only had one lounge chair, unfortunately). Very good breakfast and lunch at the romantic creek side restaurant, but the seven course tasting menu for dinner contained a entire course which was just bread. Bread is not a course, it is an accompaniment.

Don't let the pretty pictures of dining by the creek under the glow of warm light convince you that this is the place to stay. That's what convinced us to go. Everything there is old, run down (except for the restaurant) ..even the pool and the gym.. gym had one treadmill and one bike..tiny space. ..You will be staying in old cabins or the small hotel rooms . I also saw some small kittens under a cabin and tried to get some help for them but was completely ignored by HR and never got a returned call. Staff told me they had such a rat problem that the cats on the property helped control them but they no longer did any humane trapping / neutering and releasing of cats. I also called a pest control company in town and found out that, yes, this hotel does have a rat problem and they poison them. Just an awful experience staying here. If you are looking for another high end hotel, go to the one that is nestled in the red rock a little further out..or for that matter, stay in the hotel on the ridge above this hotel for a much better view.

I was their visiting friends and decided to head down to the bar with my girlfriend. We went to the host stand and asked for a table by the river, once we were seated with our drinks (we got from the bar) Fernando was our server. We decided that we did not want food at that time, and just wanted to relax and have a few drinks. When we told him that he said " this area is for breakfast and lunch only, you can get your drinks at the bar" and then took our menus and chatted it up with his coworkers. I would totally understand if there was a 30 min wait for a table, but there was not.

The bar staff was awesome, and made some very tasty drinks. So to close this out, don't pre judge someone because you never know how were going to tip, or what we could of ordered and spent.

We had breakfast down by the Creek at their restaurant. The food was great and the view was spectacular. The service was excellent. The restaurant is right on the creek on a dock like platform. We ordered the egg skillet with sausage and avocado toast with an added order of 2 eggs over medium. It was the best breakfast we had in Sedona. They had fresh squeezed orange juice which was very good. We also had a latte which was also very good. The hotel itself looks very nice and the receptionists were very welcoming. The lobby was very nice with a bar and sitting area. We will definitely be coming back when we return to Sedona.

We recently had our wedding at L'Auberge de Sedona and our experience was FANTASTIC from start to finish! My husband and I both agree that our wedding could not have been any more perfect, even though we had the weather completely working against us! We picked June in Sedona because it is one of the driest months and we wanted to have everything completely outside. Low and behold it rained on our wedding day and we had to do some last minute plan changes.

The staff at L'Auberge were absolutely phenomenal, especially Kathryn Cowan, who was our main point of contact throughout the wedding process and the day of. This woman is AMAZING and made our day 1000% perfect! She was so soothing and relaxed about the rain, incredibly detail oriented, helped me fix my bustle (just look at the picture, she was on her knees!), and was so kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. My husband and I almost cried when we finally sat down at our dinner table and noticed a plate of appetizers waiting for us that Kathryn had placed for us (we weren't able to eat during cocktail hour because we were doing photos) - we got to taste them even though we weren't around! On top of everything else, Kathryn kept assuring us that everything was going to be beautiful and turn out great, and guess what, it did!

Our day was not only made possible by Kathryn but also her outstanding team - Beto, Lisa, and Chef Randy. Beto and Lisa were top notch and treated all of our guests so kindly. They even went out of their way to make sure my disabled grandfather was comfortable and had his every need attended to (it's difficult for him to get out of his chair)! Chef Randy was also fantastic and we really enjoyed working with him. The majority of my family is vegan and deeply desired to have an all vegan wedding, which Chef Randy and Kathryn helped us create. We had a beautiful tasting with all of the creations that Chef Randy concocted and the food turned out WONDERFUL!

My husband and I searched high and low, all through Sedona to find the perfect spot for our small family wedding. We originally chose L'Auberge because of its jaw dropping beauty but had NO IDEA that the service was going to be as amazing as it was. We walked away from our big day and felt that the people who helped craft our wedding were truly vested in making our wedding special and showed that they cared. Thank you so much Kathryn, Beto, Lisa, and Chef Randy! You are all such special people and you touched our hearts with your kindness and care!

Great hotel. We enjoyed thoroughly. Would have been five stars, but we did have some insects in the bathroom and one day the maid unplugged the mini fridge in our room (and forgot to plug it back in), which meant that we could no longer eat some leftovers that we were very much looking forward to eating. Still, the people at the resort are top notch and service is generally excellent.

This is a tough one to review because this is a nice hotel with very professional staff but there were a few points which really tarnished our stay and when paying more then $400 per night (lodge room) meant we left feeling unsatisfied and probably would not return.

Charges - I have a real issue when hotels charge for a resort fee (10%) but at least this was made clear before we booked. What was not made clear, and was very misleading, was that it stated that valet service was included in the resort fee. So we assumed parking was included in the resort fee. Incorrect! Just the valet service was included, the actually parking was an additional $27 + tax per day. This is extortionate especially as there is no alternative because the hotel is down in the valley away from the main town. So now our $400 room was actually more like $500 per night.

Valet - there is no self-parking option. We had been on a long road trip and we had stuff all over our car. I find it very stressful trying to quickly decided which things you do or don t need from your car before the valet guy whisks it away. For some people valet parking is actually inconvenient and there should be a self parking option (especially when I m paying $27 per day for parking). Also the car park was actually closer to our room than the valet stand, again making it more inconvenient for us.

Pool - there are not enough loungers at the pool. Whilst we were there (mid-week) many people turned up to use the pool but had to walk away. Also we booked this hotel as a relaxing spa stay but the pool was busy with kids splashing everyone and making so much noise that we also left. No staff were asking kids or their parents to respect the other guests.

Key cards - I wasn t sure whether to mention this as I assume it was a one-off issue but everyday for our 3 night stay our room key stopped working. The staff where helpful in getting us a new key each time but no one tried to fix the root of the issue, which I assume was the card reader on the door. This was pretty frustrating standing with all our stuff waiting for someone to come and let us in each time.

Summary - this is a lovely hotel, and if you are aware of all the extra charges, and like valet parking and not keen on relaxing round the pool then it s probably the best choice in downtown Sedona.

Our experience at L'Auberge de Sedona was truly one to remember. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. We stayed in one of the rooms in the lodge. We felt welcomed immediately upon arrival with valet. Check in was quick and after arriving to our room we were greeted with complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our special occasion. Everyone from concierge, room service, valet, restaurant waiters, front desk, to the groundskeepers were very pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. Being along the creek during the day, feeding the ducks, to roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. LOL, they also had these great water filtering stations used for filling your water bottles. These came in handy as we used them often before hitting one of the beautiful Sedona hiking trails. We will continue to share our experience and recommend L'Auberge de Sedona to all of our family and friends. We are already making plans to return and hopefully have the opportunity to stay in one of their cabins creek side. Thank you for making our stay an anniversary celebration one to remember.

Much appreciation for being promptly greeted by, Cesar, yesterday.
We enjoyed 'our break' because of his friendliness and beautiful surroundings. Kudos L'Auberge for your insight in having someone like Cesar on your staff.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Great romantic getaway! I loved it. It would get 5 stars had it not been for one very arrogant and rude server at the bar. No idea what her name is but she has long brown hair, a slender figure, and a tattoo on her arm. She spoke over the other server and seemed to think she was better than him because he didn't live in Sedona. I think his name was Brandon. Brandon is fantastic! Super sweet, great a making drinks, very positive energy about him.

Overall, I definitely recommend the place! A perfect getaway!

Everything about this resort is amazing. All of the staff, and I mean all, are super friendly and always greet you. We were allowed to walk around their resort to check out the different wedding locations, without a guide, and encouraged us to see the sites they were currently prepping for weddings that day, it was a great experience. Beautiful location and scenery, it's right in town but once you pull up to the valet you feel like you're completely out of the city, you can get a great meal by the river or climb up top and see the red mountains. Will definitely be staying here in the future.

We we upgraded to one of the vista cottages which has a gorgeous view of the mountains across the way that you can see from the back patio. It is amazing. Second time staying here and plan to stay again.

L'Auberge de Sedona is the premier location to linger in luxury on Oak Creek. No matter if you choose to relax in your cabin, visit the spa, or indulge in the cullinary expertise at Cress. There are no bad decisions made here.

Went here for a wedding and reception. The terrain was very difficult to manage from a beautiful site. Loose stones on foot paths. Food at reception stone cold, asked for a hot plate, recieved another cold plate. Sister sent back also and server was rude to her. Valet slow and rude. So sad.

A big thank you to all the wonderful people that helped us with our stay and celebrate our 40th anniversary at this fabulous resort. Everything was perfect from the room (88), drinks, shuttle service, & dinner next to Oak Creek. Special thanks to Michael (our waiter) & Benjamine (mr. francois). Everyone was friendly & helpful. Highly recommended!!

Enjoyed a most relaxing treatment at L Apothecary at L Auberge while in Sedona. I opted for the Sedona Dreams, which includes a body scrub/wrap. My treatment therapist was wonderful about explaining everything. While I have treated myself to massages and facials before, this was my first body wrap, so the thorough details were appreciated.

The treatment: so relaxing! While it s not a massage, per say, it had the relaxing qualities of a light-pressure Swedish massage with hot stones incorporated.

After the treatment, I was able to enjoy the relaxation room while sipping water and tea before heading into the steam room (which was recommended to help the oils further absorb into my skin). Just less focus on muscle work on your back and shoulders.

The only thing I d note is that the fans in the relaxation space were a bit loud. I would have preferred the room be warmer but quieter, but 1. You don t need to spend much time in there, 2. I d imagine others prefer a cooler climate.
But the treatment space was comfortable, both in terms of temp and sound.

I highly recommend checking out this spa and treating yourself to the Sedona Dreams treatment in particular. I ll be doing so again the next time I m in Sedona.

The hotel is nice to stay at and well maintained. It's nice that other than the restaurant and bar, no tipping is needed. The hotel is well maintained and staff is very friendly (exception of the night staff). The reatruant does need some work on timing and food quality. But overall, it's a good place to stay.
