Best Casino to Play at with a Chance of winning, loose machine, Great Environment.

Awesome experience! Staff is amazing. My husband and I were upgraded in our room for no reason, just because they had it available! The cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed at. The casino is gorgeous and has all new modern slots and card tables. We come to this hotel atleast 5 times a year just as a getaway and have so much fun. They have a lazy river that is so awesome and several pools that are even heated so it is enjoyable year round.

It's beautiful, comfortable, it has everything, top notch service and you never have to leave your room unless you want to play.

Received 2 nights free stay. Room was outstanding. Food was a little pricy. Action at the poker tables was ok Tuesday but down to one table on Wednesday. We enjoyed ourselves.

We booked luxury suite with piano and nice sizable leaving area but bathroom had missing handle for shower and broken piece on the ceiling tap water release. Little things like that take that luxury feeling away.

As much money as you pay to stay there, they have a lot of old stuff in the rooms. Room service is really good and fast. And everyone seems to be very friendly

Even if you are not a big gambler, you can have a great time. We love the pool and the lazy river as well as the Restaurants. Our favorite is the live music at the Jack Daniels Bar & restaurant. Lots of beer choices and good music!!

We hadn't been there in years but we went last week and took some friends and we all had a great time and we're going again soon

It's ok very clean .. food suck it's not hot most of it was cold and not alot to eat for $40 dollars and I lost my money

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday weekend. The price of the room was average, however the location (Room 1932) was not ideal. It was located next to the ice machine and elevator, also the room failed to lock and there was no hot water. We did enjoy the casino and the employees were nice. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at L'Auvergne.

Great place to go awesome rooms for any occasion, nice size casino, buffet is awesome the stores are great and love the decor, friendly staff restraunts and entertainment is great, has a lazy river and spa I have yet to enjoy till it warms up. Would of got 5 stars if arcade was bigger and more for kids to do since I have 2. But one of my favorite casinos.

The little cafe mear the pool is great for breakfast or lunch.
I love playing digital craps, they have plexiglass between each seat for covid safety.
The only issue I had was finding a cocktail waitress.

Great food (both buffet and restaurants are available), has arcade, has pool, dock access and quite a few shopping spots within the hotel. The hotel itself is a bit chilly. A light sweater is recommended to use here.

They have a small beach behind the hotel for family with shower to rinse off and bathrooms outside!

L'Auberge is one of our favorite places!!! The food is amazing at every restaurant. The staff is friendly and make your visit unforgettable.

Rooms not ready, had to wait over an hour with luggage. Did not offer a different room at all. Could not go into casino with bags to start. First casino experience, not a good one

This place is soo amazing but would love it even more if there was a western store and cajun restaurant inside the actual hotel itself.

It's really a beautiful place to visit. The shops, pool, restaurants and casino.

I/we always have a fantastic time when I/we go to L'Auberge. I strongly prefer it to the other casinos in the area. I've never stayed there or earen there, but the casino has a nice selection of table games and slots and the staff have always been very friendly.

The hotel suites were definitely underpriced for the amenities

Liked the Casino. After two requests and 45 minutes of waiting I finally received my drink. Moved to a different area of the Casino and service improved somewhat.

Had a great night with my guy and my uncle! I won they lost haha.definatly going back

Finally get to relax

My room was clean. I had no problem with anyone or anything other than the full day that I planned on playing they were updating so the games were not rated and had to wait for hand payout which is a pain. I was told at 5am that it would be working at 10am but it wasn't. I waited for 9 hours to play. I still enjoyed myself.

I really like the casino. But the day we visited the slot machines we're working but if you won you had to wait to get paid by management. something about a new system that was not fully updated. played 10 minutes took 20 minutes to get paid. left casino. You do have a great casino hotel.

My husband and I are loyal customers. Lately we have been a little disappointed at the fact that the slots keep changing. We come every weekend or every other weekend and we have to hunt for our favorites machines. Stop moving the slots around so much. Yesterday my husband was not a happy camper when we got there and found out his favorite slot machine was gone, not moved around but gone. We love the hotel, we love the casino in the atmosphere, but the constant moving of the slot machines and taking some out completely is getting old and frustrating.

I visited the casino during my visit in LA. The casino is gorgeous and everyone was very helpful. One of the best things about it was the lack of smoke. I hate sitting in a smoke filled casinos since I don't smoke. The L'Auberge does a great job with eliminating the smell.

We stopped here to check it out, it's very nice. The staff was nice and helpful and the cupcake I got was delicious. We thought the casino was two levels, I was wrong. They have a lot of amenities for their guest.

Amazing food and will come to eat here anytime. Nice casino and very clean. I didn't feel overwhelmed cigarette smoke. Outdated and unreasonable room prices if your not on a special weekend pass to gamble. They do not have fridge and the bedding is outdated. The pool area is in need of major upgrades. The pool is empty the majority of the night and should have plenty of time to be cleaned. Yet, I was one of the first people at pool the next morning and the entire surface of poll water was covered in bugs.

It was very crowded but very nice.I had a very good time. I lost about $400.00 but won it back. And then I left. Was very happy about that. I will go back again very soon.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Only complaint was that the smoke smell was very pungent in the lobby.

Beautiful Casino and hotel. The rooms were very nice. We ate at Asia and were very pleased. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I would like to play at tables with lower denomination minimum bets. $25 a hand for Black Jack is too high for me. Also the poker room only had two tables going, both with no limit games.

Called to check our reservation 2 hours prior to arriving and all was good. Once arrived, stood in check in line for half an hour to be told along with 30+ others waiting their system went down. Needed to change into dress uniform as we were attending a military ball there and was told we could use the restroom to change. Significant inconvenience as now my wife and I, along with everyone else in line are trying to change and keep our dress uniforms clean in a restroom. Wife and I at this point are just ready to leave... Gets worse. We wait around for 2 hours to check in, sweating as the ac must not of been working. Finally system comes back up, we check in with no apologies from the staff for the headache and inconveniences and get to the elevator. 6 elevators and only 1 is working. 50+ folks waiting for the elevator and takes another 30 minutes to get to our floor. At this point, our tolerance is shot and hating this place.... Get to our mil ball and have a great time. Check out next morning and again voice our dissatisfaction to the staff with inconvenience at check in, elevator issues and their lack of concern for their guests. Their response, oh sorry... For an over priced room, significant inconveniences upon arrival others recieved a free room for the night and $60 vouchers for the restaurants in the motel. We recieved a shrug and oh sorry. NEVER will I recommend this place or have anything positive to remember other than our ball. Absolutely astonished and disappointed with their service!!

The casino reeks of cigarettes and I felt like no game really gave me a chance to win. The buffet was decent at best and way too overpriced, definitely not worth it.

Hotel room was burglarized. No cameras in hallways of hotel.

We stayed next door at the Nugget but after we visited the L'ambarge we realized we should have checked into staying here instead the staff is super nice and helpful. Plus they were way more reasonable on their prices.

Great casino with a Texas hill county vibe about it. Needs a freshening up to compete with golden nugget but that's due to its age and the nuggets over the top amenities.

You have the worst paying slots in the area and it takes to long to get a drink. I'll be going somewhere else.

Very nice place. Even though we had to check in around midnight due to travel issues...they still welcomed us, and got us checked into our room with a smile. Beautiful view. Room was very nice as well. :)

Nothing special compared to Connecticut. Disappointed visit.
