Lauberge casino and resort Review

Awesome resort. I have a blast every time I'm there.

Really pretty place, went at 5am and no drinks served as we played

Not as great as it use to be.. still somewhat nice. My room had a stich, tv didn't work, couldn't use the complimentary. The walk from the garage to the check in counter to the hotel elevator is way to long from each other.

Absolutely horrible costumer service. This place is retrograde conservative and primitive. Not good for parties or 21+ events, such as a bachelorette party.

The only word for it is "Amazing"! As good as any of the Vegas casinos I have been to and certainly the nicest decor in the area

Alcohol keeps coming and the room is always clean. Although I haven't won in a long time machine's are tight!

One of our favorite Casinos to go to. Always pays out well. The rooms are amazing. Also the food choices are top notch.

Alot of people there that wasn't hotel guess. Adults and kids coming to swim in pool.

We had such a great time here! The staff here and the restaurants are perfect!! We will be going back for sure again soon. :)

3 weeks ago, i visited this resort with 2 friends ( we are all in our 60's, so no, we did not trash our room)was overcharged $50. on hotel stay. Even though I had my reservation confirmation AND when they listened to the recorded message, it also confirmed the price I had on my reservation. They said they would correct it, but have not.

Had a blast everyone was very nice. The food was great!!!!

Good food choices and the slots were pretty tight, but it was a good time.

Way to much smoke in the hotel. From the casino you can smell it in the halls and your room.

Let me say that everything the hotel provides is fantastic! Rooms, service, food, casino, everything. The only concerns lately have been the OVERLY AGGRESSIVE gamblers at some of the "self service" craps and roulette tables. They are cussing and ranting at other players. I sat there at the craps table and had one man yell at me because I wasn't betting 1k like they were. He told me I should go because he and the other group of men in his group were there to make money and not have fun. Seriously! Not sure how L'auberge can control this behavior from some of their patrons, but I wasn't the only one uncomfortable. So go at your own risk.

The hotel room was super clean and the view was beautiful, absolutely loved it

Loved it had an awesome time me and my wife the room had a great view, the casino was great and fun we had delicious breakfast food was amazing a lot of things to do shopping and the swimming pool was very cool will come back!!

We have been going to Lake Charles, LA. For quite sometime for some excitement and relaxation, but this has been the best time during this pandemic, relieved alot of stress. Good CDC guidelines were in place while there. Thank you, L'Auberge for a much need stress relief outing.

It's nice but baton rouge is so much better
. And the spa is so much more expensive than the one in BR .. and it's 3xs more expensive than the spa I normally go to with better service

The room was not clean. Cleaning services just are not properly cleaning.
They just go in change sheets make things look presentable.
The kleenex containers had so much crud built up around it we wouldn't use from it.
The floor had toenail clipping on floor.
Tub/shower needs a proper Cleaning . The drain needs cleaning. The list goes on.
When they vacuum the rooms corners are not properly cleaned. So crud builds up. Same in hallway.
We chose not to call house cleaning. We were only staying here because best room rates but now we know why. Had early procedure at eye clinic, weather was bad so we thought this would be good option.

Stayed the night after golf. Ate at Vic & Anthony's. Spectacular stay

Dreary atmosphere, I'll stick with the Nugget next door.

Great staff, beautiful room with fair pricing! Smoke free rooms-not even a hint of smoke!

Buffet at this casino was OK but just over priced. I ate a ton of crab legs though which were really tasty.

Nice casino with friendly staff, a great golf course and a lazy river to cool off in.

Really fancy casino with no payouts on slots, none. The upside is they have drink girls around the casino.

Buffet is fantastic!! Going during breakfast or lunch is ideal price wise. Staff is wonderful!

Casino is not up to a 4star standard. The hotel staf is at best a 2 star staff. We are linemen working the hurricane and have been treated with more disrespect than ever. I would not reccomend this pla e to anyone ever.

i like this place very much, compare to other casino. The comp was very good, but some the of the host was not so good. my recommendation is that be more friendlier.

The gentleman checking Identifications in the entrance was very welcoming and friendly! Can't wait until my next visit!

My wife decided to celebrate her birthday at this place. Overall it was a nice experience but could have been better. Check-in was quick despite a long line. Room was clean and well arranged but either the walls are too thin or the persons next door were extremely loud. Lazy river was great. Adult pool was also great. Food service at the pool is slow though waited over an hour for 2 burgers. Another issue is pool closes at 8 which is too early in my opinion. Casino part is awesome we enjoyed ourselves so much. Waitresses came around with drinks without the need to flag them. I definitely return if price on rooms was a little better.

Always clean bathrooms. Good selection of machines. Nice servers.

Took my mom for her birthday and the casino is nice. But when we went to go eat at the buffet, i was disappointed with the food. It tasted like had been sitting there for hours... The corn was old and hard. After talking to the manager they finally started to change the food. The experience was bad. This was my 4th time here. And the 1st time i had a bad experience with the buffet.

Grest atmosphere and clean surroundings. Friendly staffs.

This casino has positive vibes and we have fun playing there. The only thing that I hope for is to have a designated non smoking area for slot players who don't want a second hand smoke and would like to stay and play longer.

They're doing there best considering the pandemic. Still fun enough though.

Everyone was very friendly and attentive while I was there. It was my first casino floor experience, so I was glad it went well. The wait staff was a little slow after midnight, but I mean that's kind of expected and not a huge deal.

Smells poorly throughout. Not much going on in the casino. Bed was comfy but not much to be desired here
