I ALWAYS like this casino because it's familiar..however last monday august5th we couldn't get a cocktail waitress to get us a drink to save our lives..not that we didn't find one..we actually spike to her 3 times and she kept saying she's coming bk through but never did until she had ANOTHER full tray of drinks...very frustrating..ended up just going to the bar itself..poor service..

We love coming here. The pool is so nice. The casino is very nice too. My kids like going because they get to play in the sun. I like going for the casino. The casino is laid out really well. They have two drink stations set up on the casino floor where you can go in and grab a coke, coffee, or hot chocolate.

You can't beat the all you can eat crab on Fridays!!!

Thw beds werw comfortable. Did not tell us that this Room had no microwave, No fridge. But the one next door did.

Our accommodations and amenities were exceptional. The staff were curtious. Our room was perfect and everything worked. No complaints.

Casino was nice and clean. Been here all weekend to celebrate my birthday and they are the only casino that recognizes it.

Slots were extremely tight. The staff was super friendly though and the establishment was extremely clean! They have dividers between slots to help with social distancing. Masks were required unless taking a drink, smoking or making breathing more easy for a couple minutes. The establishment itself is beautiful!

We came to gamble and eat the seafood buffet. The buffet was ok the hot shrimp was mush not good at all, everything else was great.

Friendly, comfortable, water park great for kids, overall great experience

Great facility, has about everything one could want. Had a great look forward to visiting again.

Love this casino although I we always looked forward to eating their all you can eat Dungeness crab and snow crab on Sat evening's they no longer have its kind of not worth going to their buffet

I love this hotel good food fun for the entire family and if your staying for a couple of days there are stores nearby.. like target, Marshall s, Ross Carter s and many more.

Well, we always have a great time at LDL. But this time we had a problem in the casino then a little trouble with hotel guest services. When we got to the room we called and requested a fridge be brought up...that was at 7pm. Ate at Asia and then played in the casino. Basically my husband and I were playing this for Towers game , and we were winning up about $1,400. But apparently they were doing maintenance on the carpet and needed to decommission all machines in that area. So in the middle of us playing , we were asked to get up off the machines because they were going to turn them off to repair the carpet. I couldn't believe it! We really were asked to get up!! Then at 230 AM the next day, we return to our room and STILL no fridge, so we called hotel guest services and they said one will be right up...waited almost an hour, still no fridge. We called again, but this time the lady said she would go check on it. Then 30ish mins later we got a knock on the door with the fridge. Hotel services called to apologize and compted the fridge at no charge. All in all, we had a great time! Will definitely return...hopefully I won't get asked to get up!!

Despite the line being extremely long for the buffet it was absolutely worth it. The servers are fantastic in the food is excellent and always fresh. Despite the food costing a lot the food is fantastic. There's not many places where you can eat all you can on crab legs and crawfish. There's so many dessert options it's hard to choose. We'll go back in the future definitely

Really cool Ambience and very cozy Atmosphere, I love the lobby and the rooms are nice too, haven't stayed at a suite here yet but as far as basic rooms go id have to say that Golden Nugget has the edge as far as rooms / shopping go. However I think the L' Auberge casino is better being that I have won more when I played there. Overall I recommend for sure, I normally stay at Golden Nugget and then use the Trolley to travel to over to L' Auberge to gamble. I don't really care much for their gamer rewards which is the card you insert into the machines while your playing, I think they could do a little more for the players but that's just my opinion.

Very high-end, i only the casino area. Lowest minimum for blackjack was 15 dollars a hand.

Small compared to other casinos but the food is good especially the ice cream. Also make sure the workers at Jack Daniel's Grill don't try to scam you out of your points.

It is a great place to gambling. They have lots of games!

So disappointed. Not because we lost but because the place seam to be dirty and under staffed. The machines were sticky and had empty drinks all over the place. The staff at the desk were either jaw jacking with each other or just plain rude. We will not return.

I hate the place...just kidding, I didn't win but enjoyed the Las Vegas atmosphere!!!

Great getaway for 2-3 days of rnr. Comfy beds, hot tub closes EARLY in the off season, we were asked to get out 6pm.

Room wasn't up to date, lack of communication between booking.com....there was one price on booking and another price when we checked out....

L'Auberge is a great place to stay with the family for a quick getaway. The pool is awesome with a lazy river if you want to take a slow float around. The rooms are cozy and spacious.

Very ideal for a holiday hotel, adults can play downstairs in the casino, children can play in the rafting pool, buffet restaurant food is delicious, very suitable for the whole family!

I like playing the slots but often times they are sticky. I think more attention is needed in This area

Had a great time. Although they did not disclose there was a per day charge for the use of the pool and other amenities. The birthday mini package was unexpected. Really friendly staff.

The pool is nice. The hotel is disgusting! There was mold on the tile in shower, hair in the shower, and it smelled awful. This place is a dump now. We go to the casinos once a month and we decided to try here over Golden Nugget. Will never make that mistake again. The manager at Asia was horrible too. Thank goodness rooms are comped

We had a good dinner at the backup buffet. The good was pretty good with a decent selection.

Very pretty place with nice slot machines. Tables call for high bets. We had a bachelorette party there for my cousin, and only one server offered us drinks the entire time we were there. They had no strawberry daiquiris, so they said they'd bring me a strawberry margarita. What I ended up with was a salty grenadine slush. Not bueno. The bar is ridiculously smoky.

Went to play but don't remember hearing anyone winning? Drinks were below par, too many weird slot machines, poor drink service

It was a great first experience, although their drinks were not so great and their ATM withdrawal few is $8 + the $3 your bank charges you... Make sure you have cash before you go. Other than that it was pretty great, very clean, elegant.

Perfect place to enjoy dinner, impeccable drinks and a hopping casino which pays really well compared to most. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I give the Hotel and Casino three stars. The Buffet gets ZERO.

My wife and I visited L auberge casino this week for the first time. The hotel staff were friendly and there was no waiting at check in,(2:30 PM Monday). Our room was clean and acceptable. We mostly play slots and the casino has a good variety of older and new machines. Being a Monday, there were no crowds and we had many machines to choose. We decided to try the buffet for dinner and I have to say this is the Worst buffet I have ever eaten at. For the two of us we expected much more for almost 80 bucks. Starting with the salads which were all wilted and in the case of the carrot salad off color. The prime rib was just okay. The cutter was not very good at slicing. I got a piece that looked like a slice of pie. And it got worse from there. The other hot items were over spiced, dry and not tasty at all. It was obvious there was not much fresh made items. More like frozen from a bag and heated up. Again for 80 bucks you expect better. Lastly the deserts. They did have Bread pudding which I like, and it tasted fine. The peach cobbler had a very off putting, almost chemical taste. My wife had some creme brulee which she took one spoon fill of and said it tasted terrible.
The general cleanliness of the serving areas was poor and gave you the sense it wasn t maintained very well. Lastly the attending staff were not very attending (pun intended) we had to flag down ours twice to get water refills and clear off plates.
So, if there is a next time and time we will certainly Not be eating at the Buffet.
