Beautiful place and great crawfish, all types of seafood that was very fresh on Sat night @ the buffet!

Place looks really nice, and we felt welcomed. But the food was over priced compared to other casino's

Visited here with my Dad on Veterans Day. There was a complimentary buffet for vets. It was really great . Dungeoness crabs were great , so we're the desserts. They have the best buffet and always a spectacular giveaway

Awesome atmosphere, food was great, only bad thing was the chili cheese frys, mainly cheese frys.

The L'Aubergine is a great casino, but could use an update.

Casino is nice,like more video poker in bar. Housekeeping not great on third floor. Halls were dirty and no hand soap or anything in our room.

Customer service was rude. Overall a bad experience. Golden Nugget was night and day compared to L'Auberge. Will never go back to L'Auberge

Really liked the hotel the only complaint I would have is they didn't have $10 tables on a Monday night

Took forever to get hot water for a shower. I really don't like paying a resort fee in the winter when the pool is closed.

Strict adherence to mask wearing and social distancing in hotel and casino. Very good Asian restaurant. Great service by staff. What's not to like.

Cocktail waitresses ignore you if you don't tip them enough. Rooms are sketchy.

Room was very nice and comfortable. Had fun in the casino...terrible luck, but it happens. Asia restaurant was very good with great service. Favorites was pretty good...service wasn't as attentive as Asia, and food wasn't quite as good as previous visits...but it was still good. Just high table limits. When slots are going so poorly, it would be nice to sit down at a table for a while, but they are too high of limits when slots already took most of your money.

Super crowded and you never win. I saw a bunny in the grass that was cute, that's why I'm giving 5 stars lol

It's nice, don't get me wrong, but some of their policies I believe aren't customer oriented.

THE BEST hotel I ve ever been to!! Nice Casino and pool and Very nice rooms! If you are pretty close to Lake Charles I recommend L Auberge.

It was really crowded, and I just do not seem to hit bonuses as much as at Coushatta.

I love this place. Aside from the casino of course, the best things are the fireplaces and the buffet. You simply must go to the buffet.

Great place to stay. Many restaurants to choose from & a great pool area for the kids or anyone for that matter.

I've been coming to L'auberge for almost a decade now and I've yet to be disappointed (other than losing money.) The building looks amazing, they have many great restaurants, and the casino floor is always bright and lively. I prefer this casino over the other in the area specifically due to the ease of collecting comps just for playing. The pit bosses and casino hosts will usually reward you with enough comps to buy snacks or eat at one of their many delicious eateries. Keep in mind you have to be a member of their My choice club AND accumulate points by presenting your card and playing for a certain amount of time before you can get comps. The rooms are spacious and are always very clean. The pool is a nice place for the family to hang out, and there are plenty of lawn chairs all over the pool area for those that just want to sit back and relax. If you need alcohol, you can get it free when you're gambling, or you can visit one of the many bars scattered throughout the casino. If you want to have fun, or just want a great location to gamble, you won't be disappointed in visiting L'auberge lake Charles or the Golden Nugget next door.

Comp rooms, clean and lose slots.. Big Wins... Love the eateries in the Hotel as well...

The place, employees, service, Upkeep and the extra courteous actions of the employees like opening the doors when you first walk in at valet; weather or not included in their job description. Is a very rare outgoing jester thats recognized and appreciated. Especially when I haven't seen any other place in my 10 years of living here. the little things like that make a customer want to come back time and time. again, That's the best,comfortable, and happiest night I've had in a long time. I can't wait to go back!!!

I had a beautiful weekend stay. The Resort had great and courteous staff. The Casino was great for my first visit to a casino atmosphere. So I give L'Auberge 4 stars.

Its defiantly got its own atmosphere with plenty of shopping , restaurants & event centers. All kinds of tables slots etc and prize give aways . they are also very know for their promotions and hotel offers. Now as far as pay outs go.......I suppose its on tje individual player(s) & what type of no no suits there fancy. So whats your flavor ?

Smokey hard to breathe,all the machines are the same, did not pay off, disappointing. Not like the casino I use to visit years ago. Not the classy place it use to be.

Fun place to go. The buffet was absolutely horrible and was $30.00 per person to add insult to injury.

Great service nice rooms will definitely be returning.

Beds we're soft food was delicious staff was friendly

Currently staying at the L'Auberge. Not impressed nor will we be coming here anymore. First night we had to change rooms due to security having to come up to the room beside us 3 different times due to loud music and screaming. Asked the manager about there policy about this.There parents were in the casino while they left there kids and other kids in the room to party..... so we ended up changing our room at 3am in the morning. Second problem we all won the buffet from the casino. 2 of us ended up in the bathroom the majority of the day. Sick.... 3rd issue we paid for 4 day stay at the hotel. House keeping hasn't replaced the complimentary water or coffee for 2 days. And still do not have any... we called the front desk they said they would send some up. Never received anything.Each day the rooms should be completely set for the new or current occupent. Needless to say we are having a horrible experience. Emailed hotel manager and never got a response.

2 stars for 2 good things about this Hotel. They have excellent Valet help and the casino was nice with free drinks. The hotel rooms were smelly and beds were awful buts its to be expected it is in a casino.

The casino had huge amount of machines and different tables. The rooms were alright couldve been better

Got my bday beads first time enjoyed my time. Just waitress not very attentive with drinks

I was displeased about my last trip. They only had enough gifts for one day instead of the two they advertise!

It was great place to win people are friendly and drinks are really good

It is a very nice place but no $5.00 tables and the machine do not pay out very good
