I had an appointment at 10 am and I got there at 9...

I had an appointment at 10 am and I got there at 9:55 am for a side window repairs, and they told me it would take about 2-3 hours and I was fine with that, after 2/half hours after I went to check if it was done, but the serviceman told me that the guy who repairs window was on his way... like where the hack was he in a different state? and I waited and I waited till 2:50 PM and finally the guy shows up, by this time I was soo tired I was about to pass out on the couch.
They made me wait about 5 hours for a 10 minutes of work, total waste of time, I m not really happy about the service I received today..

Our experience at Larry H. Miller Toyota in Murray Utah was a good experience. We bought a 2013 Toyota Tacoma through Jason Robles before and we trust him and always have a good experience working with him. You can trust Jason to get you the best deal he can on whatever he chooses for you.

We were also very impressed with the whole establishment, it is a beautiful building.

The time of the service hours are never correct. I have went there 3 times and both times they have told us total different times for what the hours are. It s such an inconvience as they decide their times last minute. So for everyone out there! They close at 6 Mon-Fri, and 5 on Sat. Closed Sun. Apparently....

I had a wonderful experience at LHM TOYOTA in Murray. Mike T. Took very good care of us. I just filed bankruptcy and got a newer better car with a much lower interest rate than before. I was treating very well by the financing department as well. It was a very welcoming environment. They are always available for any questions or concerns.

I loved the whole experience from LHM Toyota! From start to finish the process was great and I really enjoyed every aspect of purchasing a new car from them. I also had a great salesman in Tyler Anderson and I would recommend him to anyone. Very knowledgeable about every car and ensured that I was taken care of through the whole process. I asked a lot of questions about different parts in the process and he was patient and outstanding through the whole part. When I went back to turn in paperwork after I had purchased the car he greeted me and was very personable. He made sure that I loved the car still and that I had no questions. I would highly recommend LHM Toyota as well as Tyler to anyone.

I purchased the new 2018 Toyota CH-R & it has 6,00...

I purchased the new 2018 Toyota CH-R & it has 6,000 miles on it. I called to find out how many oil changes I can get included with the new car, because I've heard with ToyotaCare they provide complimentary oil changes. At the beginning of the call I asked the lady if she wanted my Vin # to look into it. Instead of just saying, "yes", she decided to take more time that was actually needed and offer me oil changes, tire rotation and something else for one hundred sixty something dollars. I told her what is the purpose of the ToyotaCare. She says that is good for oil changes. I told her that's why I was calling. I don't want to have to pay for oil changes, if I can get them for free. She seemed annoyed that I said that, but that was my reason for my call & was just taking up time. She asked for my VIN # and she looked up my info. She told me what was covered.
The reason for the low review is because, she took too much time when she could have just got straight to the point. I offered the info she needed at the very beginning of the call. Her tone then changed and got a little smart. She told me wait time for a oil change is an hour and fifteen minutes, I don't know if that's true or if she was just upset with me and didn't want me to come. The whole thing left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I just recommend the employees be a little more knowledgeable and lose the attitude.

Denis was patient and answered all my question on each car and helped me decide on my new Rav4 and was there every step of the way. I always hate going to dealers and feel that they are in it to sell but Denis Thank you!!! You made my experience great!

Mark was never the "pushy salesman" he let the whole thing go at my pace and offered me the best deal of any Toyota dealer in the state! If you are looking to buy a Toyota (or any car) go to Larry H. We get our cars serviced by the Murray location and love the service we get there. We re always greeted with warm customer service & we re always made sure we re comfortable. The longest I ve had to sit for a service was about and hour & half. They have treats & drinks in the waiting room, along with entertainment. They offer awesome & affordable deals.

DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY CAR SERVICES I have been using Larry H Miller Toyota to get my oil changes and tire rotation for the past 3 years. I took my car there in May to do my oil change and rotation. Two days ago I had my husband to fix my brakes and he couldn't take the lug nuts off on the tires. My husband works on cars so right when that happened he knew right away that it's cross-threaded because he couldn't get them off. One of them broke right off when he used the tool to take it off by hand. I called Larry H Miller and spoke with Steven because he was the last one technician to work on the car. He said I needed to bring in the car, keep in mind that the brakes are still not done, because my husband didn't know what other lug nuts are cross-threaded. I took the car in on 7/13 I was advised by Dave M that he needs to talk to a manager because he doesn't have the authority to waive anything. I went in on 7/14 and spoke with the Service Manager Lisa she said she will split the bill with us. My husband was not in the shop so he wanted to come and talk to the technician that worked on the car. Lisa said that was fine. When my husband got to Larry H Miller, Lisa was busy with another unhappy customer . We waited for about 30 minutes so I wanted to talk to the General Manager(Lance) he was very rude and had this smirk on his face the whole time we were talking to him. He was saying that since my husband worked on it last they have to charge. I asked him how would we know by looking at the lug nuts that it's cross-threaded? He said that his technicians will never do anything like that, and he doesn't know why we wouldn't use them to do our brakes. He said that his technicians hand twerk the lug nuts on and my husband asked if he go back there and see he refused. My husband asked to speak to a technician and he said no they are all working. He said that you can cross-thread the lug nuts taking it off and it had happened to him. I asked him if they rather lose our business then to fix this which he refused to answer. At this point I just wanted to pay and leave. He walked us over to pay and a tehnician walked through my husband stopped him and asked " have you ever cross-threaded lug but when you were taking it off?" He said "no that had never happened to me" so I said hey Lance did you hear your technician? The technician then changed his answer when he saw who we were talking too and said "oh no I don't know I gotta go" and ran out of there hahaha WHAT A JOKE!!! I will never use Larry H Miller again.

I am giving this dealership two stars because of my experience with their sales department and specifically the car salesman that I worked with. Before explaining that I do want to say that the service department has always treated me well and done a good job.

Anyway I recently purchased a 2020 Rav4 hybrid from this dealership. The main reason I purchased it here was because it was the only dealership that had the trim/color I wanted. However, Mark Miller and Karl Malone Toyota were much easier to work with and upfront about the actual cost of buying the car, so if those dealership had had the trim I was looking for then I would have bought it from one of them. That was not my main issue though. While negotiating over the purchase, my salesman Triston told me that he would get me the all weather mats package for employee pricing (about half off MSRP). However, he lied and the service department gave me a lesser value package than what Triston and I had discussed. In the end it meant that I had paid full price for the package that was installed on my car. I had to visit the dealership multiple times to demand that they meet the terms of the agreement. They finally gave me the mats that were missing and some unfortunate guy had to deal with the problem and not the salesman that lied to me. To me that shows that the dealership does not care if their salesmen lie to people as long as they make the sale.

I am also disappointed because my rav4 hybrid does not take as much gas as it should. This is an issue a lot of people are having with their rav4 hybrids. I asked Triston about the issue before buying the car and he assured me that it was very rare and not something to be concerned about. Another lie from my salesman.

Cant say enough good things about the guys at Larr...

Cant say enough good things about the guys at Larry H Miller. I haven't never left a review, so take that in account how pleased I am.

My wife and I went in on a Friday night showed us around the lot, let us test drive the cars, and explained all the features very well. They never used high pressure sales tactics. Never heard "my manager is offering you guys a special price", or " we are trying to hit quota so we are giving you bottom line price, but you have to sign tonight"

They gave us the time we needed, answered our questions with honesty, and when our plans unexpectedly changed they took care us with great patience and understanding.

My wife and I will not chance our next car purchase with any other dealer. Customers for life!!

Went to look for a Toyota Camry and was extremely disappointed in the sales team here. Bob helped us. And by help us, I mean he helped me realize I will never buy a car from this dealership. He said what we wanted wasn't possible (even though we said we had found a few cars that had the budget and miles I wanted). Essentially he made me feel that this dealership's cars are overpriced. I felt that they were a bit crooked. Not only did it make me not want to buy a car from Toyota, but it also made me question the Toyota brand. Very bad experience.

Scott Anderson came outside to greet and help us, he was kind and helpful gave us honest up front numbers something no one else did. Made a service appointment online for Wednesday June 3 @ 10:30. Two and a half hours in lobby waiting decided to check to see if vehicle was done. 488 Kyler Laird went to check and came back telling me that they were just getting started on it and it would be a half hour. One hour later vehicle was done. I asked him why it took three and a half hours and he told me they were really busy and I should have scheduled an appointment. That's when I kind of lost it and told him the paper indicating my appointment time was on the seat of the vehicle. For some reason it showed up for me as I had an appointment but not for Larry H Miller. Again, three and a half hours for an oil change. Why wasn't I told. It was like I was left in limbo waiting in the lobby. I would think a service advisor would have kept me posted. Absolutely NO customer service what so ever. Was the worst service I have ever had concerning a car.
I am checking a one-star rating to make sure this is registered. But really it should be a -10 star rating rating. Customer # 60749.

Amy Bass of LHM Toyota in Murray was one of the most helpful folks in that endeavor and I contacted many dealerships by phone and internet. She quickly found the car I wanted, got me quotes and was very efficient and reliable in her communications with me.

I dropped by one day looking into buying a new car or crossover. The sales woman which I think went by the name of "Z" or "D", did not know what personal boundaries are. She thought my son was cute and pinched his cheeks saying how she loved his chubby cheeks. He didn't like that and when I asked her not to do it again, she did it a couple more times.
While trying to look at the cars, she didn't know which cars were parked where, she didn't know a thing about any of the cars I was asking about. I feel like if you are going to be selling cars then you should know a little bit about them especially if you are out on the lot. Now if she was new and training then I would have understood, however if she was new and in training someone should've have been with her to help if needed.

My main issue was that she had us walking all over the place because didn't know anything about the cars and she doesn't know the meaning of personal boundaries. She is the reason why I went and purchased a car from a different dealer.

This is where I take my vehicle to be serviced and have not been let down. They are thorough and work as quickly as possible. Nice waiting area to use: free soda/coffee machines, popcorn machine, multiple T.V.'s, a kids playroom with toys and a T.V., current newspapers, and free wi-fi.

The other LHM dealerships we've used have been exc...

The other LHM dealerships we've used have been excellent, but this Toyota one has been disappointment after disappointment. I brought my car in to get a new battery, get recalled cable fixed, and mirror fixed, and was told it would be 2-3 hours. I called after 6 hours and was told it would take 2 additional hours. Once I finally got my car back after 8 + hours, they said they had ordered the part to fix the mirror and it would be shipped in a couple of days and they would call to schedule the fix. Again, they did not call, and after waiting a week, I called and the receptionist told me it had just come in, that the shipping company had taken longer than they said. I brought my car in for the fix and after I had been waiting there 80 minutes with 4 kids, they told me they ordered the wrong part and I would have to come back again, once they got the right part which was almost 4 times as expensive. They also told me that no one follows the service people's accounts while they are on vacation, and that's why no one called me the previous time; so the receptionist was lying. I've tried to call the service manager 3 times and tried to talk with her there, but she hasn't been there and doesn't answer her calls. Yes, my mirror is still broken. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

RESPONSE TO THE OWNER. Tracy I actually did talk to you, and I am sad to say that you were of no help. I still stand behind my decision to never shop here nor refer anyone to your store.

I have been hesitating writing a bad review but here it is. The purchase of my vehicle was pretty decent. I feel like i got a good price and they were competitive on my trade in value as well so that is fine. After the sale is where it all falls apart. I needed some paper work that they failed to give me and apparently no one there knows how to use a fax machine or email as it took a week and a half for me to get an odometer disclosure for the vehicle I traded in. After making multiple calls and now one returning them I got pretty annoyed. They kept just telling me I need to come down and get them which is great if you live close so it was hard for me to get there so I ended up just driving down there to get it. I also needed some other information on the truck which no one seemed to know, if you are a Toyota dealership you should know a little bit about the product you are selling and no one did which was irritating. Last but not least I still have not received my plates yet either and my temporary tag has expired and all the lady told me was that they are at the mercy of the state. I have bought several cars and never waited this long for plates. Basically the bottom line in my experience is that after that sale they could care less about you. I will never buy a vehicle from these guy again and I wont ever send anyone their way.

Our salesman (Tim) was more than willing to work with us and made sure we were happy with the numbers. The paperwork took a little longer than expected, but still had a very good experience. We bought our scion here two years ago and just traded it in for a new corolla (Whichwe love!!). I have had more than exceptional experience both times I have been here.

When I arrived it took at least five minutes before someone greeted me and my two year old, dispite all the service workers literally standing around. Then I was told it would take about an hour to do an oil change. I told them I would wait. I never expected and no one gave me updates, that it would take three hours before it was done . I had to go to them to say, hey, I ve been here three hours, where is my truck?. The. They asked who was helping me, like I know. Then they located my truck, said it would be another half hour!!! Then when I approached them, yet again, there was keys. Nobody bothered to come get me. Then the guy pointed me to where I could find my truck, which wasn t there (reminder that I have a two year old with me this whole time who is just now becoming impatient, bless his heart). So, I went back inside and another guy went to look for my truck. Then, it wasn t washed as promised so another guy grabbed my keys from me and went to wash it. This was an awful experience where just the simplest of gestures would have made a difference. They need customer service training.

Wow....I can't say enough of my experience. I purchased a vehicle from LHM Ford Draper...very bad idea....they just wanted numbers and other things. I've left messages for Phil-Ford's GM. Still haven't been called back what a joke. Don't go there, go to LHM Toyota.

I went to LHM toyota and meet Cristina. What a sweetheart. She felt my frustration of my current vehicle, wanting to get out of the bad experience.

Then there Is Richard in finance. Im calling him the miracle worker. He made it work. I'm in a car I don't have to worry about paying for and enjoying it. Everyone there at LHM toyota was friendly. I felt like I wasn't just a number but a customer they want to have for life. I highly recommend them.

Very awesome customer service. I felt very welcomed amd comfortable while purchasing my new Tundra. The staff was MORE then willing to work with me regarding all of my concerns to get me an affordable payment. They did everything in their power to get me the vehicle i wanted and made it happen. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a service center. Appointment or no appointment, I have always found myself searching and looking around for someone to come and greet me and to take my vehicle. I dont know whats so hard about communicating "We'll be right with you" as employees walk by, but I guess it's a lot to ask.
I have learned its completely pointless to set up an appointment here. You're better off going to another dealership. Seriously. Dont bother irritating yourself. Mark Miller Toyota downtown has it ALL OVER THIS PLACE!!

I called to ask for information about an offer on the Toyota website, and the seller told me that his boss did not authorize the price indicated online because they were selling many, and that they could not give me that price, I mentioned that it was not reasonable that, and that they participated in this special of July 4 and told me that they could decide and if they gave me the discounts that appeared on the Toyota page, and that they did not give them because they did not want, I asked for the name of their supervisor and he did not want to give it to me after 10 minutes he gave it to me his name is craigh and it does not seem professional to me that they do not give the offers that Toyota gives, but anyway one less customer and I will never recommend them, to look for another dealer where they know respect the offers and treat you well.

Desiree was awesome. It was like hanging out with a friend. She told us what we wanted to know and what we should know. And she's funny too.

Same with Patch. Even though it was getting late on a holiday, he still had an awesome sense of humor and didn't treat us like he needed to hurry and get out of there.

This is our second vehicle from LHM Toyota and we'd love to buy from them again. Both times they got us exactly what we wanted.

Went to lhm Toyota Murray to buy a new corolla we put 2000 down the payment was supposed to be 456 a month then we went back to sign the paperwork they said they could do it if we put an additional 2000 down plus our trade in and our payment would have been 509 a month or they would get us into a 2015 corolla for the 2000 down and our payment would be 509 I don't think I would do business with them

Long story short, but our son's '04 Tacoma (60,000 miles) was throwing a flashing CEL (random misfires) for almost 18 months. After taking it to another mechanic four times and having it in another Toyota service center twice, we finally decided to take it to Larry H. Miller Toyota. They were persistent and committed to finding out why the truck was throwing a flashing CEL, but was running perfectly fine. After nearly four weeks of running every possible diagnostic and working with the Toyota engineers, Robbie decided to drive the truck for a weekend and was able to diagnose the problem. When everyone else threw in the towel, John, Kyler and Robbie stuck with it and got it done. Excellent job and kudos to John, Kyler, Robbie and the rest of the Larry H. Miller Toyota Service Center Team for being persistent and not giving up-Well Done!....and thank you so much.

This place ripped me off, for close to $2000. I've been a long-time customer with Larry H Miller and now I will never buy another vehicle from them after this experience. Then after catching them trying to scam me the finance department treated me terribly and acted like I was the problem for catching their deception. I've purchased 3 vehicles from LHM in the last 5 years and this was my first Toyota and it will definitely be the last.

Great service! I came in because I was told that they would provide a free Multi-Point Inspection. "Nothing in life is free!" I told myself. But indeed, it was free and they sent me on my merry way with no less money in my pocket than when I walked in!
