Made a service appointment online for Wednesday June 3 @ 10:30. Two and a half hours in lobby waiting decided to check to see if vehicle was done. 488 Kyler Laird went to check and came back telling me that they were just getting started on it and it would be a half hour. One hour later vehicle was done. I asked him why it took three and a half hours and he told me they were really busy and I should have scheduled an appointment. That's when I kind of lost it and told him the paper indicating my appointment time was on the seat of the vehicle. For some reason it showed up for me as I had an appointment but not for Larry H Miller. Again, three and a half hours for an oil change. Why wasn't I told. It was like I was left in limbo waiting in the lobby. I would think a service advisor would have kept me posted. Absolutely NO customer service what so ever. Was the worst service I have ever had concerning a car.
I am checking a one-star rating to make sure this is registered. But really it should be a -10 star rating rating. Customer # 60749.
