Got a nail in my front tire and due to the puncture angle it wasn't watchable. Kellie got a new tire ordered and put on the rim the next day. Great friendly service, I'd recommend going there. I will definitely use them in the future for any service needs.
So far I've visited here twice, the staff is friendly and helpful. The service waiting areais clean, pleasant and roomy. My one complaint is they're a bit slow in regards to service time, having to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, was overly long. Also being told a free car wash could add an hour to my wait was not a pleasant experience. That said i like coming here because I know that I am in good hands and my car will be taken care of right.
Everyone was very personable and great care was taken in order to help us find the right car.
It took SIX DAYS for these clowns to tell me that they couldn t fix my car. I hope this dealership has a plane crash into it.

Horribly slow service. Do not waste your time, you can't get it back. 3 hours plus for a basic oil change. Anywhere is better than this worthless place. You have to keep asking about your vehicle because it seems as if they forgot about you as they make little effort to update you what's going on. I was very disappointed that a new truck would have such a severe mechanical problem and that it would take weeks to repair. My business lost money and I was informed that LHM would not give me a loaner vehicle. But the worst part about the experience was that when I arrived to pick up my truck I found scratches that weren t there before. Also, I was told that all new parts were used and the problem was fixed. This was not the case. In fact, the vehicle still vibrates horribly at 70 mph and when I looked at the repair, the same scratched and worn parts were still on the truck. I will be returning the vehicle for the proper repair.
Purchased a used car a Chrysler 300 c. I was having ac. trouble so I took it in and thought it was fixed. Now two years later I'm back with the Same issue and no warranty so I am out the money when it should have been fixed the first time, and now I'm 2000 miles away

But we got with my friend Elijah Jaramillo and he worked with us and finally got us in to a car. We definitely will be going back to perchuse any other car in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with the service center at Larry Miller Dodge. Upon my arrival I was greeted and had my paperwork started immediately. Carlos did a great job letting me know the expected timeframe for them to deduce the problem that was present and make any necessary repairs. Although I did not stick around and wait for the service to be completed, Carlos called me as soon as the repair was complete so that I could come and pick up my vehicle. Great customer service coupled with a great performance on the part of the service technicians made my overall experience exceed the expectations I would normally have for a service center at a dealership!!!

BEWARE -- This "business" has recently started a Deceptive Marketing campaign designed to attract unsuspecting people to contact them regarding an Inter-Office Email inadvertently sent out to you, the prospective customer.
My mother's house (where I lived over 15 YEARS AGO *First Red Flag*) received a letter with a return address tracing back to a marketing company in Chicago *Second Red Flag*...inside was a letter made to look like a printed out Inter-Office email with the subject line "Justin Lemme's 2002 Dodge Stratus" (I never even OWNED a 2002 Stratus...*THIRD RED FLAG*), and made to look like I wasn't supposed to see this but somehow it got mailed to me...it said something about making sure they offered more than my car was worth and for me to immediately contact a Fredrick.
I thought I would figure out what was going on here, so I called and asked to speak with "Fredrick" and was asked if this was related to a letter that I received. I responded yes, and the guy said he could help me and went into a sales pitch....I told him to stop talking.....I then described that I knew this came from a marketing company based on a quick Google Search of the return address and all of the Red Flags I saw while reading the letter. I told him they obviously purchased my information from some company because I have never done business with them and haven't lived in Tucson for 15 years.
I said that what their company is doing is deceptive and asked how he thinks a customer would TRUST to buy a car at the "best price" from a company who practices deceptive marketing practices....no response......I then reiterated that I do not even live in Tucson and demanded that my information be removed from any future correspondence. I then finished the call by mentioning that I wouldn't even buy a Dodge, I drive an Audi.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A SHADY COMPANY WHO TRIES TO LURE UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE INTO THEIR PLACE OF BUSINESS WITH DECEPTIVE MARKETING PRACTICES.....This whole charade screams of a cheap attempt at getting customers that was last really seen in the early 2000's.

I purchased a brand new 2014 and from the getgo, had issues. It s an electric car so that was my fault to even purchase a vehicle like that but I was assured it was under warranty etc. The issue was resolved yet were in 2018 and I m still experiencing the same issue throughout the years and have been getting the run around like nobody s business. Of course now my vehicle is out of the warranty period and I m supposed to pay out of pocket yet I still haven t had my question answered as to why I have to pay out of pocket for the same issue that was taken care of when it WAS under warranty. I ve attempted to contact the general managers numerous times and I never get a phone call back. I ve even gone to lengths of writing him on Facebook and still no phone call. I ve been more than patient but Larry H Miller is an absolute joke. I have to explain the same exact story every time I go in because they have new service people every month who have to figure it out from the beginning. That says a lot about the company and why nobody stays around that long. I guess it s time to find a lawyer so I can actually get somewhere.
Along with numerous things Fiat-Chrysler refuses to cover under warranty (crap interior pieces that fall apart after minimal wear), anything that IS covered the maintenance department takes their sweet time fixing, and have NO customer service skills. My boyfriend had an appointment at 10am to fix an oil sensor switch problem, and he was told it would take an hour. At 11am, he was told it would take another 45 minutes (of course only after he approached the tech, no one had checked in with him). Then, of course after hunting someone down AGAIN, he was told it was "almost done" at 12:15. Low and behold it is going on 1pm, and no word of how much longer the job will take. I get it, things get backed up and busy, but the lack of communication and care for the customer is ridiculous. We are in the middle of moving with a bit of a time crunch, not to mention my boyfriend is the only one with a vehicle, we do not have time to be at the mercy of technicians who want to take their sweet time to do a half assed job. This is just one more item in the list of why we will not buy a Fiat-Chrysler vehicle, let alone from Larry H. Miller, again.

They are still a dealership, do not forget, but Dodge and Larry H Miller have a lifetime customer in me.
This was absolutely the EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had. The guys at Larry H. Miller worked together to get the deal done, and then even went the extra mile for me. There was some glue residue from a sticker left on the car, and they had me bring it back for a full detailing and a full tank of gas! Thank you so much for helping me get the car of my dreams.

Have had all of my service done at LMD TUCSON after our purchase of a Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4 from them in 2014 . They have always exceeded my expectations for workmanship and courtesy during my visit . Facilities are always clean and neat , will not take our truck anywhere else .
I had an appointment and when I arrived the service lanes were very busy. To my surprise I was greeted within a minute, my appointment verified and advised my service writer would be out shortly. My service writer, Kellie arrived within 3 minutes, greeted me as a valued customer, verified what I was there for and asked if there were any other issues. My service writer, Kellie asked me if I was dropping off or staying and advised me they would be finished within the hour. Kellie came back and spoke to me about the fuel injection service I was due for, without the high pressure sales pitch, and I agreed to have that done. Sure enough, they were done with everything within an hour and a half. All in all this was a very pleasant experience.
Service Depart did scheduled oil change on my 2016 Chrysler 300 and installed software upgrade for transmission. Daniel was very professional and performed everything in less time then I expected.
I Iove my service person but, the mechanic screwed up. Big. Time. My air conditioner still doesn t cool properly and most of the instrument panel on the dash doesn t work. Including the release to the gas tank and the head lamps don t turn on or off. When I called them about it they did not try to rectify the problem immediately. Instead they made me make another appointment for 10 days later. So NO would NOT recommend them.
We entered into your facility at 22nd and Columbus on December 30, 2015 with the expectation of looking for a new vehicle. We were assisted by RyShawn, Davis on your sales team. He was helpful and down to earth and was not a high pressure sales man. we will be telling others about our experience and hope that our parts come in soon. As far as sales men are concerned, RyShawn Davis is helpful and very respectful towards my Wife and I. I look forward to going to the showroom in the future
Pros: flexible scheduling, friendly and understanding, Tony was knowledgeable about my viper and understood what I was looking for in a service.
Cons: wouldn't wash the car, mechanics left greasy hand prints all over the hood, used the value of the car as an excuse to not at least rinse it off. $1000 for fluids and inspections was expected, but a little more detail to post-service left a lot to be desired from a business that specializes in my car.
Very bad experience was told a 3to 4 hour wait when I made a app and when I dropped my vehicle off I called 5 hours latter to find out if it was not done yet and was told it normally takes most the day to do the tint I have a pregnant wife due any day with that being our only car that kind of info should of been told to me when I made the appointment and when I dropped it off. No communication on there part
Service department is a joke. No communication with each other on what needs to be done. These people have to get their heads out of their asses. First a one day job turns into 3 days then i get called in to drop off my car and they weren't even ready for my car. The people working on my car hadn't even received the right materials to do the job but yet the service dept wanted to send the car to them. What a waste of time. Makes me re-think buying cars from this dealer. Only positive is the sales person.

Made an appointment to have my van serviced. Got a text confirming my service appointment the day before the appointment. My sister took the van in for the appointment and they said it could not be serviced. They tried to say there was a computer glitch, there were no techs there for the required work to be looked at, and that the appointment was made to meet my advisor not for the actual service to be done. I called back 6 hours later to find an ETA, but the van had not even been looked at and it may take ALL day tomorrow, too.
Hands down this was the best new car buying experience I have had. The staff is genuinely interested in what you want in a vehicle. They take the time to work with you and that says a lot for the customer service of this dealership. The service representatives take the time to educate and ensure you know exactly what you are going to get. I very much enjoy my new charger and will definitely recommend Larry Miller Dodge to my friends.

On July 3rd, 2018, we took in our '04 Dodge Durango for a routine check engine light diagnostic testing and repair. Check engine light codes were 700 and 750. (Estimated cost: $130 for Diagnostic testing + $300plus for a requested transmission flush & filter, seal, fluid replacement.)
Six weeks later, close to $2000 spent, FOURTH trip to service dept (vehicle still in service dept). Within less than 24 hrs & 10 miles driven, check engine light came on. Same code. Car runs worse than before. NOW, I have to buy the PCM part elsewhere so LHM service can install it and program it with NO WARRANTIES promised.
We have NO vehicle. I've had to cancelled scheduled doctor appointments. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with LHM service dept, while Mike Maxwell does what he is told. Eric McGraw tries to help and is working on it. Brandon was brash and blunt, I did not know about the PCM part unavailability until the third time picking up my car from him.
PCM needed to be REPLACED from the very beginning but this part had been on back order since March (2018?). LHM has to learn to play well with others. This part is no longer made by Dodge nor carried by Mopar Auto Parts.
MAKE GOOD on replacing the PCM with 2 yr warranty. Or REFUND MY MONEY and RETURN MY CAR so I can take it somewhere else for the repair.
Looking back, LHM's math doesn't add up, I was charged $700 for "flashing" a broken part and I have nothing to show for it not even a working vehicle.
Dont buy your car here!!!!!!!! Don't trust Chris, Martin, or the fianance center. The most honest person there is Eddie Amarillas if you want honesty see him. Not the young punks that will tell you whatever you want to hear to make you buy a car!!!!!
Daniel in the service department did a great job helping me out. He got me in and out quickly and was able to answer every question I had.
It was a long process took almost 3 weeks to get the loan to go through. After 10 days I asked to return the car and they said there s no buyers remorse in Arizona which was far from why we wanted to return it, the loan process was just taking to long and at that point we no longer wanted to wait and make a 2nd payment on our trade in. The managers aren t a big help.. but the deal was forced through and eventually we got stuck with the car at a high interest rate and nothing close to what we signed for. Thankfully a month later our credit union was able to fix our loan and get us down nearly 9%from a 15.99% to a 5.99%..

service person Daniel was ok. I brought the truck in for recall items, oil change tire rotation. Waited 4 hours. When I received my tuck back Daniel said because of the long wait next time I get me truck serviced he will throw in a car wash. Why would he have not just done it at this service? No matter. When I got into my truck the radio was blasting! In the drive home I realize something was really wrong, the front end was now badly out of line. Made several attempts to reach My service advisor but received no calls back. I will not use them again.

I do not recommend anybody to go to this dealership they will try to rip you off and sell you a used vehicle with 70000 or higher miles for a 1991 for 22,000 so if you smart you will not buy any used vehicle from there I probably won't even buy a new vehicle there cuz I felt I was treated unfair and they were trying to take advantage of me and ripped me off
Do not use any Dodge dealers in town if you drive a diesel. Affordable Diesel is your best bet! Honest, reliable and they know diesels!!
I brought my 2016 Ram in because it was having issues with starting and an engine light. I was worried they wouldn't be able to recreate it and need to keep it for awhile. However, the issue was figured out to be issues with 2 purge valves. They replaced them and a few other parts and had back in only a couple days.
The service was good be and attendant was helpful. The Price's still seem high to me.

Brand new truck broke down, LMD wasn't exactly pleased to do warranty work. We were stranded, had to fight to get a replacement car, would not provide a car, finally they rented one from Enterprise. And messed that up completely. We had to pay overnight shipping on parts. The dealer would not, says FCA will reimburse. We will see, not hopeful. Just plain lousy service all around from this dealer's service people and policies.
EDIT: 10 months later. I did receive reimbursement from FCA for parts shipping with the dealer, it was a fine hassle, but eventually was paid. It was several months of hassles with Enterprise charging me outrageous fees that the dealer was to cover (over 100 dollars (!) for 8 miles of driving a rental that the dealer said they were paying for). Eventually was able to get Enterprise to wipe the bill clean, after lots of threats and hassle. The dealer did nothing to help, no service, and tried to stick me with their bill. I never ever did reach the LMD manager who posted below, the one who said to contact him. I only got his voice mail, left repeated messages on the voice mail and again with the general reception, and he and they never had the decency to return the call. Service is obviously a nuisance to him, it is all quite dis-respectful. This dealer should be avoided at all costs, I would give he and them a negative five if it were possible. Thank you all for reading this story about a manager and company with zero service ethic and lack of integrity.
Service staff is always good and deserves 5 stars. The sales staff when I purchased the vehicle was limited in many ways and provided a weak experience. Most likely those people are gone now but, when I get a new RAM in about two months, I ll make the purchase in Phoenix. I just can t give the five stars for the dealership overall based on that buying experience.

I was very disappointed in the level of support and the overall customer service I received from Larry H. Dodge Ram. They service reps made it seem like I was an inconvenience. They refused to addressed previously documented issues because I was under my Certified Pre-owned warranty, despite these issues and being documented by a different dealership previously under the factory warranty.
Definitely deserve zero stars! Made an appointment for concierge service to pick up Ram truck for service. The day of pickup they never showed up or called. When I called up to inquire about what time they were coming ,everyone had an excuse. Todd the Service Advisor blamed the the online Manger. The lady at customer service blamed the service department for not following up on appointments. Todd calls and try s to act like he is doing me a favor by having someone come pick up the truck after 1 pm. My appointment was for 7 am. NOT 1pm! Then he calls to put the blame towards me saying I should have called to confirm.Really! You offered the service to me in an email and can t even do your job! It s ok will never buy a truck or use your service again!
Kellie gets 10 stars. She always takes care of us. The service center gets 4 out of 5 because they are always backed up and I do not believe oil changes should take 2 hours.

We are full time RVer s just passing through when we needed to change our fuel filters on our 2018 Ram. Kellie, our service advisor, was very helpful and got us in and out quickly. She even ran our truck through the car wash - twice - because it wasn t clean enough the first time.

So far my experience has been anything but stellar. The problem has not been solved. After purchasing a used grand caravan and having the use of it for less than two weeks, it has literally started falling apart. Drivers side window fell down, back up camera stopped working, door locks failed, and the biggest issue was fuel problems so it will not start. After less then 1000 miles, it now needs a min imum of 2000 dollars to be able to drive it home. We bought it to improve the comfort of our autistic son. The dealership has offered to replace the piece of junk with a different vehicle, but this process has not been completed. We have a newer vehicle in mind. I just hope the management can find a way to make good on the price and keep our payment close to what our payment would currently be. For the last week, I have not had the ability to use our van. Tomorrow is Monday. I hope the dealership will come through. My rating may change. Will see.
