Brand new truck broke down, LMD wasn't exactly pleased to do warranty work. We were stranded, had to fight to get a replacement car, would not provide a car, finally they rented one from Enterprise. And messed that up completely. We had to pay overnight shipping on parts. The dealer would not, says FCA will reimburse. We will see, not hopeful. Just plain lousy service all around from this dealer's service people and policies.

EDIT: 10 months later. I did receive reimbursement from FCA for parts shipping with the dealer, it was a fine hassle, but eventually was paid. It was several months of hassles with Enterprise charging me outrageous fees that the dealer was to cover (over 100 dollars (!) for 8 miles of driving a rental that the dealer said they were paying for). Eventually was able to get Enterprise to wipe the bill clean, after lots of threats and hassle. The dealer did nothing to help, no service, and tried to stick me with their bill. I never ever did reach the LMD manager who posted below, the one who said to contact him. I only got his voice mail, left repeated messages on the voice mail and again with the general reception, and he and they never had the decency to return the call. Service is obviously a nuisance to him, it is all quite dis-respectful. This dealer should be avoided at all costs, I would give he and them a negative five if it were possible. Thank you all for reading this story about a manager and company with zero service ethic and lack of integrity.
