I was dropping off a customer at the middle entran...

I was dropping off a customer at the middle entrance and one way bay. I then got blocked at the service drop off area....i could not exit since all three lanes had cars and trucks blocking the exit with no customers in any of the Vechicles. Tried to back out and was stopped by a rather uncooperative man entering the drive up and intentionally not wanting to observe my friendly motions to drive to the next bay so I could get and or back out, since time is precious. Did not see any LHM personnel except when the man finally pulled up and in front of me. I'm Writing this because it seems to be that Tucson is now fully excercising bullying tactics rather than be nice, observant and or courteous. From my observations this is very Sad, very Sad, since this is not my first encounter here at LHM and on the Roads on 22nd especially in this area. I know the Beaudrys with Beaudry motors had their dealership at this location and it was friendly then...times do change I guess. Although, LHM Dodge is near Reid park and Reid Park Zoo etc., this seems to be a good place to relax.

Car got fixed.... But, horrible customer service. I made an appointment for Thursday at 2p the girl said that way there was enough time to get it done. I drop it off at 2p. At 5p I am told they do not have enough time to comlete a trans mission flush if I want to pick up and come back the next day? I said keep it. Car was not done until 11a the next day. 21 hours later. Agents at the service desk were very inattentive when I returned. I stood there for 5 minutes staring at them while 2 of them were not doing anything but being on thier phone. The one women who was busy asked me if I needed anything after 5 minutes and told me who my agent was. I walked up to my agent Nick and I had to wait for him to finish talking on his cell phone about his plans for later that evening. Never greeted me, never thanked me. Gave me zero information on my vehicle just said, "everything is on this paper." When I asked how frequently I am supposed to get a a transmission flush he responded, "I don't know. I think every 100k but not sure." And left it at that. Made no effort to find out for me. I guess non commission salesman means no customer service.

My husband made an appointment for an oil change and to have the drive door looked at. He told 3 different people what he was there for. After 2 hours all they did was looked at the door and then said that he never told anyone about the oil change. I will never take my truck back there for anything. Horrible customer service

I purchased the $99 oil changes for my charger In Dec 17 . Eventually I traded it in due to mechanical problems, so I got a different car. So today, I tried to use the rest of the pre paid oil changes I had and OF COURSE they said couldn t do it. So rather than finding alternate ways to help me they just hustled me out of it. I m never coming back here again.

I had a problem with an a repair that was done by an out of town shop prior to my purchasing a 2017 Ram van and it caused my alternator to fall and damage my engine beyond repair. Larry H Miller is by far the worst dealership I have experienced in my entire life. From the top down and from service to sales. They all lie. They are crooks. They steal from customers and their products are garbage. I would never purchase another vehicle or visit their seevice department ever again.

The service was good from the service employees. I was disappointed in how long it took to have my battery replaced. My vehicle was towed in the evening before and I didn't hear back from them in the morning. I called them at 10 am (knowing that they open the service department at 6:30), and the battery had been replaced but I had not been contacted about it. My biggest problem was not with Larry H. Miller, but the tow company that Chrysler contact to have my vehicle brought to the deal. All-ways towing was terrrible. They were 2 hours late and even after confirming the dealer location they took it to the wrong one. I would not recommend using the Chrysler towing. Because they did not show up on time and then took me to the wrong dealer to begin with I did not get my vehicle in on the same day like the Service department offered.

they claim to have completed a recall issue, but then say that they did not go into to the steering column and that is where the recalled issue was.. then want me to pay for the diagnose of the previous recalled item that is now causing my car to be a safety hazard, brakes locking up, causing me to swerve into other lanes and the rattle that and vibration that come from it are ridiculous.. I didn't have this issue until after I picked up my vehicle due to dead battery.

All I can say is 100% perfect!

All I can say is 100% perfect!
I came limping in off the I-10 about 6:30am before the shop was officially open.
when I walked in to the service dept., I was greeted by a friendly hello and it went better from there. Lisa Beatty listened to my challenge and took charge of the situation right from the start. She got the service shop manager involved and with her assistance and the concern for getting the job done quickly and correctly, working with the Service Manager, they got us back on the road in a very quick time.
by far, this is the best service I have ever received from a dealership.
I have purchased seven (7) new vehicle from the Larry Miller organization over the last 12 years and am not disappointed in any way.

Lisa is the best example of customer service I have had the pleasure to deal with

We loved working with Scotty Woodington as well as Jonathan Foster in finance. I went from a heavy duty truck to an Avenger about a year ago and it just wasn't the car for me. They worked with us to get me back into a truck, despite the negative equity we had on the car. Yay rebates! Thanks guys!

Told me he would call me in the afternoon. He did, let me know what was wrong and permission to fix and gave me price. My car was done before I finished work. Thank you again Larry H. Miller & Nick!

Service department does have a great customer service it just depends who is your advisor. A lesson learned is that if there is a problem with the vehicle they need to duplicated. When I purchase the vehicle I taught they give you a courtesy vehicle while my vehicle is in the shop. Instead they provide you with a UBER (one way).

I have a new 2020 Ram 1500 Limited I bought in Mai...

I have a new 2020 Ram 1500 Limited I bought in Maine but we winter in AZ so I chose Larry Miller Ram despite them being further away than Jim Click. I made an appointment for 10AM, arrived at 9:35AM, but the truck was not taken in to the garage until 11:15. They could do a better job managing customer expectations there as I told them when I setup the appointment I would be waiting for the truck. I bought the extended 5yr/100K warranty which includes 4 "free" oil changes and tire rotations and this was #1. The work was completed and the truck taken back to the parking area and with many open parking spots it was parked into a super tight spot where the mechanic apparently dinged the door of the truck beside it when he got out. He took the paperwork back to the service writer and after 15 minutes the service writer still had not contacted me so I went in and requested my truck. He said he didn't have the paperwork yet so I informed him I watched the mechanic park my truck and carry the paperwork in 15 minutes ago. Then he miraculously found the paperwork on right on his desk and checked me out. I typically do routine maintenance like this myself but since it was "free" I used the dealer. But, always weary of dealership mechanics I marked all 4 rims with a permanent marker as to where they were before rotation. They are Goodyear eagle touring and are NOT directional, so conventional rotation as stated in the owners manual is rears to front and fronts to the opposite rear. Mine were just swapped front to back and backs to front on the same side. I will jack it up and swap the 2 rears myself. I also watch as the tires were remounted and they were just wound on with an air gun, no torque wrench to be seen. Some may say these items are splitting hairs, but it really is the most basic of care by a decent mechanic. Onto the oil change. They did install a new filter, but apparently when they removed the old one, it spilled all over the frame. My brand new $70+K truck with 4650 miles on it was dripping oil all over my carport floor when I got home. How awesome! This is just total carelessness and trying to get as many units as possible done, likely due to pressure from management to keep the numbers up. I completed a survey they emailed me the next day (not favorably), but no one contacted me a s result. I will not schedule my next service at Larry Miller Ram in Tucson. This was such a dissappointment after spending so damned much money on a new truck. A very simple service but several "fails" in just an oil/filter change and tire rotation. Hopefully, Jim Click Ram will have some pride in their brand and take the time to do things right.

Service department is very poor in its timing with customers. Was told my car would be done by 3:30 PM on the same day, called back at 6:30 PM and I m told they are now closed and I have to wait till tomorrow to have details on my car. This is very bad customer service and because of this error I have to spend yet another day without a car.

I love the service I received, they are good at checking everything on my Dodge Ram 1500, and how fast they got it done. The repair they did was a lot, from replacing break drums to struts to a whole lot of wrongs that needed fixing. It was worth the money I spent now I got a truck to last me 15 years or more.
Thank you dodge for the care and safety that you done to make sure I had a good and safe vehicle.

I took my 2016 Ram 2500 diesel in for a regular oil change. I asked that the AC system be checked as the max AC was not working. I have an extended warranty that covers almost all repairs. The service writer Nick notified me that the actuator for the max AC door was broken (typical Ram truck problem). They kept the truck for a few days and when it was repaired my wife picked up my truck as I was at work. She called me snd let me know the low coolant light came on after she drove the truck from the dealership since it was late in the day. Later, after I checked it out, I found the coolant tank was about 1/2 a tank low (they did a multi-point safety/fluid check - yeah right) I had to buy coolant to fill it up. I also noticed the kick plate below the steering wheel had been pulled off the small screws that hold it down instead of the tech taking the screws out like they should have. There was also a wiring harness hanging out on the passenger side. I called the service writer Nick but he never called me back so I left a message for the service manager. The service manager called at the end of the day. He told me that he agreed with me that they must not have refilled the coolant after they had to drain the heater core to replace the AC blend door part. The service manager apologized and said the tech that worked on my truck was a newer/younger guy and he would address the issue. While I appreciate the service manager calling me and I will give them one more chance to keep me as a customer, I will never use Nick who couldn t be bothered to call me back. I hope they do better next time or I will never go there again.

"Ok", service. Service adviser's are friendly, but turn around time to get your truck service is not so good. I've always had to wait an additional hour than what was promised. Service people never re-position my seat, far back, as it was when I arrived. My last truck wash was embarrassing. They missed a whole spot on driver side. They use to be top notch; now their service is going down hill.
Back in November 2014 I left a detailed message for Lisa to give me a call back with detailed information on my Transmission Warranty, she never returned my call. Now my truck is on a recall list. Wonder if she'll follow up on that soon.

I made an appt to get our 17 Durango repaired, there were 3 recalls that were repaired. I also informed the service consultant that part of the tail light flickered while driving down the road. Also asked to get our vehicle detailed back to like it came off the showroom floor, as our finance person said they would do once a year. Well needless to say the tail light didn't get fixed because they (could not duplicate the problem..) guess I don't know when the light flickers going down the road. As far as our vehicle getting cleaned like we were told it would be, didn't happen and I was told they had no idea what I was even talking about... I guess I have to drive behind my vehicle and record the light flickering!!! I am not happy with Larry H Miller maybe I have to buy my next ram elsewhere.

The service was outstanding and was promised the car in two hours and it was kept. Two hours exactly!
Car runs beautifully and service was as expected. This is a great place to get your car serviced and fixed properly. Great job by all involved.

(The good)- Last Tuesday I went to Larry H. Miller on 22nd street and Columbus in Tucson Az and talked to "Bob" the salesman that met me in the lot as i was looking around for a bigger vechical since my family grew by one this past week. Bob was great he asked me what i was looking for showed me a few different vechical's and we picked a couple to work some numbers on. Finally about a half hour later Bob and I settled for one that would fit my budget. He went back and we got numbers that where a little out of my range so he went back and came out with new numbers that came down to 370.00 a month and $0.00 down. I was in awww by this because it was what i was looking for. We signed the paperwork and went back to finance signed my paperwork there and i was on my way out with my new vechical. (The bad) - fast forward this story after having the vechical for a week I got a call from the finance manager stating that she need a moment of my time. She started out with I am very sorry to tell you this but we where not able to finance you with any of our banks so you are going to have to come up with a co signer or bring the vechical back to us here at the dealership. I was lost for a moment I told her then what was the other day I came to the dealer I signed all the paperwork and drove off amd now you are telling me that I need a co signer or bring it back. She stated yes because we let you leave the dealer based on a spot delivery. I was like what the hell is that she explained it and I told her I was never informed of this in any paperwork that was done I thought this was a done deal and we moved on. She stated no and I will give you a few days to figure things out or you will need to bring the vechical back. (The ugly)- Here we are in one week later I had to talk to my mother in law about co signing and she did last night. I called the finance this morning and she stated ok i will let you know by this afternoon if everything goes through. At 2pm or so this afternoon the dealer called and stated that everything went through and they could get me financed but there was a small hickup. The finance department stated that instead of it being 370 a month now we are looking at 426 a month or so and 1000 dollar deposit. I asked her what happen to 370.00 at 0.00 down she stated that was on approved credit I told her then what was that last week when they came out with thier original offer she avoided my question and went back to her original statement. This whole situation and rating wouldnt have happen if they would have been up front and honest. Instead I am here writing this statement in hopes that the manager at the dealer reads this or someone in corprates reads it also. I would have never left the lot in a thousand years if i knew what i know now.

The service representative, Mike, assigned to me was extremely rude and inattentive. He was dismissive of me from the moment I pulled in. I watched him argue with his coworkers publicly, he was short tempered and inhospitable. He was nowhere to be found for the majority of the four hours that I sat there, he seemed more concerned with his lunch than his customers. It wasn t until I spoke with the head of service, Ivan, that I received any sort of help or care. All in all, I felt like a massive burden to the man I was paying to help me, and I will surely not return here next time my car needs service.

Bought a truck one month ago, sales staff was awesome but let's get to why I'm now posting a 1 star because so far nobody at Larry Miller Tucson has cared yet. 3 weeks after the sale Scott from finance says there is a problem with my addresses and bank won't fund until fixed, waited 3 weeks, so I jump through hoops to clarify mailing vs physical on a Saturday. Now 6 days later one month total, my trade Larry Miller already sold is still not paid off and my previous lender is harrassing me cuz the payment last month didn't get paid, my extended warranty refund is not being released to me on the trade in and my credit is taking a hit. It is quite obvious to me Scott and Tyler do not care about the customers the sales staff work so hard for. How hard would it have been to call the lender of my trade in and say they didn't catch the mailing address and physical address error and take care of it immediately, nope could care less. Thank you to Scott and Tyler for ruining my wonderful experience or at least that's how it started out, oh and these two are the bosses I believe in the finance department, great leadership skills.

Larry H Miller Dodge on 22nd street is the worst dealership I've ever been to. Don't ever go there. Sales department is awful, the service department is consistently disrespectful, rude, unhelpful and dishonest. Tell everyone you know. I abhor them and will not give them one more cent! I've never had a good service rep... ever. Just today the service rep refused to replace bad batteries that are under warranty. I purchased my truck there brand new. The rep rolled his eyes at me when I asked why it was not covered. You will not get anymore business from me and I'll make sure to recommend another dealership.

Arrived just to browse vehicles. Had done research on line and was prepared to buy if I found a used vehicle that matched my criteria. Found a vehicle matching exactly what I was looking for and it was for a used vehicle price. No games when working on the price and a deal was completed in minutes, due to Dylan and his manager Kris. Having a background in cars and dealerships I knew the finance was the next hurdle. The finance officer, Chris, made it easy, understandable, and actually worth the time to review the possibilities.
