Went by this place to see a truck that they told me was there. I drove 40mins there to see the truck and the sales guy had me look at new trucks while he located it. While looking at the new trucks i asked every 10mins or so about the vehicle I actually came to see and had to deal with them trying to sell me a new truck for a little over 2hrs until they finally told me that the vehicle i came to see was sold the day before.How convenient. Needless to say i wasn't very happy so I left and took my money to a more honest dealer next door.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! Service/Repair Reps are not knowledgeable and LIE to you. Service manager DOES NOT return phone calls and Parts Department can not keep track of their drivers who take ALL DAY to deliver a part ordered at 9AM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!

I waited for my vehicle for 7hrs to be done. When i was told it was going to be 4hrs. No progress during the day mssg. Customer service apparently does not exist. When you walk, where to go? Clerks are open but are talking/standing around not greeting anyone or asking if they needed help. I had to ask around for help and got directed to Juan who was busy on phone, Minimal help, while only 2 other workers attending to the long line of customers. While waiting in line I counted 8, not including my self. Went to pick up my car still wasn't in the front, while they handed me the keys, so I waited again. Not a happy customer. Improve your customer service Dodge, L. Miller !!! Will not want to go back.

ED MOTZKIN, NO ONE CAN ACTUALLY CALL YOU BECAUSE YOUR STAFF SAYS YOUR TOO BUSY ALL THE TIME. This is my 2nd review of this dealership, the first time I wrote a review Ed replied back and said "give me a call". We have called and each time we got passed around to two or three people asking the same questions "what's your name, your last name and why do you need to speak to him" and than after holding for 5 minutes or more Ed is "unavailable to talk", giving the dealership the benefit of the doubt we went back anyway against our better judgement. This is the most dishonest dealership we have ever been too. We were interested in a truck that was traded in, told to find our own financing after they wanted us to finance through them at a $900 payment a month and we told them no (I can't forget to mention that it only took them 5 hours to "run the numbers"). Once we found our own financing, they didn't even want to talk about the price of the used vehicle (we had no previous discussions before hand) even though the truck blue booked for almost 5 grand less than the dealership was asking for. Then, when the bank wanted to tell the dealership that they couldn't go any higher on the loan because they overpriced the truck, the dealership came back and told us that the truck we were looking at had a hole in the side of it from the previous owner and was no longer able to be sold as it had to be salvaged instead. Also - Guillermo, who was very interested in communicating with me to get all my personal information until I started asking questions about the vehicle and the price and then he decided to stop texting me back. All around the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership.

Took our Limited Longhorn 1500 to Larry H. Miller Ram Tucson for inspection and recall repairs. When I picked up my truck the leather steering wheel had a scratch in the leather on the bottom of the steering wheel that happened while the truck was in the dealerships possession. I was sent to Ivan Salazar to go over the issue. He stated that he had no idea how it could have happened and they ,Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram, would do nothing to fix it. Ivan showed a lack of empathy and total disregard for the customer. I will continue to update the situation.

Never again will I bring my truck here... Promised over and over again, "Tomorrow, tomorrow and tomorrow" Wrong parts ordered, and here we are 10 days later and MAYBE I'll get it back in another 4??? Can't get anyone in service to answer the phone and had to go through sales. Terrible customer service, in my experience.

8/3 update... STILL NO TRUCK. Tried calling Stacy as reply indicated... Guess what, cannot complete call. I swear I've been able to raise ONE person there and that was through sales first... Truck has been there since 7/20....

I was given one key I asked for the second one they had told me they don't have it right now and to call back in a couple days, I have called 4 times with no call back, I have text and emailed just on this subject alone. On top of that I was told I would get my license plate in 7-10 days, I am going on 8 weeks and have not received my license plate and then they keep transferring me to someone one who does not answer or call back either after leaving several voicemails. This place is a headache and would avoid them at all cost. Take your business elsewhere because these people are as sleazy as they come.

Don't buy from Larry h miller!!! Bought a 2013 charger rt on 6/15/17 haven't even had it for 2 months this car has already overheated, my power steering system just completely gave out and none of these are covered under warranty, so they sold me the car without flushing coolant system or power steering system they didn't even do a oil change actually I had to take it in about 3 weeks after buying to get serviced.. the second day I drove it a cover from the bottom came of so I called ed the guy that sold it to me and told him and he did admit it was his fault and to take it in but I wasn't going to drive all the way over there dragging the cover so I just fixed it myself but other then that the tires where pretty worn out when bought and it doesn't even have floor matts which cost about $130 by the way! I've just hade way to many problems with this car in the first 2 months and the salesman kept talking about he wouldn't sell me a car if he wouldn't sell it to his own son, well then he would sell his own son a piece of junk because I got nothing but problems not to mention all the problems I had with the financial department.! I like dodge but I won't be going back to Larry H Miller and I don't think you should either this car came out to like 27,000 it shouldn't be breaking down on me before the second month

Mike had always taken such great care of me. He noticed that my oil change package had expired, so he offered me a great package to alleviate my thoughts of having to track my oil changes for a year. I now have a package to cover 3 more oil changes in a year which for me is exactly what I'm already used to doing. He also updated me on my where my current warranty packages are and their expiration dates as I asked for.

It sounds simple enough - right?!

Larry H Miller is a joke, Not just dodge, But Fiat too. My boyfriend went in to buy a new car. filled out all the paperwork, was told he was approved for a 2014 challenger V6, and his payments would be $580, Let him take the car home, and then called him a few days later saying he wasn't approved. each time he went to talk to them, they told him to keep the car another day. One day he went in, said he was fine with getting a used car, and since they are so focused on making commission, they said "No keep the car till Monday, we will continue to talk with the banks." he got approved with a co-signer Through a Bank (I will not name) The same bank that I had gotten approved through Larry H Miller Fiat, and Had my Car repo'd wrongly. But his payments went up $200 (understandable, that's the banks doing) The sales person was saying that that Specific bank only deals with NEW cars, not used.....the car I purchased that was financed by That SAME bank was used. Then They continued to say he couldn't get into any other car, except a used 2013 Challenger, which would have been $30 less on payments! When they brought back his original car, we went to empty our belongings out of the Challenger, and they locked us out!!!! They would NOT give him his deposit back until he brought the spare key, so he did the next day, then continued to say "We cant find the car. You never brought it back" and tried to Keep his Down Payment! How would we have gotten his original car without bringing back the Challenger?! They are a bunch of idiots over there and I wouldn't trust them with even the smallest secret. Also Notice, they rarely respond to negative Reviews, because they are cowards.

We have been bringing our truck here for service the past year and the service department has been extremely helpful so naturally when we were looking to upgrade we came here. The sales department was completely horrible. We had the internet manager schedule an appointment with us and them when we got there he was busy with another customer, which is understandable since buying a car is not a quick process. He did say he would come check in when he finished. We were there for 4 hours with not one sight of him, except seeing him standing around outside a few times. The sales person we were put with had very little product knowledge and was incapable of answering any of our questions.

After 4 hours we still could not find a vehicle to even start negotiating with because they were unable to find a vehicle even with our basic requirements. We started filling out a purchase report to buy one directly from the factory and over an hour later we still had not gotten a quote. Our current salesman also seemed to spend more time on his cell phone then filling out our quote. Nothing about this process is speedy or even remotely streamlined.

They are extremely friendly and they do not pressure you to buy, but their lack of knowledge and focus on finding what we were looking for was lacking to say the least.

*Update - I thought it would be better now that there is new ownership and better reviews. But that is not the case. We now have a 2015 Dodge Durango after 3 1/2 years, the battery keeps dying overnight. We got a new battery and it still does the same. We took it here figuring they could do more testing to see if something is causing battery drain. They said it was the battery (even though it is new). We took it back to where we got the new battery and they tested it. They said it tested it fine. So we took it back to Dodge. 6 days later we called (we never got a call back), and they said it's the battery. We said fine and picked it up. Picked it up and the paperwork showed they tested the battery the day we took it and it had been sitting for 6 days and never got a call. Battery still dies every night. We're still trying to figure this out. These guys are very uncaring.

Multiple disappointments. When we bought the Dodge Journey there we were promised floor mats, but we were given so much hassle that we gave up on trying to get them. Then we had to take the vehicle in multiple times because we had issues with the radio system. It still isn't working properly when we try to listen to songs from our USB drive. It will play for 5-10 minutes fine and then randomly stop working and show an error. We were told our USB drive is defective (we've tried multiple drives and it happens with all of them). We also got our first oil change done there and they didn't reset the vehicle's computer system so now we continuously get an annoying oil change due message when we already had it done. ALSO, we just received a letter from Tucson Dodge stating that their records indicate we have not got our first oil change done and we should get it done soon. WOW. This place is by far the worst dealership I've had to deal with. We are done going there.

We live in Naco AZ and we were on our way to Phoenix for a concert. We were running a little late. We stopped at the dealership at around 1:45pm looked at a couple of used trucks and one new. We talked to one of the salesman who's name is Jose Navarro, this guy is awesome. He was able to get us in a new truck instead of a used one at a low interest rate. He went out of his way to make this deal as smooth as possible. Everything he promised he followed through. We were out of there in 2 and a half hours. We compared prices at this dealership to some that we have in Cochise county and the difference is Big. We are very satisfied with Larry Miller Dodge Tucson and the way there staff treated us. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. PS we made it to the concert in time.

Well, walked in and drove out with a 2018 Ram 1500...

Well, walked in and drove out with a 2018 Ram 1500 about 7 days ago on approved credit through Chrysler financial with a trade in and a down payment. Today I get a call asking me to come in and sign different papers because my interest is higher, I'm still approved but they want a higher payment.

Wait a minute, I was already told I was 100% approved first day there.

So now I'm back in my tahoe, lost my down and took a hit to my credit, least to say I will not be going back to Larry h Miller.

What makes it more of a horrible is that I live 1 minute away and get to see this awful place everyday, use to past this place hoping one day to get a vehicle. Lesson learned, Thank you.

They will tell you what you want to hear then flip on you. Good luck dealing with them. Best advise Run the other way.

Completely happy with my experience with Larry Miller Dodge. Rashawn my sales guy was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed plus more! He was so friendly it was almost like I've know him forever. He made sure that even while I waited on paperwork to check if I needed anything. The finance guys were just as friendly and didn't pressure sales of unnecessary warranties. The whole experience was great and would gladly recommend Larry Miller Dodge to any family and friends!

I took my 2019 Ram 2500 in for a transmission rebuild. It took three weeks to get done and then when I got the truck back the horn was not working and none of the buttons on the steering wheel. And I found out one the transmission connectors where broken transmission which they fixed with a zip tie . the service agent from the dealership said that it was like that when they took it in. Plus they refuse to fix it very poor dishonest customer service

I hate to be that person to leave a negative comment but I had a negative experience.... I spent all day in this dealership, eventually signed the paperwork on a used challenger and by 8 pm drove off in it. I was re assured to not worry about being approved that I had great credit etc. about 4 days after having the car, I received a call from one of the finance guy saying I couldn t get approved so I had to bring it back. So I brought it back and waited around because they told me there may be some Hope after all, and after a hour of waiting was told unless I could put $2000 down or pay more a month I wouldn t be approved, which I already told them what I could and couldn t as soon as I walked in the first time. I got my trade in car back and left. A few days later, I realized my thin blue line patch was missing, everything else was left how it was except for that, someone took it. Also they never gave me back my registration for that car, and the registration sticker for the plate. When I called I was told they d call back and never did. So I had to pay out of pocket for something I ve already paid for that they didn t give back. Seemed like a good experience at first, quickly took a bad turn. Be careful.

I received an email from Larry H. Miller Dodge's service department for a "Buy 3 Tires Get the 4th for $1" deal. I followed the instructions on the email and ordered the tires and scheduled the appointment online. I double checked with the Service Department manager that the special would apply to the tires I picked out via multiple phone calls and emails. When I showed up for my appointment, my order was not in their system and no one in the Service Department was aware of the deal. After showing copies of the online order confirmation and the original advertisement email, the service adviser agreed to honor the quote. After the service was completed, I see they added $90 in additional fees (even though the online quote specifically says "All-In-One Pricing"). I emailed the Service Department manager to resolve the issue, and I have not heard back.

This is obviously a bait-and-switch scheme. I'll be reporting Larry H. Miller to the Better Business Bureau and Dodge.

Turns out the deal really was too good to be true. What a scam...

Horrible Customer Service. I have had nothing but problems since Larry H Miller took over I've walk in and have stood there for 20mintues before someone could help me or acknowledge that I was standing there also I have been dealing with a traction control light that comes off and on on my dodge dart for 5 months and no one seems to know why and kept getting the run around. Finally this past Saturday Aaron took care of the problem and found out what was wrong but was getting charged for the repairs when I have ever warranty on it. Kevin the manager told me that he would take care of everything and would have Aaron call first thing Monday morning to get everything done and now we are a week into this and still no phone call. This is the most horrible way to treat your customers don't get me wrong I love my dart but it's too new to be giving me problems especially when I drove it off the lot with 7 miles on it. This company needs to educate there staff a little better on customer service.

I ordered tires days ahead of my scheduled appointment and they still weren t available as promised. Terrible customer service when I called to check to see when my car would be ready. She totally blew me off telling me to check the next day. I was very disappointed with this service, my prior experiences had all been exceptional.

My car went in for a recall repair. Was told part would take couple weeks to arrive (which I was fine with). Kept checking in and was told about 4-5 different times to leave my number and someone would call me back. Never once did I receive a call from anybody. Finally being fed up after 15 days I asked to speak with a manager. Manager said they didn t even know my car was there and then tried explaining that my recalls were done back in 2011 (which they weren t). Finally after he figured everything out 2 days later he calls me back saying he had the part there and the repair would be taken care of, so basically I paid for a rental car for 20 days cause they didn t have their s*** together. The day my car was fixed the mechanic calls me saying the battery is dead and no good. I let him know it was under warranty and asked if they would swap it out. He said they could but would have to charge me $60 to do it. Completely fed up I decided to go pick up my car and have the battery swap done else where. I go in to pick up my car and as soon as I get in its fun of dust inside and water marks so I m guessing they had it sitting there with the driver window down. When I first purchased my car there at Larry H I was happy and satisfied and any friend or family memeber that would be looking to invest in a vehicle I would refer over to them. I sad to say my opinion of the whole place has completely changed.

Larry h Miller service department provided a uber for me to be returned home while the repairs were made and then Uber to pick me up to receive my completed vehicle serviced I really appreciate all the good work thank you Larry h Miller I would recommend your dealership to anybody. I can't believe how easy and hassle free it was to get the recall items done. And they even filled my windshield wash fluid , and ran the check engine light codes for complimentary . And they put on four new tires for free and painted the car for free also I wish lol

Had a 930 appt 2 hours later still had not been looked at and was told it would be a other 4 hours. I may have waited if I would have had a loaner car. Seems they over booked the service dept. Very unhappy. Did not get the recall done on my dodge 2500.

Typical car dealership. Enthusiastic people trying to get you into a car. They try to sell you cars for more than what they're worth. Most car places sell you cars for less than what they're worth. That's the selling point. Who sells cars for more than what they're worth?!?!?! Ridiculous!!! And.... Unless you have excellent credit, a nice down payment or are willing to get into a more expensive car you don't need, they don't seem to be able to help you out. If the car is newer and over $12,000 you can't get a loan payment low enough to fit your budget. If the car is older and under $12,000 then none of their banks will give you a loan. Finally found a car that seem to fit what we were looking for. They told us they just got the car and it wasn't ready to be sold. Call back 2 Days Later the car was pending sale... How do you tell people the car isn't available and then it's sold the next day?!?!?!

Unfortunately the insurance company the extended warranty that I have sent some faulty parts and now I have the same problem with my truck so I need my truck fixed cuz I spent a lot of money and I don't want to pay again to fix the same problem.

Had to wait a few months for the recall part to be in stock but once it was, the service went relatively quickly - about 4 hours. People were polite and shuttle driver even called afterwards to ensure my husband was home safely (he needed a ride home after dropping off the RAM but a friend drove him to the dealership to pick it up).
