Incredible hotel, great service. The location was brilliant too

They upgraded us into a gorgeous suite. The entire staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Before arrival I had extensive emails with the concierge who assisted in all sorts of decisions. It is a wonderful property only eclipsed by its warm staff dedicated to fantastic service.

This hotel is a lovely boutique tyoe hotel - no package tourists here- in a great location. OnFifth avenue its near MOMA, SAKS and Pierpont Morgan Library. Service is genuinely outstanding from moment of arrival (doorman, then luggage staff, concierge, desk staff..) without being ingratiating. The building is spacious and elegant. It feels like an elegant oasis in the middle of a frenetically busy metropolis. Our room was large by NYC standards. Great view. Large bedroom w living room area, desk, bar, coffee fridge. Great snacks. Walk in dressing room!!! Enormous bathroom. Very cools shower and huge tub. Double sinks. Space. Space. Space. I did not want to leave. Had drinks in their bar: quiet and elegant. Superb service. Again. Had brunch/lunch in restaurant. Again excellent. As a wonderful haven to come home to after a busy day in the hectic Big Apple i have not found better in this midtown location. I encountered a Manager at elevator and he asked me how i liked the hotel. I said i could not fault it but mentioned while my husband loves Nespresso (in the room) i like tea. When i got back a kettle and my favourite tea (Mighty Leaf) were there. They even laundered my tote complimentary. Never had such service

Outstanding service, warm atmosphere, and the best quality hotel stay I ve ever experienced. I was here with my friend for a weekend getaway and we were made to feel like family from the first step through the beautiful revolving door. Abu, the doorman, was phenomenal our entire stay. The front service desk knew us by name and greeted us each time they saw us. I would highly recommend The Langham!

The hotel is clean and their employees are courteous and professional. It is conveniently located near Manhattan's landmarks with most of them being a quick taxi ride away.

Nice hotel in NY. Much better than the one in Boston. The london one is much nicer though.

Great food, service and commodities, but really expensive (500$ for 4 people having two courses, plus two desserts and 4 glasses of wine). If you don't mind a big check you should definetly visit.

I stayed in this hotel for almost three weeks, and I truly have fun. The staff was very accommodating and nice. Besides, all the amenities, rooms, and views were quite beautiful and elegant. Next time, I will surely bring my family, friends, and workmates here, for it was truly nice and worth it. Thanks for the remarkable experience! Good job!

If you are traveling with you family is the perfect hotel. Great Location in the 5th Ave. Also the rooms are perfect for Manhattan. Finally the main restaurant Ai Fiori is on the best italians restaurants in NYC. Highly recommend.

It is close to major tourist attractions such as Korean Town, Times Square, Empire Buteite Building, and close proximity to Korean restaurant. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean ~~

The The Langham, New York, Fifth Avenue is an exceptional hotel located centrally in NY making most of the sights-to-see within walking distance. Food throughout NY is very pleasant but both dinner and breakfast.

Rooms are large and somewhat plain, but I do understand that some people like that. Service was either great or terrible. There was no consistency. Room service was late and Guest Services staff was mediocre at best. Location is good

Stayed at the Langham multiple times and cannot say enough good things about the experience. Service is unbelievable and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have an incredible time. Definitely going to be going back!

Friendly staff, and decent prices. It's a bit slow low on portion though for the price.

I really love this hotel, and love the service as well.
Adam from reservation and Mar and Carim at the front desk (Mar you just forgot to call me this time when I asked about an upgrade). Daniel from the Spa is always attentive too.
I really love everything in this hotel. I recommend it to anyone who comes to New York as well as to my friends and family.

Great 5 star hotel in a fabulous location and a true servant mentality. A little dated but good size rooms. My issue was that the room was less to be desired by a long shot and not up to 5 star standards at all! We arrived early and they didn t have our room ready (high floor facing park ave). We checked our bag and was going to go out but the lady at the front desk sold us this other better room. She said it wasn t on a high floor but it was the same room with an added patio and outside garden access area. She went on and on about how beautiful the room was and that it was $100 more a night but she would give it at the same price. Sold! When we got in there we just dropped our bag and left, room looked great at first glance. Upon arriving back late in the evening we found all the issues. Several lights didn t work, bathroom door wouldn t open and the patio was a shared space in the back up the building that felt like you were in an alley with windows of other units right in front of the patio furniture. Not only did our patio furniture have missing cushions but we had a person stare at us through their window so we quickly went inside. There was no garden. We had to keep our blinds closed due to being a shared patio and the windows to another unit being so close that they could see in. It just felt like we were in the basement. We love keeping the curtains open and still having privacy which this room didn t offer. We decided to stay in the room because we already completely unpacked and only had one more night there. On the last night we got in very late again and I wanted to take a bath. That s when I discovered the drain wasn t properly working. The water drained fairly quickly so it took a very long time to even fill up the tub halfway and didn t last long. It was after midnight and we were leaving the next morning so we didn t complain and just skipped the bath. I felt like we got conned into the room no one wants that doesn t get serviced. Not what I would expect from the Langham and especially not a 5 Star. We are in NYC every few months and don t know that we would stay here again. It could have just been a rare experience for the hotel but it was our experience on our anniversary and babymoon.

Upscale hotel on 5th Avenue with quite atmosphere and excellent service.

Everything from the time we entered to the time we left was very professional...THE ROOMS ARE SUPER CLEAN AND HUGE, the ultra-modern design and very quiet floors makes it great to sleep in at times...they even dry cleaned 5 items for free!!!....If you want to stay in a classy hotel this is it...we will stay at this hotel every time were in NYC....

They upgraded our room to a suite. All staff members we're extremely attentive and ensured our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend!

The Langham Place has become our "go to" hotel while in NYC. Everything about the hotel (location, room, bar/restaurant/staff) makes this a true "home away from home", and Yankee, at the front desk, has perfected the art of being a world-class hotelier. Ask for her by name.

I went to the Insignificance the play. It was a great show and experience that I would highly recommend for anyone to check out. Having the play a hotel room is a great idea and really name the audience feel like a part of the performance

Ai Fiori (on site restaurant) is my favorite restaurant in Manhattan. their flavors are so detailed and every dish is meticulously made. must try if you're staying here.

My overall experience was great except the pillows had a bunch of little hairs like it wasn't washed and the walls were just cover with sticky wall paper which had stains and creeped out my little girls. The valet guy was very friendly and helpful. We informed him we were out of town and he took the time to tell us all about the great places to take my kids, that they would greatly enjoy. The room we stayed in had the beautiful view of Hollywood and that was by far the best far.

The rooms and property in general are very nice. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. Ai Fiori is a delicious restaurant with a wonderful bar. Exactly what you'd expect from one of Langham's properties!

Didnt spend much time at the hotel. Only went to the restaurant Ai Fiori. Everything was great - staff, food, experience were all top notch.

Food was delicious. Location we central and easy to get to.

If you dont mind the price, that is a well run hotel , elegant, clean and superb service.

I recommend you to check your bill at check out. They charge you something you did not spend. For instance, whisky in your room.

I want to take a few minutes to share how wonderful my families stay was while staying at the Langham due to the impeccable service from your staff. EVERY single staff member was amazing during my stay, and I was constantly greeted with the utmost professionalism by the Langham team. Tony (Driton) was always kind, attentive, to my needs, and personally went out of his way to locate my baby carrier when it went missing. Due to crowds, I was not able to use a stroller, so without my daughter's carrier we may have missed out on a good experience at Rockefeller Center, Macy's to see Santa, Broadway plays we had booked - just to name a few. My trip in New York would not have been the same without him. Thank you Driton!

Jonathan was such a great person to greet me at check in, had my family laughing, what an amazing personality, and went above and beyond to make sure we kicked off our vacation just the right way. Thank you Jonathan!

Kenneth, and Shaun, and the other door guys all did such a great job of opening the door for my family, greeted us as we waked in and out, was quick to light up my smoke when I needed one, brought my wife a heater outside while we waited for car service, and always kept us engaged in great conversation. They felt like buddies to me and the family while we stayed there.

James was there for me every step of the way to address my requests, Zoltan greeted us, walked us to our room, and made us feel right at home. Every time I saw him, he greeted me, and was a great guy to deal with.

We primarily ate al Fiori, and the food was just amazing. I occasionally wake up from a dream where I am enjoying one of the french style omelettes your team prepared for us. Such a simple dish, prepared amazingly. At dinner your team went above and beyond, and the family I invited to join us, said it was the best dinner they EVER had!!!

The rooms are HUGE, we were overlooking the Empire State Building, with PLENTY of space for our whole family. My wife loved her spa treatment, and said it may have been the best massage she ever received...

I know I am leaving people out that were there during our stay, but everyone was so amazing for our family vacation from December 20-24th. Anyone on staff during that holiday week, did such an amazing job, despite it being a week where I'm sure they all prefer to all be with their families, and at home, they always treated my family, like family.

I can't say enough about how great you guys all are. I was sad to leave your team, and the hotel because it was a great experience for a family that travels a lot, so we know good staff when we experience it. We can't wait to come visit again.

I hope to make a trip from S Florida very soon to visit my Langham family, again...

A perfect hotel room-A+ from comfort to design, and love the bedtime cookies

Amazing hotel, to be expected in this location and at this price point. Rooms are very nice, thoughtfully laid out and extremely clean and well looked after. The location is perfect, with everything within (reasonable) walking distance. I have always had great experiences at Langham Hotels, they are a reputable brand that lives up to their name.

Amazing customer service. I haven't seen a hotel In awhile that has gone out of their way to ensure a guests comfort and truly put the hospitality back into the hospitality industry. Beautiful lobby, and beautiful rooms. Will def look into staying here in the future.

I absolutely adore this hotel!! We stayed in the executive suite with the kitchen for about 4 days and I was smitten. The views in the kitchen and especially the bathroom are so mesmerizing. Every single employee we encountered was polite and professional, not one single unpleasant encounter. The location is also great with Bryant park and the public library right around the corner. We walked to Times Square quite a few times and even up towards the good shopping closer to Central Park and even walked back! I love this hotel and was hoping to expand my horizon with different hotels next NYC trip but I think I will just stick with the langham! Truly a gem! The views in the bathroom have to be my favorite part!
