Lands' End Review

Nice clean store. Clothes are displayed very nicely. Staff is amazingly friendly. Got some super good buys today.

Great place for foul weather gear and other long lasting clothes.

Easily my go to place for basic clothes. The quality is better in materials and production than most retailers. I can order pants to fit for my husband. They have a great selection of pants for him. He wears their dress chinos to work. I look forward to the fun pieces they put out for women and kids every season. Super outerwear for all weather conditions for all family members.

Just awful. The experience I had this afternoon has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a retail environment. Spent almost an hour in the store and was ignored and then treated very badly by "Julia" I had chosen several items that were discounted. Had seperated the items per discount before checking out only to be told I was wrong about the discounts and they were put in the wrong section even though there were 23-30 items per THAT discounted section. "Julia" was rude, disrespectful frustrated, angry, and slammed my merchandise and bags all over the counter.I asked her name for which she angrily replied " If you have a problem then you can talk to my manager !!! I have been a Lands End Customer for over 20 years. NEVER AGAIN!!

I love Lands End. Been a huge fan for close to 45 years, so with a chance to get great clothes at a discount, you can't lose.

Grest staff, easy returns in a nice bright remodeled store. Al ittle hard to get arpund as all the displays are portsble so there are no real aisles. Also right now, they are having a great sale so maybe rheres even more merchadise than usual.

I bought a nice winter parka but it was not warm at all.

Went to return an online order. It was handled quickly.

The employees were not nice. Some of them were rude, but I also notice that many items were misplaced or placed in the wrong section. I even saw two people try to buy some items that were under the sale tags, but it turns out those items were not on sale. For one of those people, the cashier was being rude to him. The other person's cashier was not rude to say the least though. As for me, I ended up not being able to find much as too many things not on sale were under the "on-sale" tags. As I bought my item, I had the non-rude cashier and it was fine on that measure. Overall, this is exactly 1 full star as deserved.

They have clothing that that the other big out with sores don't have

The store has been through an overhaul and carries a lot more of the Lands End clothing line as well as still having decently stocked outlet racks.

I always get complements on my clothes at work and this could be the reason; this store has good deals and very well made clothing.

Store in Niles has an "inlet " in the back half of the store. Good bargains.

Eh, men's department very small. 40% off initially high MSRP is still not much of a deal.

Great service, friendly staff and amazing prices this year. Joshua sales rep was kind, easy to speak with and knowledgeable he even manage sell us a box of candy (which we all enjoyed very much) thank you. Keep up the great service. Happy Holidays.

My favorite "inlet" ( outlet) store for finding deals. It is also a very convenient place to return online purchases.

Was looking for something specific, didn't find it.

I brought back clothes that I d ordered online because I ordered the wrong size. Toni was super nice and very accommodating. She helped me send the order back to exchange. Great customer service!!

I recently spent four weeks trying in vain to find quality 100% cotton pants and shirts. It seems that the fashion is now a stretch blend of cotton plus something synthetic, which I find very uncomfortable in the hot weather. Then a friend suggested I try this Lands End outlet....I was amazed at what they had! I went looking for a pair of pants and ended up buying lots more. The prices were outstanding; I got a pair of pants, exactly what I wanted, for $12! The woman who helped us was also great and really interesting to talk to. I will be back :)

Land's End outlet always has good deals on quality products. 4 men's shirts, 1 blouse and women's slacks for $80? Why do I keep coming back? Real deals! Quality merchandise! Clearance racks are crazy good deals if you like the style and if they have your size. Current styles ? No. Last for 10 years, yes!
