We went to the emergency room at 4.30pm today for an injury to my son s ankle. At 6pm a nurse saw him. At 18.52 we are still waiting. This is desperate. Plus they don t give you any kind of information.

If you have an urgency DO NOT go to this hospital. I went on March 18th for a fall, they made me a plate on my wrist, the doctor diagnosed a sprain and they searched me without giving too much explanation. After 8 days I went to my traumatologist and made me a new board. Diagnosis: FRACTURE of wrist and 5 weeks wrapped.
I have been 1 week old and has not used anything at all for bad diagnosis.
There are very good doctors, in emergencies they attend quite well. What happens is that sometimes there seems to be little staff in the emergency room, and as more people come from the account, it becomes saturated. Then forget the telephone attention, if you need an appointment, or ask something, you will not get it. I think it's a shame, because with the good service they give, they should have more staff, both medical and administrative. But of course, it is private, and "Powerful gentleman is Don Money."

A shame this morning's emergency shift.
