Stay away from this company. Its run by bunch of con artists. Mr. Raja is investigated for money laundering and making fake SBLC's to scam HSBC London (happy to provide proof). Abu Dhabi police has his records and arrested him and he cannot leave the country. Rachita Raja - the admissions counselor is absconding after writing bad cheques. She has a criminal charge in Dubai. Her husband Vignesh Raja was involved in HUGE bitcoin theft and is hiding. This is a family with long criminal intentions. STAY AWAY FROM ICCA DUBAI.

Everytime I come back I always feel so welcome with smiling hospitable staff, state-of-the-art facilities, the ambiance and methodology. Salute to the Awesome Chef Praveen for leading our Emirates cooking classes with enthusiasm, he also equipped us with great information and techniques in cooking the Stuffed Pepper with Thai Curry Rice and Mushrooms and Chickpea Fatteh. I felt like I can manage to be vegetarian everyday with the easy recipe we have done. Thanks a lot as well to John the coolest photographer who always go beyond expectations, and Michael who were both very helpful in the course that I will truly love to learn in the future, particularly The Artisan Pizza. Amazing place to be! Truly provides a World Class Culinary Experience!

Very friendly chef, instructors and the rest of the staff. Chef Vinod is very knowleadgeable in his craft and provided us with the best ingredients. The venue is conducive for learning. We get free food and gelato after our cooking class as well. :) Overalll the experience was fun and full of learning.

Not a professional or supportive learning environment. The instructors and administration do not take the time to actually teach you the material and will instead use scare tactics, bullying, and harassment. If you re female you will be harassed and made to feel unsafe by both male staff and students. It is an astronomical waste of money and not a good place to learn any kind of skill.

It was an amazing experience at ICCA. The staff was extremely warm and hospitable. We had great fun and made some delicious food and snacks. Chef Edward was enthusiastic about teaching us and it was great to see his passion for cooking food.

Came in at ICCA, Dubai with my SP Jain batchmates for a unique culinary experience. This was my first time visiting a full fledged kitchen and cook with amazing chefs. Enjoyed every bit of the experience and never thought a dish that I prepare could actually be edible! Kudos to the team!

ICCA Artisian bread making course has been an absolutely lovely experience. It was comprehensive and customised to our needs. Will definately be coming back for more courses.

Its an amazing experience to learn in icca. Learnt alot at this amazing institution.

What an amazing facility this is! Truly a world class and world leading, learning establishment.

As I have passed out from this collage, I will not recommend to study here, especially the students who come from India. Please don't not spoil your money, time and career, even after spending a huge amount of money this course dose not worth it.
Course duration is only three months and you are going to learn next to nothing, after that for the shake of placements they will provide you a labor job Which is commis1 or 2 lowest position in the kitchen with a very low pay of around 300 to 450 USD a month.
This institute is fine only for gora people as hobby classes but not for Indians.
This institute and there agents mislead the students ,they can move to Australia, newzealand, USA, Canada which is the way to trap people but in reality students strucked in Dubai and working here for years. After getting fees this institute doesn't care about the students instructors and chefs are also rude and reaciest.
Please think before you come here.

All staff is very helpful and during my course they helped me to get job in Stella Di Mare 5 Star Hotel in Dubai. Icca is a platform that helps students lead to a successful career.

Had a wonderful experience during the Team Building Activity conducted by the Chefs and culinary students at ICCA. Our team got to cook Italian cuisine under the supervision of a Culinary trainer. Highly recommend the experience!

I m Pinchu Elizabath Thomas from Kerala, India. I m a Food Technologist. I have successfully completed the sugar craft programme from ICCA, Dubai. I am immensely thankful to ICCA for providing me a chance to undergo a hands on experience in sugar craft programme which helps me to become a professional in this field.

It's an amazing experience that I've had. It made me get to know my friends better and it taught me how to cut a knife, lol my mother would be happy. The chef's were fun. They made it quite engaging and taught us how leadership in the food industry looks like.

I had the worst experience with this institute. Noone actually cares what you learn. They care is about their reputation and the money obviously otherwise how would they run this institute. My student counsellor had told me that I would be able to get my name as per my new passport ( which was under process) without any problem. I had send my new passport copy via email and he confirmed that it will be done. When I went to collect my city and guilds certificates it had my old name. I met with him again and asked what happened, he told me ohhh I have no idea let me fix it for you. Once I left he asked me to get in touch with the course director. She told me I have to pay AED 750 coz she was not aware that I had requested for that and told me that I should have gone to her. Why would I when the student counsellor had told me he would.. also throughout the course we had issues and at the end of the course they manage to divide the group into two and made us feel like it was out of the world solution. Saying that the chefs are doing this without any extra fees. One of my batch mate was told that she should not pursue this career coz she is worst at it by the course director herself. This is the kind of place ICCA is. Well I absolutely have a lot to say but for now this is enough. If you need more details definitely feel free to contact me.

First upon i thanks to icca have this chance to learn here Sooo i proud as well because of different kinds of food and beverage with different kind of famous chefs they will provide to us different knowledge.we can share each other all of ideas with different cultures different types of nationality people you can get lot of knowledge which you don t know small things to big things they will teach you very unique way with a modern equipment.

Wanted to give zero but didnt have that option. Worst institute ever. Unprofessional staff. All losers.

Interesting experience. Have never been to any other culinary school so cant compare. They offer variety of courses which is nice. Facility isn t very big but accommodates everything you need.
