Love the cinema here, much cheaper than Vue and loads of shops and restaurants to choose from.

Over priced and limited stock in the shops. Food or drink lots to choose from. The shopping center is very clean and well locked after and staff are very friendly. Could do with few shops changing there stock

Just the right size for a mall. Can visit every store within the day. Also good selection of stores plus play area for kids.

Nice array of shops. Nicely spaced out and a good choice of food to eat after you shopped.

Love the Galleria and to.lunch at Bella Italia is a superb food experience indeed. My sister & i shared King Prawn starter & their mushroom starter the food was hot tasty & absolutely excellent and the service was good too!! worth a visit if you are going to shop there. Tina Theodorou

Plenty of shops and restaurants and good place to buy things before a holiday!

Lots of food, shops and a cinema! It has a great children's play area, although you have to pay, and a few benches around to relax in

Lovely shopping centre and you can Shop whatever you looking for. Open till late so even if you are working you can get there after 6. Good collection of food outlets inside the shopping centre and some good coffee shops.

Nice place to be at, the best time to visit is probably after 6pm as you get free parking and it s not too busy.

No soap in the men's toilets (downstairs level). Not even a dispenser in there. Toilet floors covered in urine as if they'd never been washed. I wouldn't recommend eating in this place.

Too many units are closing. Offer free parking in order to generate business or the whole site may fail.

The galleria has not many shops and the shops that are there only have sizes for either really small people or really big people, the parking situation is bizarre however does have a large amount of restaurants and places to eat. The shops are mediocre at best, wouldn t go again for the shopping experience. The building looks like it needs a good clean and an upgrade, far better shopping centres/malls in close proximities

It's a decent mall, all the usual shops with a bias for outdoor outfitters

Great place to be with the family. I would recommend any family to pay Galleria a visit.

Really disappointed. There's no any branded shop only couple of shops. Never compare with other outlet shopping centre. Its for local people.

My favourite scones here less sugary in my taste the one's without raisins.

Always go there, wide variety of shops, a lot of parking spaces (with good positioning), a lot of accessibility points and great restaurants. One of the best local malls to ever be put in place.

Superb and great for children and adults to shopping

Another shopping centre, as expected. Got what you need, if you like people and parking kaos it's for you.

The specimens can be found in their natural habitat here, very educational. If you manage to speak past onto the second floor less are found, so beware of the posh shops on the second floor. Remain on the ground i tell you.

Tired cavernous 90s shopping centre reduced to an outlet centre. Parking is expensive.

Good range of shops, good amount of car parking space, but not a lot of space for motorbikes and what there is isn't very safe.

I haven't been in the Galleria for a long time and when I was in there about 4 or 5 days ago it was looking empty of shops. I like the Nike factory shop and there is some good shops in there ,But half the shops on the bottom floor have gone. I would like to see some new shops that actually stay and don't come and then disappear. It's was like a ghost town on the lower floor. I wasn't amused so I bought what I went in there for and left. Boring place now.

Drove for 1+ hours to go here on a wet half term weekday thinking we were visiting a large outlet. Unfortunately it was so disappointing we had a coffee and left to drive to Bicester village outlet instead. The Galleria was like a normal shopping centre, same high street shops, Nike outlet closed down, many other shops closed down, little evidence of real outlet stores e.g M&S outlet very small and "about 42 colours (ok a little exaggeration) of the same jumper" type of outlet. Hugely disappointing to have travelled so far for nothing and certainly not prepared to pay the steep car parking fees - will not be going back.

Fairly average as far as shopping venues go. Definitely won't be rushing to return.

Hi, everyone, I ate at Harvester Galleries Hatfield today had lunch with my friend, I ordered a Ribeye steak , like the photos I took , 1/3 is fat tissue, I asked waiter , he called manager came , the manager said to me everything fine , nothing wrong with the steak, he said the ribeye steak should be like this, it is normal with a little bit fat , but. As the photos you can see. That isn t just a little bit fat , that s a totally awful, really disgusting, made me almost sick , the manager said nothing wrong with that without say sorry, no apologies, didn t do any effort with it said going to ask kitchen, then disappeared , never came back to me again, I paid whole bills , really unpleasant with the food , more disappointed with the manager attitude. I hope the top manager will contact me to talk about it . I am going to write to the head office about this, it s totally terrible experience with Harvester

Marks and Spencers is a Shambles. No customer service. Jumble sale?

Very good shopping mall/ complex with many designer outlets and good selection of restaurants

As a disabled person with a blue badge I found the parking situation confusing and inconvenient. This is because upon driving into the disabled area there was a sign saying to take my blue badge to the customer services desk. At this time I was unaware if I would have to go back to my car and place the badge back in my screen. The customer service desk was well out of the way of where I wanted to be, and because I had travelled from Yorkshire I was then told that if it was a one off visit, which it was, I could have just left my badge in the windscreen of my car as usual. I think the signage should be more clear to save people with mobility difficulties unnecessary walking.

Other than than that this is a very accessible shopping centre for disabled people, with plenty of choice to shop and dine out. The staff were also very polite and helpful. The parking idea of registering your car reg and blue badge is also an excellent idea but the lack of explanatory signage let's it down.

Usually quite but big shopping mall. Couple of well known brands shops. Good variety of food restaurants. Parking is not expensive

Its got good and not so good. But worth a trip there.

Disaster, they close premises 17.30 on Sundays even though plenty of customers have their cars in the car park. It was my last visit there.

Best part of the galleria is the cinema and eating outlets at that end which are decent. The main building is very average now, loads of empty spaces in the centre which suggests shopping outlets aren't keen to trade there.

It's big, but not too big. Car park is large and not too expensive, especially when compared with other shopping malls. More importantly the spaces are wide enough for my Range Rover. Good selection of shops and having a wide selection of restaurants in the same area is very convenient.

A nice collection of outlet shops and restaurants. This place is easy to get to, both by car and public transport. Shopping mall is well mainailed and parking is not an issue too. With lots of outlets, it's easy to find a bargain.

Easy to park. Not many shops but enough to have a good evening with your family.

Having finally visited this oddity, I can confirm its white elephant status. While the car park is large, it's also tight. The shop selection is limited, and getting in and out of the place on foot is challenging without walking down a road at some point. The centre also seems to be made up of large open spaces and walkways more than shops. Nothing is laid out in a particularly logical way, either.

There are a few good shops in there: a large M&S, and Moss Brother and a Nando's, as well as a decent sized cinema.

Went to Mcdonnalds and not actually the Galleria. Food was hot and the queues went down quickly.

Not bad, a little quiet and mainly retail outlet with modern tailored brands.

Lots of outlet stores on one side and more than enough choice for food on the other designer goods at cheap prices

Overall this shopping centre is very good as the actual structure and inside are very modern and feels good to walk around.

The Odeon cinema is a good addition and is a decent cinema.

On the negative side of things: clothes shops are everywhere and doesn't have much variety and quite a few are outlets which are cheaper but some people may not like them.

Ok if you want to go cinema and eat in a chain restaurant. Is close to the uni so does attract some morons. I wouldn't choose this place to shop as although its an outlet centre, it's not cheap at all

Nice place to go on shopping spree. Almost all the top shops are located here.

This huge shopping area has nothing in it, come on... Hatfield is a university area with over 45,000 students, it needs some trendy young shops, with great competitive prices. It would be beneficial for the whole community and those who can commute. There's a good cinema and a few good restaurants too, but it needs to be filled with attraction shops for it to really be beneficial.

Unless coming for the choice of restaurants, or to buy something specific, it's not worth the travel. Kids soft play is huge, however very busy.

We didnt actually go to the Galleria we went to the greek restaurant. My partners dinner was ok but my lasagne looked like a microwave meal slapped on a plate and undercooked. Asked them to change it still horrible...

I always come here as there's always something going on around you plus loads of famous outlets selling better than high Road prices!

The ground floor has lost some shops since my last visit which was disappointing when we went to go in one of them...

Gallerria needs a big upgrade.It looks very very poor,old ugly shops,ugly interior....the restaurants are ok,not bad.A big improvement or upgrade it's a must.If you dont have were to go,then is OK...the last option.Otherwise...i dont advice More
