If you're after a meal, there's a great choice of restaurants, there's a cinema and a small Sega arcade park and during seasonal times there will always be something going on. Just a shame it's not a great place to shop, awful choice of shops there, I never find anything I need/want when I go there so I only go for food now

If you like clothes shopping this is the ideal place, if not then I would go elsewhere. Good prices as this a outlet centre. Loads of choices to eat and a good cinema. Unfortunately very quiet

An average shopping mall with limited shops. The restaurant selection is good though. It has a nice kid's play area. There are more shops being added but it is still only a meagre selection.
Lots of parking spaces, outside its pay and display, on a multi storey you have to pay before you leave. On a weekdays if you are staying longer is better to use discount card from customer service as it's cheaper. You can stay for a meal or drink or simply go for a shopping.
Great shops, very clean and well set out. It could do with a few more shops though and better eateries.

Parking free after 6, a bit steep for a few hours. My wife loves it.
Only really worth visiting if you are looking for something to buy. Strange car parking charges as you pay more two hours on a Sunday than any other day and unless you are seeing a film you would not want to stay longer. OK'ish food outlets but very variable service from mainly student staff. Waterstones, O2 and Moss Bros good but other shops "hit and miss" but being an outlet centre clothing, and shoe sizes, tend to be at the extreme end of the range.
I prefer this place then any other shopping centre i have been to.There are wide choice of shops.

Good place. Isabel Hospice is one to miss at all costs. The manager and everyone working there are extremely rude.
Our Galleria is trying it's best to open up and accommodate us, but some shops aren't taking 'customer's' seriously eg. Nurses etc... we're working, other's as well as well are back to work - so why is it closing early.
The COVID break is over, there's a need for some normality - get back to work, we need to all seriously 'build' again!
My work, home and social life revolved around here for a good couple of years. I still house sit my friends apartment over looking so love this outlet. It caters for everyone and not aimed at high end disposable incomes only. The restaurants are amazing and my favourite Nando s, KFC , Mc Donald s, Me and my friends are just crazy over this outlet and having a Galleria previllege discount card makes it more exciting as does cost you less parking even on event days. Fave shops are Tk max Nike, Gap ,
If you have very low budget there is one shop Choise , very good price, they sale home products, as well as cloth for man , women , and kids
After shopping you can take a break in Costa coffee .

A good place to shop. Quite a few good options particularly GAP, Nike, TK Max to name a few. They always have some good deals to choose from. Another good thing is kids love to go there because of kids activity centre.
Good range of clothes shops, with some good bargains. You can park in the streets nearby to save on parking - and it's probably quicker than the massive car park anyway.
It's not big, but it's rarely busy and there are plenty of bargains to be had. Also a good kids play thing we call 'big slides' in there too. Parking is tight but has a nice ticketless system once you've found a spot. Cinema and restaurants attached too.
It's OK if you know what you want to get - like lunch! But just a casual shopping trip - it's just a bit weird of a place!

This place is beginning to go downhill since opening. The shops are not all outlet stores anymore and the range of shops is not what is used to be although there are a few shops worth visiting. Cinema is good and plenty of restaurants and eateries to suite everyone. The new parking scheme is a little confusing and not at all clear. But I think they were in the middle of changing it over to make it easier. Although I do resent paying for parking (it used to be free) for the limited range of shops.
Some decent shops here and atmosphere is open and airy. You can get some great bargains too at cheaper prices than normal high street prices. Great albeit busy indoor play area for children but is a little pricey too.
If you know the history behind the galleria then you will know it's never been good. All the shops are very small and there's not alot to do

Solid shopping outlet experience. Give it a whirl if your nearby. Good food options and entertainment and discount in most shops within the galleria from high street pricing.
Not the best mall! The selection of shops is limited, though there are deals to be had. What's the most disappointing thing about the Galleria is that for a Mall crying out for most customers and brands is that they charge for parking.

The bottom level is pretty much empty but the Nike Outlet is really good for all the sporty people out there

Its OK few empty shops. Outlet village. Do not go to Real China its worst chinnese we have ever had. Did not see a chinnese cook anywhere. Bland food and very limited buffet choice.
Convenient location and a nice selection of places to eat. Easy to see from the highway and close to the campus. The kids will love the large indoor playground. It's 4 stories high! They should make of these for adults.
Parking spaces can be can be difficult to find during the busiest times. There is also a theater here and this location is a one stop date night location.
Good range of brand outlets but paying to park at an out of town shopping centre definitely makes me think twice before coming here. The new ticket free parking system is pretty confusing to start with.
Good shopping mall at Hatfield. Family can spend full day entertainment here along with their favorite food, movies and shopping centre.

Great place if you want food or to go to the cinemas. Shops for me are hit and miss. Alot of outlet shops with a few big names. Like tkmax, superdrug. Nice to have a nose around though. Also good soft play area for the kids. X
An odd collection of shops, could do with a Primark or something similarly budget friendly yet stylish, since it's so close to the university. Also the outside could do with a little bit of a clean or paint. Inside the choice of food restaurants is amazing from Chinese to Subway. The play area in the middle is particularly nice for the kids while you have a coffee next door. Personally, TK maxx is my favourite store in there however there are others like Gap, JD sports, Superdrug and designer outlets.
This place has changed a lot over the years but for locals is definitely a place to do a bit of shopping and the like. Fairly diverse amount of stores inside but it's definitely not massive. I wouldn't recommend travelling too far to visit. Unless of course you wanted a bite to eat and to watch a film as there are various restraunts and also a cinema here. There are also some arcade games but wouldn't call it a hotspot for hardcore gamers to converge upon, more of a children/family friendly environment. May be wrong but I did not see house of dead shooter game (BOOO!) ... They used to have it once upon a time.. Back in the good old days
This is a very great shopping centre with a lovely variety of shops and more. Other great news is there an area with just a variety of restaurants any type and even though it's not very big it's still quite a great shopping place. Plus: there is an area for the littlest ones to play in to.
A very cold shopping experience; they certainly don't spend on heating this place. This is supposed to be an outlet center, but you have to really look for a bargain.
Amazing kids play area in the middle (although a little pricey). The shops are pretty good but I feel they could do with a few more brands. The restaurant area has a good choice to pick from. I really enjoyed the sega arcade which has loads of different games to play and offers tickets on most games so you at least get to buy some tat at the end!

The Galleria is always a lovely place to visit and I did enjoy my visit and managed to get what I wanted. There is multiple shops and there is a children's play area where kids enjoy themselves and never get tired of being there.
A lot of good shops but a big shame so much of the ground floor is now vacant.

Average to poor selection of shops but would be good for shopping with kids as there's an enormous soft play in the middle.
Quite a lot of discounters hence perception of this shopping centre is not great. I haven't seen it packed, usually it is quite easy to move around even at weekends. I had mixed experiences there. Some shops are great, some other ones are not so. Toilets are quite poor with broken seat where I was.
