Overall the shopping centre is OK.
Many of the original shops are still there which is good (although not sure if a couple might be closing down?)
We went in to Sports Soccer to buy some trainers. The trainers were advertised at one price and went through at a higher price at the till. When I questioned it I was made to feel as if I had changed all the prices in the shop!

Nice few shops around and restaurant. Crazy traffic. Crowded for sure.

Did any of you knew that you can have a Galleria card and get another 10% discount on almost all the shops here,including the restaurants? Also having such a card you have a price reduction for the car park too and for the whole day is only More

Only big shopping mall in Hatfield. But there's a lot of shop inside including NIKE showroom as well.

Quite a good number of factory outlets under one shopping mall. Its huge but it was slow and has very less attendance maybe due to COVID.

Lacking some good stores. Only really Marks worth going for

A smaller centre than I imagined. A selection of outlet shops which include Nike, M&S and Tefal to name a few. There's a children's play area and plenty of places to eat. A multi storey car park where you pay on leaving, or you can pay online within 24h of leaving. Clean and tidy.

Pretty poor in terms of selection of shops and has the lingering smell of a building site.

Great place for shopping and for kids, however in the family parking spaces there are cars without kids parking in the family parking area.

Nice place for shopping, restaurants or see a film. Nice shops including M & S outlet.

Full of all the shops you probably don't want to shop at. Some nice reasturants and a cinema though, it's saving grace.

Brands outlet with kids area. I like to shop in Gap, Clarks, Nike, French connection, next choice,Marks and Spencers as well as Tk max. Kids always like to play in the kids area while myself or my wife does the shopping. Variety of restaurants including fast food and Italian cuisine. There is always parking availability despite being busy most of Saturday and Sunday. Free parking after 6 if you go for dinner or cinema.

There are some empty/closing down places but on the whole has some good shops there and a nice lay out.

Been here many times. The range of shops is ok. Always thought it was just a big air plane hanger. Good place for restaurant selection.

Very spacious, light and airy. Lots of seating areas, coffee shops, restaurants etc. Not a huge range of shops, empty units as there are everywhere now! M&S clothing outlet, Gap outlet, Clarks, The Works, Waterstones, TK Max, Choice, Body Shop just to name a few. Huge children's play area/ball pit, seemed to be the main attraction here!

Pretty rubbish centre. Saw uncivilised people having a fight. No really good shops. Dinings good. Meh

Limited range of shops but if you specifically need one of the brands there then great as it's outlet prices. Lots of places to eat at.

Good for food and shopping. Not liking the car park charges though

This is a shopping/eating/entertainment mall in Hatfield, Herts.
Many discounted outlets as well a large play area for children ( charge). Usual coffee brand light meals in the centre. Still in the building there is as far as I know Chinese, British and Italian restaurants
Further down there is a cinema complex.
Please be aware that the Chinese restaurant uses modified cooking oil.
Watch your wallets and purses.
No free parking on weekdays. Check.
Disabled free up to three hours I think but you leave your clock and take ticket and blue badge to help desk on 1st floor.
Free mobility scooter hire.

The trip was a pleasant surprise, most of the shops were well known brands at outlet prices. Also the staff at Moss were incredibly helpful.

Great outlet store with wide range of shops and restaurant selection. Parking is free after 6pm, thus ideal to pop in after work while mist shops are still open.

Used to be a great place to go but it is looking very dated and lots of the good shops have closed.

Sort of out of town outlet shopping mall with an Odeon cinema and a few chain eateries. Like most outlet shopping malls it's looking a bit sad with some empty units, but it's still got M&S, Gap, TK Max Nike and a few others, but how long they can all hang on I'm not sure. The main draw seems to be the Mc Donalds drive through which just seems packed all the time. Don't make a special effort to visit.

Excellent cosy cinema with all the latest movies. It also has a huge car park. The shops are the sort of shops you go to for some trainers maybe or to stumble across the odd tracksuit top or t-shirt. There are cookware shops and various other outlet shops like tkmax and M&s however don't come for glamorous shopping, it isn't Westfields. If you pop down during the week it's very quite too with the weekends getting very busy.

I go there occasionally for fast food or cheap clothes

To be honest, the security guards are completely off their nut , my mates were sitting down in the chairs near the front desk and one of my mates just put his foot up on one of my other mates legs. The security guard cones over and tells us not to put our feet on the chairs , and of course we had not in anyway put put our feet on the chairs , so my friend was trying to reason with the security guard and then started being completely rude and quite frankly showed no respect to my mate , and as a result so did my mate , he then ended up calling for 'backup' Where the other guard blatantly just said to take pictures of ALL of us so that we could be banned from the outlet . After this I just went over to sort it out and they completely ignored me , as a whole security needs a quick fix up because the security guards are abysmal

Nike factory outlet and choice also land's end outlet is more than great

This has a really good range of shops and options. Plus great discounts. It never seems busy and is a good space. I often come here when I need an outfit and is worth the drive for the discounts and range of shops. There's ample parking, coffee shops, massage chairs and children's play area. Plus food court area and cinema. Perfect for distractions when you need to do some shopping.

Nice place to grab a bargain. Make sure you get the privilege membership card as this will get you some discount.

Always find it a soulless place. Went to cinema (by accident as meant to go to hemel)

A truly barren and useless place. The range of shops is poor and I certainly won't be going back.

I always find a lot of the shops have closed. But still a place to get a bargin. Wheel chair friendly. You have to pay for parking in the multi storey and the out side car parks. There is quite a few nice restaurants which are open after the shops have closed. It also has a cinema and cafes.

Recommended out of town shopping for Londoners North of the Thames. Parking can sometimes be difficult & some stores claim to be outlets - & so should be cheaper - but aren't (Mountain Warehouse springs to mind). Also, all under cover so weatherproof.

Just a few shops, not very interesting. Too many restaurants! Also too many kids playing everywhere and the security wont stop them.....no more The Galleria for me.

Many outlet shops and restaurants. Has area for children and cinema. You can buy many things cheaply here or just drink with friends.

Lots of space. Always feels too quiet and ghostly considering the good selection of retail outlets and restaurant options. Not complaining though - the fewer people the better imo!

Not much to choose but it can be handy when you want to do a quick shopping or a simple dinner out...

Visited drive thru Mc D's what a disappointment slow food, wrong order, needed to return to window to change order, not just us but others too, finally correct order food was cold ,milkshake had melted. Normally much better.

Good shopping centre. Better than many others in the surrounding towns.

Really loved the indoor play area here.. perfect for the kids when they get bored of shopping. There's a Costa too so the frown up can have a rest whisky sipping on a good coffee. I visited in the weekend and the only downside was that it was really bus but I guess that's expected.

Plenty of shops and outlets for M&S and GAP. Great choice of food and cinema is great. Lots of parking at reasonable rates.

Parking signs could do with being clearer good range of shops

Quite a few shops closed at the present time but the ones remaining are a good variety

It's quiet! Jungle soft play is closed off (rightly so) and not many visitors, but full signage and social distancing in place. Good shopping, decent prices - can't complain!

Loads of shops and things to do with parking facilities and a range of options for food.

Not much variety, Nike outlet on A10 is a lot cheaper

Nice mall. We use it for Chinese buffet, shopping and cinema theatre. We visit it at least once per month even though we don't live in the area.

Love this mall not the biggest but nice and clean. Factory outlet stores. Good selection of high street stores with awesome factory prices. Bus ride away from Hertford train station. Good choice of restaurants and eateries.
