Hi, everyone, I ate at Harvester Galleries Hatfield today had lunch with my friend, I ordered a Ribeye steak , like the photos I took , 1/3 is fat tissue, I asked waiter , he called manager came , the manager said to me everything fine , nothing wrong with the steak, he said the ribeye steak should be like this, it is normal with a little bit fat , but. That isn t just a little bit fat , that s a totally awful, really disgusting, made me almost sick , the manager said nothing wrong with that without say sorry, no apologies, didn t do any effort with it said going to ask kitchen, then disappeared , never came back to me again, I paid whole bills , really unpleasant with the food , more disappointed with the manager attitude. I hope the top manager will contact me to talk about it . I am going to write to the head office about this, it s totally terrible experience with Harvester
