very very very bad experience. Erick was really rude and mean . never go with him. i never see a dealer shop they dont care about customer. we were really want to trade our car with onther one. the price didnt match us so as i start to work on a better price he told us sorry that is what i can thank u for coming. As he kicking us from the place. I never see a customer service as bad as they have. I have been going to a lot of dealers all of them has a good customer service. even the manger didnt help. NEVER GO BACK..... SPECIALLY WITH ERICk
