I have been working with the sales team and Landrover for over a year. Most recent incident was very unpleasant and I had to share. I found a Velar they have in stock and inquired with the same agent who I won t name, got me a quote. The quote was a lot higher than a previous quote I had from the same person on the same vehicle. The new Velar was $6K cheaper than the previous one they quoted so I questioned how the payment is higher. I didn t get any response. I reached out to the sales agent again via email and no response. It s been now 2 weeks and no response. Looks like they are avoiding having to honor their signed quote and rather ignore me and sell it for higher price to someone else. This is a poor way to gain a new client. I won t buy from fields for sure! Stay away!
