I am very disappointed with our first experience at Fields Land Rover.
It took us 2 weeks to make a maintenance appointment, 2 weeks later we dropped it off at 10 am with mentioning low coolant levels, when we picked it up at 5pm, coolant was still not topped off and no car wash, really? very different from our Fields BMW experience. I called the service manager, who seemed disinterested and interrupting. He said there was a breakdown in process and will fix the process . What does that mean to me, absolutely nothing! offered a free detail on next service which is due in a year. I spend $450 for maintenance and will receive a detail next year for my disssatisfaction? What a Joke!
