We contacted management to discuss our dissatisfaction with the fact that a 2016 vehicle purchase on April 2019 required new breaks and break rotors.
Brian Forbes escalated to used car vehicle manager Doug Redman. Within two hours we had a satisfactory resolution.
This is the type of service that provides repeat customers the assurance that the clients satisfaction and piece of mind continues to be a priority after a sales has been completed.
