From my experience, the first time you buy something from a vendor, you are a customer but with Michael K., on my first purchased at Land Rover I didn't feel like I was a customer I felt like I was a longtime client and that's one of the main reason why I became a LAND ROVER repeater and went back and bought three more vehicles from him. He addresses all of us his clients by name and that make us feel a part of the Land Rover family, he is one of the human being that you would want to run your business and will successfully grow your business from the bottom up to the top no matter of the outcome.
