I stopped in to see Eric Htun and I have already bought from him several times before, but this time I had a hard order. I had one color we were looking for and we were under a bit of a time crunch. I had looked around and non on else had what we needed.
He told me he would make it happen and within 24 hours he found exact make , model and color we asked for. It was ready the next day

You are dealing with professionals who value customer service and repeat business. Frankly, the vehicles sell themselves, but the staff there do not take your patronage for granted. I don't think John Matteis, my sales guide would have taken much better care of me if we were related. A fair price was negotiated and little drama was involved. I would certainly recommend this dealership to all I know.!

October 15th took my car for service. Of course went by myself without my husband, thinking it is just a simple service for oil change. As we purchased car in June this year. Car was leased before that.
I was advised to do a bunch of things for over $2500 by Raul even him knowing that car is purchased recently. He could ADVISE to me to reach out the dealership I purchased car from ,and get the report what the car got done before it was sold. BUT NOO..
Loving my car so much, thought: " well okay if it's needed it's needed", but felt that something is wrong. Finally next day I told to my husband about the cost. He was so unhappy.
At the day of picking up the car we had conversation with Raul which not much helped. We did a bunch of things with was only should be done after 6000 miles. We were aware by Raul that he make only hourly gross (which has nothing to do with us or maybe it does?? anyways) and that LUXURY cars seems like requires a lot of maintains, which a lot people don't understands/ know about. Well.. have nothing to say more.
The conclusion: I guess I was wrong by expecting that Range Rover level dealerships are more professional. Being in customer service business, I do realize not many companies and businesses DO REALLY CARE about their client.

I'm not sure how they run things over there, but I had to take my business to another Land Rover dealership. Its really frustrating when a dealership employees can't even recognize you when you come in with a simple "Hello". Everybody there is so busy looking at there computer or cell phones and or just sitting there. It is also to my surprise that they hardly have any minorities working there, from sales to service - none. I would not recommend this dealership at all, unless you are a super rich white person. (and I'm white)

I was shopping for a used Jaguar Xe from various locations. After researching online, I realized this dealer had one with less miles than the rest of the competition and for almost 2 grand less. When I got there I was greeted by Mark who was super friendly and did not dismiss me because of my younger age. He quickly passed me to his associate Bob which was willing to spend so much time with me and the rest of my family. I have never had such a friendly and welcoming car buying experience. I never felt as if I was being given sales tactics nor pressured. He was always honest about what was being offered. Any concerns I had about the vehicle such as minor scratches were acknowledged and Bob offered to have the car completely detailed and buffed as well as wheel restoration for free. This was to be my first car after completing my graduate program and I could not be happier with the experience. Both Bob and Mark were some of the most professional people I have ever met, treated my family and I with respect, and were willing to go above and beyond. I felt as if I was buying a new car. Thank you Bob and Mark, you guys are the best.

Prior to contacting Steve Miller at Hinsdale, I had spent months attempting to arrange for the purchase of a 2016 RRS HST with a dealership much closer to my home in ND. After not receiving a reasonable level of customer service, I contacted Steve. I called him in the morning, and within a few hours was approved. That evening my family and I drove 12 hours to Illinois to pick up the car. Steve was nothing but professional. At times I thought he was more excited about the car than I was! Kris in financing was amazing and took the time to discuss all purchasing/leasing options with us. While I was signing my paperwork, Steve took it upon himself to feed our children some of the lunch that had been ordered in for the staff. The business was very kid friendly. Also impressed that the owner of the dealership came to thank us for driving such a distance to purchase a vehicle from them. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely purchase from them again.
I have never leave poor review before,however I am very disappointed by the service I received at Hinsdale RR. I have purchased my new car at this location just a couple of months ago and I loved everything about it. However, when I got some issues with suspension and left my car for service, which was under full warranty I was told it was battery that needs to be charged and I was charged $200. Once I picked up my car the same issue occur after 3h. I called the service and informed them about false diagnostics. My car was eventually fixed after a week and I was promised my charge will be reimbursed. It s been 30 days, my charge for misdiagnose service was never credited, I have left 2 v.m and 2 emails for service manager and no one contacted me back. I had no choice but dispute my cc charge.
Land Rover Hinsdale really took care of me. Nancy (sales) was excellent explaining my options. I never experienced car buying being so easy. Brandon (sales manager) also helped me a lot by adding every possible discount!
I also like to bring Kris (business manager) he took care of the final steps to purchase the vehicle and was able to accommodate me.
I highly recommend buying with Land rover Hinsdale they make car buying easy.

I purchased a 2013 Cadillac Escalade here. The only good part about the entire transaction was the salesman, Steve. The rest was the worst dealing I have ever had with a dealership. First, we were told that we were getting two keys for the vehicle, we only received one.
I was approved for financing before I got there and told them this. Next thing I know, it takes a long while to get paperwork done and then we were ushered into the finance guy (Donnie) where he would not take no for an answer. He got very angry and rude with us when we said we already had financing. I've never been treated the way I was treated there.
It took them a long time to change our license plates over. As we were walking outside I noticed that the plate was on wrong as you can see in the picture. He screwed them into the hitch cover with self tapping screws!!
After we were home for a week, I got notification that there were more papers to sign and they sent a notary to finish up with the title.
Then today, I received a phone call (27days after we purchased the truck) from Donnie. He said he underestimated the registration for our vehicle and we owed $460 more. I told him this was the worst dealing I've ever had with a dealership and he informed me that it happens out of state. I have dealt with dealers out of state many times before. and this has never happened!
My recommendation to you.....Stay AWAY! especially from their finance department!!

If they found any codes because of check engine light, They WILL NOT TELL U THE RIGHT ONE. Only because they are like a predators for money and soon as u approved for reparas suddenly the other "hidden" codes will pops up and they will put u in situation to overpay for all they did offering u a new part with extreme high estimate, and then I went to my mechanic and he says it was just a sensors ...not a professional dealer AT ALLLLLLLLL

In any customer oriented business ,you keep an eye on who is stepping in on your door steps.It is lacking at your place.Every body seems to be pretending to be busy on their desk,rather than getting up and greeting the customer. I have to come to your desk and ask for a sales person.Sales person was kind enough to do good job and get it over on the same day.I hope your service department will be more responsive to customer service.Smile,greet and pretend to show little happiness.
Went into Bill Jacob's Jaguar Land Rover yesterday because I wanted more information on potentially leasing and left with the most gorgeous range rover! We were there a few hours but in that time, the staff were the friendliest and so welcoming. It honestly did not feel like your typical dealership experience nor does it have that vibe. I felt like I could be honest with them and they were honest in return throughout the entire process. The decor and how they're set up is relaxed and welcoming. A car buying experience is not always fun but I had a huge smile on my face the entire time I was there. Erika Rocco was the reason for that smile, she got me in my dream car! Even the GM was sitting up front at times greeting guests. You can tell they all just truly enjoy being there. Thank you again for a truly great experience!

Overall a great car buying experience. I had the pleasure of working with Danielle (sales guide), who was very polite and respectful throughout the entire process. To be honest, she did not know the features, and specifications of the vehicle of hand due to my car being a Subaru on a Land Rover/Jaguar lot (understandable) however, she was able to get all of the answers to my questions. Car searching is always tough although, if you meet with Danielle, she will take her time to ensure your needs are met accordingly.

I own a 2018 Range Rover Velar P380 with 8,500 miles, the car is about 18 months old from first delivery, and had an oil service about a year ago with 4,700 miles. Recently the service warning light was on, so I sent the car to this dealership for a regular maintenance. The service advisor Bret quoted me $524 plus tax for this scheduled maintenance and I thought the cost was a little high considering the miles and age of the vehicle, I asked what's supposed to be done and he explained to me the service includes oil and filter change, bunch of inspections, air filter and pollen filter change. I trusted his professionalism and gave him the go ahead. I later found out from their own website and as well as from the owner's maintenance manual that the air filter was not needed until 32,000 miles and the pollen filter until 64,000 miles. I felt cheated and immediately contacted the service advisor Bret and tried to get his explanation, every time he said he will get back to me and never did, then I later on left messages and e-mail to the general manager of the dealership and never got his response either. This is really not acceptable, what they don't realize is whatever they gain on that one service order, they loss a customer for good and I will definitely make sure I spread the word to everyone I know. So unfortunate people like this gave car business bad reputations. WHAT AN ORGANIZATION, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!

If there is a lower rating- I would give that. Worst service department. The car returns will the fault codes untouched. They promise to send someone and the service guy George calls up telling they have a staffing problem. The car costs freaking 140k. Try to respect it when servicing. If not- close down your shop. Land rover should find better dealerships here

I tried them again this year. RAUL PESINA was great and he followed up perfectly. This time they got this right and I have revised my rating. They had to get their part from some other place. The communication was clear and Job was done well.
My experience with Land Rover was terrible I felt like I was being ambushed had a issue with the coolant system in my Range Rover 2006 the service department had my car For six days ,when I picked my car up the low coolant on my dash was still on a few week later I ended up being stranded on the side of road for 4 hours because my car was running hot my car was over heating, had to get my car towed to another shop...the results was a air pocket in the coolant line leading to the antifreeze, it needed to be blead I had to replace the reservoir because the hose had broken. I spoke to one of the managers name peter he seem really concerned about the what had taken place he listened to me and he then informed me he would discuss everything with the General manager name Kevin. Kevin returned my phone call with genuine concern he listened to me I listened to him he came up with a solution he compensated me with some discounts on a part I needed for my vehicle,overall the service wasn t great but I ll give Kevin a thumbs up for stepping in and finding a solution for this great big misunderstanding.
Hands down, this is the best mechanic shop I've ever experienced. The guys are very professional at what they do.

Typically my experience is really good at this dealership. I like the Hindsdale location much better than Land Rover Naperville where they don't talk to you unless you are buying a new Range Rover. I didn't buy my HSE from Hindsdale but I was working with a really nice woman at the time and they just didn't have what I wanted. Anyway, this is the second time I've brought my car for service and this time I'm extremely disappointed. I made an appointment for 7am on Monday to drop off my car and I told them I would need a loaner. I was told it wasn't a problem and that I would get a Land Rover loaner. When I arrive, I'm told there are no loaners left because the sales team is selling them fast and their loaner inventory has been drastically reduced. Linda called Enterprise for me and after about a 45 minute wait, they finally arrived and I barely made my 8:30 meeting. While Linda did tell me there were a lot of cars from the weekend and she wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day, they ultimately didn't look at my car until Friday. Only to tell me I needed a battery before they can do the diagnostic test. I'm appreciative that I have a car to drive but I kind of feel like it was a bait and switch. I asked of one came in , could I bring this rental car back and Linda told me no. If you bring a Land Rover in, one would expect that you get one or something similar to drive. Furthermore, if there were 10 cars ahead of mine, why wouldn't they tell me that at the time I made the appointment and give me the option to bring it in later? I certain didn't expect to have my car gone this long. I have spoken to salespeople in the past and they have been nothing but nice so when I trade later this year I would like to consider them but I am bothered by the obvious lack of minority staff. It would be nice to see more people of color and not just admins or techs, I'm talking about sales and management. It's Saturday and I still don't have my car back or even know what wrong with it. I guess I'll just have to wait, drive this KIA and anticipate a massive bill. Hopefully in the future they will tighten up a bit on their service process.
