If there is a lower rating- I would give that. Worst service department. The car returns will the fault codes untouched. They promise to send someone and the service guy George calls up telling they have a staffing problem. The car costs freaking 140k. Try to respect it when servicing. If not- close down your shop. Land rover should find better dealerships here
EDIT:
I tried them again this year. RAUL PESINA was great and he followed up perfectly. This time they got this right and I have revised my rating. They had to get their part from some other place. The communication was clear and Job was done well.
