I was so impressed with this airport. I loved the layout and the airy, spacious design. I thought it was a comfortable size. The food choices were alright and the entire place was very clean with restrooms at reasonable distances.

No water fill station. Not enough water pressure to full bottle at water fountain . $5.00 dollars for bottle of water in the shops. Overpriced restaurants and very poor signage. Be glad to say good bye to this place.

Travelled here with Mom. We both needed wheelchairs and the airport provided them as well as staff to push them. Very nice! Our attendants were courteous and accommodating both on arrival and departure; even made a potty stop for us! Heeheehee! It was a luxury to not have to check which gate and how to get there. Awesome!

Love Southwest and choose to fly into STL and drive to Peoria, IL because it is usually pleasant and easy. Another 50 minute wait for baggage. This is the 5th time in 2 months. Ground crew needs help here. Only 3 flights to manage right now and it is early on a Sat. I m not gonna take this route anymore unless I can carry on, really too bad. I complain to SW baggage, they encourage me to log complaint because they are tired of hearing similar complaints and can get no relief. WOW!!!

This airport is terrible. Barely any food options, the food options they do have have limited menus and no dietary options. Also, all the restaurants and stores were closed by 6pm so we weren t able to even get any food once we got off our flight while waiting for our next flight.

I would've given it negative stars because they don't deserve any. If your going to fly from here. I would suggest you eat before you get here. I went to 4 different restaurants and I will say COMPLETELY IGNORED EQUALLY AT ALL OFF THEM. Avoid this airport at all costs.

The arrival pick up is so bad, one of the security guys was VERY RUDE! And the shuttle bus drivers park half way in one of the travel lanes not to mention almost side swiped by coming over on me in my lane numerous times.

It seems as if this airport has had its glory days. Most of the gates are empty the airport is empty and there s so few restaurants in services. I feel bad for St. Louis!

I often wonder why they don t move all the Southwest flights to the main terminal because there s way too many people in that terminal and no one in terminal one. There seems to be a better way to use this day sufficiently.

Have flown in and out of Lambert for many years on many different airlines. The terminals are large and spacious. The traffic patterns can take some getting used to but there is good access to the interstates and plenty of parking on site and nearby. There are a number of rental car companies there and they all have shuttles to their nearby lots. The flights tend to run on time with many less delays than Chicago or Atlanta.

I enjoy this airport. I have only experienced terminal 2 because I have only flown Southwest out of Lambert, but I have never had a bad experience. I've never had to wait very long at the ticket counter or in the security line. The only time I've seen it extremely busy was when I was flying home for Thanksgiving last year to visit my parents and sister, but that's normal for that time of year. I enjoy the fact that Southwest has a significant number of direct destinations from this airport, as it makes travel very easy in most cases. Also, the airport is easily accessible by metro link, which has stops at both terminals. This is fantastic because I'm a college student with no car, and the price to take a cab to the airport from my residence hall is outrageously expensive. It's so convenient to just walk to the metro link station, and I can be at the airport in under half an hour.

If you're traveling through Southwest, this airport is SUPER easy. It's easy to find and it's usually easy to get through security. Unless of course you happen to be traveling on July 3 around 6am, because apparently everyone is traveling via Southwest on that day.

I really hate traveling through any other carrier at this airport because I feel like security takes EXTRA long to get through and it's EXTRA confusing to figure out where you're going. But maybe that's just me.

This airport is kinda old, so it's not very pretty or special looking. I've never eaten there....I don't feel like I've every seen anything that looks all that appetizing.

The black light skin lady first shift TSA supervisor with the tried wig on don t know what she doing. She tried to come at me like she wanted to fight me. I was on the phone with my mother and she started to be disrespectful towards me. The situation was blown way out of proportion. I will never come here again. I will keep complaining and keep calling until this situation is handled. Even if I have to get in contact with Rhonda Hamm I will.

The only thing awkward about Lambert Airport is trying to get in and out of it the signs were a little confusing and you can go in circles other than that it's clean and well-kept people are well-trained it's wonderful place to fly in and out science inside the building are easy to see and everything is convenient. Always make certain that you check as to how soon you're supposed to be there before your departure because lines can run at Long's 2 hours through security.

The secret to pickup is to go to the lower level in the garage and Park behind the cans in the taxi lane...it might cost you 2 to 5 bucks but it is worth the cost.

TSA was okay but almost nothing open in the airport. Starbucks was open but couldn't warm anything. They closed before we left. Prices higher than other airports. One lady couldn't make a purchase at Hudson News as they didn't take cash.

Like most other smaller international airports, most of the flights usually stop at a bigger international airport for immigration (O'Hare, Newark, JFK, Houston, LAX, etc depending on where you're traveling abroad). That being said, Lambert is bigger than some of the small international airports that I have flown through. You have to pay for the luggage carts ($5, I think), which was one of the cons. Another con is that your luggage may take some time to arrive from the plane to the carousel.

Traffic can get pretty heavy outside the airport, till you hit the interstate.

Flown in and out of Lambert on multiple (10) occasions, both international and domestic.
