Have never had any issues or delays that were due to the airport itself. Usually minimal traffic.

Friendly helpers clean and well organized areas no long wait at TSA a continued flow
I love it that its small and efficient everything from baggage claim to car rental is right there. And the workers are very nice .
I've never had any issues traveling from this airport. It's pretty nice.
Got a coffee and a large cinnamon roll here, this is a really nice airport in my opinion
Is it possible to not hire the McDonald's rejects for TSA?? They disrespect you and your property for fun.
Average airport. Few services are open. 2 security lanes.
The Southwest terminal is easy to get from one gate to the next. The food offerings are minimal.
Always a pleasure to be home in STL. Nice airport and friendly airport staff.
St.Louis Airport is most impolite Airport in the Contanintal United States, and liw airport on the Totem pole.
Bring earplugs...lots of hot-rod pilots revving their engines all the time around here. Other than that, nice spot for a picnic lunch.
September 2018 Losuiom Mondale appointments Trevone McBride pm
Beautiful runway, smooth and simple. Also well engineered, despite a massive amount of rain, the runway stayed open and allowed us to take off on time. Not quite a luxurious experience, but a quality runway if I've ever seen one.
Passenger pick up directions super confusing . got my bag waited for 25 minutes well my ride tried to figure out where to pick me up. Signage needs to be improved
Every person I interacted with at this airport was rude to me. The Southwest ticket agent, the ticket/ID checker, the TSA screener. I have never had such an unpleasant experience at an airport.
Super easy to navigate awesome staff. The Chili's is really good and the people are super nice.
Only 20 min free WiFi (AFTER you watch an ad), not enough seating at the gates, lackluster food options. Had a lot of trouble finding a map of food options and gate locations. On the plus side, it is clean and bright.
No free WiFi? Not even if you buy coffee? These airports still exist in the world?
if you need a wheel chair at st Louis lambert airport good luck ! we arrived at other airports that day ,the wheel chairs were whating for us . NOT at st LOUIS, Delta called 2 times and nobody showed up ! ADA does not apply to st louis i quess . GOOD LUCK !
My favorite airport, either picking up a relative or heading out myself.
This airport needs more security lines in each airline's terminals. The pre-screening process is quick and painless, but when you get to the xray & privacy invasion screenings, it becomes a congested mess feeding 2 x ray lines into one scanner line. I've seen other airport's security accomplish this with far more efficiency, but not the Southwest terminal security checkpoint at this airport. It isn't even an overcrowded Airport, generally speaking. Restrooms are clean and Schlafly is in multiple places. Decent amount of charging ports available as well. Rental car return is quite a ways (+/-2 miles) from airport so be sure to allot enough time.
easy to navigate through. Need another way to connect between the main terminal and the east terminal.
Terminal 2 there is no play area for children. Which okay not a big deal. The new part Is horrible. The bathrooms are bad. You walk in no ventilation and no way out . Smells greats in there not to mention the door was broken. Poorly poorly designed . My advice don t use those bathrooms .Thats the new part?
This airport is called International Airport. What international places can I fly to directly from St. Louis? We got 50,000 Bosnian people here begging for flights to Austria each year so we can go to Bosnia. They won't fly so we have to abandon St. Louis and fly out of Chicago because it is cheaper. HUGE MISSED MONEY MAKING OPPORTUNITY. 50 to 70,000 Bosnians. We drive by car to Chicago to fly out. The airport is nice but we are talking missed money here
free WiFi is only for an hour hope your connection isn't any longer than that, no airside connection between 1 and 2, priority pass lounge is landside next to a baggage claim for some reason, tiny undersized bathrooms that get overwhelmed when a single narrow body aircraft arrives.
This airport is really poorly designed (terminal E experience). The bathrooms are undersized and you end up waiting in the main walkway to queue. The wifi access is limited to 60 minutes for free access, and when you're dealing with delays or long layovers, its reminiscent of Airport wifi access in the late '90's and 2000's as they force you to buy additional time. The walkways are too narrow, and result in having to funnel into traffic jams as result of the sprawling lines at the food purveyors and restrooms.
Ok overall. The one really big drawback is how far the rental car place is. If you are tight on time, this is something to factor in. Precheck was very fast, which was a nice plus.
It was crowded today. Burger King had limited amount of food. No Impossible Burgers. But people were friendly.
Short layover. I didn't see anything for the best team. Tampa Bay lightning
TSA precheck line is never open in terminal C. They don't have enough staff to man it.
Took an early flight out, security was efficient and processed everyone very quickly. Dunkin was even open inside so I could get coffee and a sandwich before my flight.
The airport has leaks in the sealing when it rains. It got raped by american airlines back in 2001. Griggs is the worst thing to happen to any airport.
Home is home. Some people live in mansions, some don't. But, when arriving "home" at Lambert there is a sense of comfort and convenience not found at other more ostentatious locations with their hurry-up atmospheres and many more (overpriced) shops so typical of all airports with a captive customer base. While some travelers complain about limited food options, a couple on a Southwest flight told me that the last time they changed planes it was in St. Louis' Terminal 1. They raved about the "great" food quality at the new Shannon's restaurant. I've never been to the main terminal site, but I am not surprised. Regarding Wifi, I admit to very rarely having the need when at an airport. But, the cost and time limitations must be issues (according to other posts) that probably need to be addressed. Most busy people can't live without the internet ...or, at least, so it seems.
Easy airport to travel through (Southwest terminal).
I have never had an issue flying out or flying into the airport. It s easy to pick a person up from the airport and it is easy to drop a person off. I really don t have one single complaint about my experiences here.
IDK but most small airports are easy to get through. Even before the current situation.
An airport without premium lounge access sucks. Lambert has done trial lounges that offered subpar drinks & food from satellite location like Pasta House or Pub hubs throughout the airport. They ended...however there is a fairly new lounge space in terminal 1 open to all travelers for $38. This lounge does not offer showers but there is a bar, cozy seating, 1 TV, 1 flight monitor & charging ports. It's a start...now if Lambert can I my get more outbound destinations they'll be in the game.
Lots of flights in and out. easy to get in and out.
Flying out of here is always a breeze. The parking is not a problem, the airport is not too big to become an issue catching connecting flights, the food options are nice, the seats are comfortable, and there are many shuttles that arrive at the airport. The staff are great and security is nice as well. All in all, a great airport from which to base your travels.
Please replace the Burger King in the Southwest terminal (E). Awful customer service, slow and rude service, and orders are always wrong.
The Southwest Terminal is SMALL. Limited food choices too. They re doing construction which makes it even more congested. All I wanted in life was Chic-fil-a, Popeyes or Chipotle. I mean, they didn t even have a Mc Donalds
Airport is poorly run. Sat on tarmac for 1/2 hour because they didn't have an open gate. Flight was from Vegas and they had 4 hours to get their act together. Restaurants are poor quality with insufficient waitstaff. Really bad experience. Will avoid this airport on future layovers.
This is a very clean, and efficient airport to go to. I ve rarely experienced any problems when flying through here, and I very much like it. As with all airports, everything is very expensive. However, I can t complain as this is simply how supply and demand works. Thousands of people come through here everyday purchasing items. They have to have prices high.
This is a nice facility with a variety of shops and restaurants. All rental car locations are off airport which I personally find inconvenient but unfortunately a growing trend for many airports. I was a little confused about where I was going sometimes. The signage could use some improvements outside of the secured areas.
I went through this airport (in transit) , when I travelled to USA from France. Pretty good experience, even if we had to wait in line (several hours, as I recall) for completing the USA entry procedures. Everything was OK
Another good airport in the USA, of course it can't be compared to the main ones. There is a subway line from the airport to downtown St Louis.
Efficient airport that gets you checked in quickly and through security fast (TSA Pre-check is Super fast here). C-Gates have a Chili's restaurant and a Schlafly Bar and Grill.
Highly recommend this airport if you want to leave st louis. Never have I been in a better airport in st louis and you would be hard pressed for any other choices in airports. 11 out of 10!
It was nice. Easy to navigate. Good food selection.
Please add drinking water fountains with bottle refill feature. It is very hard and messy to fill bottle with the existing fountains. Thanks
Just like any airport. The workers are nice. It is spacious. There's nothing peculiar about it
Plan got there early so we had to sit on the plan until
Was so glad to get a Non passenger escort NPE gate pass to assist my Brother and Sister in law be able to assist them to and on their Southwest flight without any problems.
So glad this is available. Took so much stress off all of us. This NPE pass for the realitive or friend who is assisting people who have health issues is a Heaven send.. Thank You!!!
I was flying alone for the first time, navigating the airport and parking alone. So many kind employees went out of their way to help me when I obviously looked lost! A custodian, a shuttle driver, and many more. Thank you for having genuinely kind, helpful and informed employees!
Yo I never even been in a plane before except at the city museum, I'm just giving 5 stars for no reason, because planes are cool and any problem someone has with an airport is the result of being an entitled cry baby who thinks they are the center of the universe.
Nice, clean, small airport. Very limited food selections in the terminal 1. Terminal 2 has a bit better choices. Parking is easy and relatively cheap.
Restrooms need a very serious update. Rental shuttle ride to and from airport can take quite some time sure to traffic.
Went from the parking garage to the gate in 28 minutes including the TSA checkpoint.
Let s get those terminals open between each other again.
It s been 15 years since they ve been opened at least and it s an extreme inconvenience for travel between terminals to rely on a shuttle that comes by whenever it chooses with no apparent or actual schedule. Especially in bad weather.
Let s get rid of TSAs break room between terminal 1 and 2 and worry about filling the gates later. Especially for handicapped customers traveling between terminals (huge ADA issue for wheelchair and accessible folks).
Have had to hang out several times at this airport.......clean restrooms, decent concession stands and stores, helpful staff.
