The check in process for carry on bags getting cleared was slow. They only had one line going and there didn t seem to be a sense of urgency. My same carry on bag, with my toothpaste and small container for my skin care has been allowed to go through multiple lines. Cleared with out any problem... and for some strange reason was not allowed to go through this time. While I do appreciate the care and concern, the inconsistency from airport to airport really makes this experience extremely frustrating to me. There just didn t seem any care for the experience and again... the process was very slow.

Nice Airport but there are no carts to transport your luggage.
I travel with 4 tool bags. About 200lbs or more. Almost impossible to drag them all myself without a cart.
Very Very Inconsiderate of the airport not to have carts!!!!
I will avoid this airport in the future!!!!!

St. Louis Lambert International Airport only requires a certain amount of walking to get to the baggage claim after you land. Some airports require a train to the baggage claim. They have wheel chairs available for those people who need one. There is plenty of seating and places to eat and relax before and after flights. A very nice airport!

Covid brought me here due to family business.
Got a great Delta flight.
Easy to find my way thru the airport

I think the biggest qualm is with the inconsistencies of TSAs at various airports. At Lambert (as of 7/13/19) they clearly don t want you to take your electronics such as a laptop out while many other airports do. In their infinite wisdom, they wonder why people would or wouldn t already know to do something they have no foreknowledge on. I guess that s why we have Google Ask for these kinds of things. Maybe a google reviewer can help at each review.

Even the Charlotte Metropolis isn t bigger than St Louis s, and their airport seems bigger and livelier than ours. It s probably because of American Airlines being such a major hub in Charlotte being the 5th busiest airport. Maybe, not being so big is a good thing for Lambert.

American Airlines in St. Louis needs to do better with their flight attendants. The flight attendants at Fort Lauderdale are blowing our ladies out of the water. There should be a weight limit for flight attendants too. Customers shouldn t have to worry about being hit by a gargantuan behind every time a flight attendant passes by.

First vacation out of the country so my friend and I made the classic mistake of showing up 10 minutes before take off. We didn't get the memo that international flights require a 2 hour window in order to ensure you make the flight. Long story short the two ladies helping us at check in were beyond helpful when we were desperate for a plan B. They waived the charge that normally comes with rescheduling because of such careless time management and didn't make us feel like complete morons from such a major oversight on our part. My vacation took a slight detour, however because of the outstanding customer service we received from the two ladies working the Delta check in desk it actually made the chaotic beginning switch over to a more calm, less anxiety stricken 3 hour different start! Needless to say within the first 5 minutes I have become highly impressed and also grateful.

FOLKS, this is a wonderful airport. Haven't been here in decades but I must say, coming back from Cancun was easy, quick, painless. I find the airport layout easy to understand. I like the food choices...went to the Chilis to go there and got a great sandwich, chips, and drink for less than $12. It reminds me of Chicago Midway...easy to navigate without all the fuss. Gates are easy to get to. I mean...probably the quickest customs in and out I've ever been through. Yeah, it was a Tuesday night but it is what it is...a great airport. And if you have the choice on international flights either here or Atlanta or wherever...choose Lambert. Atlanta is torture.

Always a thoroughly enjoyable experience! While air travel can be a nervous experience, all of St. Louis Lambert International Airport employees and contractors go out if their way to assist your travel day. The airport facilities are always clean and neat. Each gate has ample food companies, media outlets and clean rest rooms. The only shortfall is a lack of charging outlets for personal electrictronic devicrs, while there are some, many do not have electricity. Overall, a great airport!

Ive flown into and out of lambert airport many times. Each time has been plauged with poor traffic management, confusing signs and horrible wait times. The place is ugly and uninviting as well. I always tell anyone coming to St.Louis they keep Lambert Airport horrible so it makes the rest of the city look better.

The linear layout of the airport between terminal 1 and 2 are easy to navigate in your car as long as you follow the signs and keep in mind the overall scheme of things. The cell phone parking lots are well marked and easy to use on each end.

Terminal isn't that big but the runway is long. Taxis took like 15+ minutes. Staff are generally nice. Great people from St. Louis. Washroom cleanness is average. Not a lot of shops but sufficient for a last minute stop. Congrats 2019 Stanley cup champion.

This airport is so confusing. Most small airports are more efficient at organizing them. I don't recall last time I had to go through security I had to go to the basement, or it felt like it, because it was downstairs and the check in was upstairs. Once you pass security there were a few options to eat or grab a snack.

They were great.
