Seriously? No WiFi in terminal C and AT&T data here is slow as molasses... :( Otherwise the terminal is alright...
Airport TSA were one of the most rudest & most inconsiderate crew of individuals I have ever had to deal with during a security check or clearance. They were inconsiderate by announcing to EVERYONE a guest has joint replacement which should be private information. It was very embarrassing and something I have never had to experience in an airport.
I live here and hate this place. Slowest baggage of any airport in the country.
Functional. Does close early in the evening but the restaurants are good.
Worst airport in America to catch Lvft, or any type of pick up service. One lane available for hundreds of cars hoping to pick up family and friends at curbside. One lane.
Bad food, dirty floors, poor service. Kinda like the old days.
It used to be a great airport, but has sadly declined over the years after TWA went out of business.
Don t fly American , very rude staff and unwelcoming I suggest spending more for delta or united
Wished Auntie Anne's was open. Many of the food places on the B concourse were closed.
I loved the place better than any other domestic airports in the country.
What a beautiful little airport! With only a few terminals, it is pretty easy to get around and make it to your gate. The precheck security section has its own seperat entrance, which makes boarding extremely quick and easy. And the southwest section is HUGE - checking a bag at a kiosk before dropping it off is super fast, as there are always kiosks open.
The giant windows are particularly picturesque! They look beautiful from the inside and outside. Attached a picture of a little guy who loved then so much he retired to hug them at full speed, and ended up sleeping next to them!
Easy to get through security. Quick to the gate. Easy airport
Easy to navigate, quick processing through TSA security. If traveling military, USO facility is very accomodating and the staff is very friendly.
Had trouble getting my SkyMIles. Wanted to talk to agen/customer relations person. Took 30+ minutes to talk to someone, OK, but.... Simple problem could not be solved easily. Asked to write letter, make copies, etc. Asked agent who I could send all this info to? Answer was FAX IT IN. Sorry, disappointed on this situation. A simple one, easy to solve.
Wonderful USO and very helpful to me and other service members
Off site rental car facility difficult to get to for return.
Friendly staff & just enough shops/eateries for a small airport. I know this sounds odd but the bathrooms outside the USO are fantastic. Always clean, stall doors open out & there s plenty of room for you to maneuver your carry-on in with you.
I arrived two hours before my flight and there was no line for TSA. I arrived at my assigned gate an hour and 40 minutes before boarding. I could hace arrived an hour before flight and had plenty of time.
Pretty clean. Friendly staff. Pretty easy day to fly - Friday.
They really need to how far away one plane is from the other. I had to go clear across to catch my plane and had it not been for being able to get taken by wheelchair I would not have made it. That was in Chicago. At St. Louis international just finding the outside was time consuming. It easily took 45 minutes just to find an exit
No trouble getting around or finding where I needed to be.
The airport just offers 20 min of free wifi!!! Cmon what era are you living in!
Really few seating spaces available. You see half the people standing!
Sad to see how quite the airport is compared to how I've seen it in videos back in the days of TWA. But I love the main terminal despite not going through there much. Its beautiful and iconic! The Southwest terminal is very clean and security is a breeze. By far the best TSA agents in the whole country. If your going through this airport your in for a good time :)
Short lines and smiles, top it off with an on time departure.
Standard terminal. Clean. Quiet of course. Friendly and helpful. Pickup was somewhat confusing but not terrible.
Better after the renovations, but not one of the best I have been to.
Not really a fan but I got where I needed to do after being rerouted here. My 'not great' experience may be related to the amount of people being rerouted
I've never been to Missouri and this place was a warm welcoming. All staff was very friendly and helped me find all my army needs
They should not definitely not be flying lower than a helicopter in St. Louis city downtown area at 12am. This is very annoying when you have to work and you choose to live away from airport. Seems to me I can't do anything like this or even less around their facilities. You & your corporation can take your hydraulic & stick them in your BUTT...
I would fly in St. Louis Lambert airport again. Easy to maneuver solo. Many food/drink options.
Easy to navigate, TSA folks were professional and friendly. Nice airport.
Took forever and a day to get to baggage claim from our gate and pretty much everything was closed. It looked/felt deserted.
It's an okay airport. It gets 4 stars because Southwest has it's own terminal.
Not sure why you wouldn't have a priority line available and only a single lane for all passengers at 5:25pm
Not that you have any other choices for airports in the area, but they have been doing a lot of work to improve the terminal. The security checkpoint going to A gates are always backed up, and the passenger pickup is always chaotic.
Not super friendly workers but we got through security fast enough to make it on time for our flight.
Love this airport! Good that they have lots of restaurants and they have two lounges. Also, DON T GIVE THE AIRPORT A BAD REVIEW WHEN YOU REPORT A SITUATION THAT IS THE AIRLINES FAULT!!!! (Mechanical issues, emergency landings, etc.) Thank you Lambert!
A lot of new choices in Southwest terminal! Need a few more in terminal C. Thought maybe we'd get some new restaurants but not yet...
Lambert is more like an old, rundown strip mall than an international airport. There aren't any lounges here except for a USO lounge, for members of the military and their families only. A common theme of my visits at Lambert was excruciatingly slow service. Most modern international airports having charging outlets and USB outlet at every seat; NOT Lambert! Waiting at the gates is a nightmare, and virtually every seat was taken. You can just imagine how packed the gates were.
Overall, the actual airport experience isn't really that terrible - it's just not up to par with the rest of the US. What you will find, though, is a small, relatively calm airport, with a small, country commuter feel that you are going to pray you don't get stuck in because of a delay. At least they have a Starbucks.
First time visiting this airport and it wasn t a great experience for me and my family. We arrive without any problems but on our return back home where some rude TSA Workers. While you are been scan there are others people flying picking up other peoples items. I will never come through this airport again.
Not many restaurants to choose from and not a lot of seating in waiting areas.
Airports are always a pain but I really enjoyed the experience here, food closes pretty early but other than that it was quite enjoyable
It's not too bad as airports go. The parking and driving can be a little confusing. Otherwise the inside layout is simple and security is quick.
Horrible experience! I will not feel bad the next time there is a government shutdown, they literally have to be the slowest and most unorganized airport!
There for a Arrival....the Security Guard was pleasant and helpful. Only Negative. Not well labeled for actual terminals/Air Services.
Always good
In and out... or up
Simple to get into and easy to get out of. No waits, everything was on time as planned.
Great place,
Relaxing. Pistachio frapachino
Very professional and they get you on your way quickly
GREAT PLACE!!!!!! Saw an F-18 Super Hornet fly over my head as I was leaving, couldn t get my phone out quick enough, but I got a photo of it after it circled around (but it was super far away)
A great little airport. If you are going between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 make sure you schedule enough time, to include any possible delays because it is a decent shuttle bus ride. Oh and no you definitely CANNOT run it because its not possible or connected.
Old setup but a new wing enhances the airport nicely. Really appreciate the Wingtips lounge there now!
