STL airport is small but has a good layout amd is never too crowded. Mondays are probably the worst because of the business people but TSA lines go quick and Southwest has basically the entire 2nd terminal. They also have free internet available theough boing go.
Seemed very cramped, social distancing in this covid era really not possible. Cleanliness not taken very seriously throughout airport. Limited food options, all of them seemed very disorganized and extreme patience required. I will avoid in future.
This airport is stuck in the past. The Wifi in the terminal is limited to 1 hour. After that you have to buy a Boingo pass... what is this 2005?
It was easy to navigate...people were helpful and friendly
This is a very interesting place! It s like they have every creature comfort including parking for departures, shelves above the urnials, all the seats face the same way and a Hudson news every 20 ft. I would recommend a stop here sometime.
It is OK no reason to go unless your going to St Louis in which case this review is meaningless.
Still isn't a pet relief area past security but the magic house area for kids by the Alaska Airlines gates is amazing and helps to get the wiggles out before the flight. Security can be slow unless you have pre check however the staff has always been understanding and helpful when we travel with our two little ones and our small dog.
Overall the airport was clean decent number of restaurants open and most people were wearing their masks unlike some other places I've been. Shame they don't have a train to the rental car area but it's not exactly a new airport
This is an efficient airport! Most of the time I fly Frontier Airlines because their prices are unbeatable. The ladies that work the Frontier ticket counter are always amazing and provide the absolute best customer service. Thank you!
TSA agents are quick and straight forward as well as reasonable with their attitudes.
Everything as a whole makes this airport one of my favorites! I would recommend Frontier Airlines to my friends and family!
To me it's a small Midwest airport. Very tame, and no problems navigating.
Be careful they dont strictly enforce the wearing of masks. I counted 8 passengers without masks that were surrounding me, YIKES!!! No wonder we can't get full control of this pandemic.
Small and easy airport. I was disappointed that there were no store for fragrances, candies or alcohol. Also, the service at security and baggage drop was rather slow.
6:15 flight, arrived 2.5 hours early, 03:30am as instructed. No one at ticket counter so we stood in line until 5 am when they started checking baggage. Once seated at gate, all food services closed except for a bar. Finally the farthest Starbucks opened, but I didn't have 45 minutes to stand in another long line. Not impressed. Airline service was fine, airport service was not.
Very Poor did not enjoy my stay in St. Louis Lambert Airport.
Terminal is great, but the roads in and around are Terrible!
I hate it all of my familly's suitcases got dirty after they were brand new! I wish I could give this a .5 star review.
The southwest terminal sucks. Crowded and only two bars...do the math
Lay over was boring. Many stores had limited options and some were not even open; even during the busy hours. Floors were dirty but there were 3 cleaning people, maybe lots of wet shoes.
TSA has no idea what to do.....they need to be trained by a different trainer because they have no idea what.
RUDEST EMPLOYEES EVER. i didn't know how to get there, how to get out, where i was going. Finally got pulled over waiting for the person i was picking up in the passenger pickup lane (Which is why i was waiting on that curb!) when this ATTITUDE witch of an employee starts gripping how that was a no parking zone and how i needed to move although my party was texting me they were at baggage claim and headed out. Give me some directions or assistance without bitching at me. I had to circle around three times, broke i don't know how many driving laws not knowing where i was going, almost got in a couple of accidents, it was insane. An EMPLOYEE TRANSIT BUS decided to make a three lane change in front of me and almost hit me. That place is a ridiculous mad house of a maze with rude as hell employees. Hell will freeze over before i ever use that airport again. ever.
Great view. Clean sight to pick off zombies. Just wish there was a place to hide. Gradient helps water roll of clean. Good view. :P
Southwest terminal structure is dated, but they've upgraded and set up work flows to the best that they can.
Friendly staff at this smaller airport. Traffic getting here can be tough sometimes as is right off I-70. That does make it convenient as well. I have flown through here multiple times with no issues.
Everything was so clean and organized and staff was so very pleasant and helpful.
Modern neat airport. Medium sized, primarily served by Southwest and the ubequitous American Airlines. Only a few eateries avaialbe with long lines to get something to eat. Boarding area is very comfortable with power points on the seats. Airport also has limited 1hr free Wi-Fi xourt8of its partners.
Really not bad. Pleasantly surprised. Airtravel a lot more friendly when people aren't beating each other to death in long lines to make their flights.
I m not sure what everyone s problem with this place. I have seen MUCH worse airports. This is actually very decent for the airport s size. The people inside are friendly enough and it s clean.

Not the nicest or cleanest airport I've ever been in, but it isn't too bad. Decent food options, security mid-day middle of the week was quick. Only thing I noticed was that there were a lot of things out of order.
Lambert used to be a fairly good airport, but not so much anymore. First off, I can almost always count on some type of delay (wrong gate assignment, broken equipment, etc.) The staff have become very inattentive and generally unfriendly. Combine this with United and you have a fairly miserable travel experience. Unfortunatey, I don't have any options, but I would happily bypass going to this airport if another option should arise in the future.
Stars are solely for the janitor who saw my shirt and told me some jokes. Kudos to you, sir.
Not a bad airport. We weren't there for too long, due to our incoming flight running a little behind. It was pretty crowded, and there were a few rude guests that we observed. The restrooms weren't very clean
Very clean, airport employees were very polite and respectful.
Always a breeze through security! Alaska Airlines lines usually busy
This place is very clean and the staff was friendly! Air Choice One is the move!!
Pray you don't ever have to use the restroom with any urgency.
Nice airport. Plenty of shopping and places to eat. The usual airport. Nothing different from any others when passing through!
I've been to a ton of airports and this is by far the worst one. Completely unorganized and employees were extremely rude. Just all and all a bad experience.
Everything was horrible. Paid for wifi. Wouldn't work. Flight got set back 2 hours for no legitimate reason. Service was poor. Food service was awful. I'd clear house if I was yall.
I dropped my son off at around 4:30 am for a 6:15 flight out of Terminal 1 and everything was up and running nicely.
Getting to the terminal was extremely organized and user-friendly, and it was actually one of the least stressful flight drop-offs I've ever experienced.
I'll interject here to say that this was especially nice since my, uh, you know, allergies were acting up the entire time and I might have otherwise had a difficult time finding my way out on my own through blurry eyes.
There was pull-in parking just outside each airline's doors so we sat and talked for a moment, since we'd arrived so early, and then I even got to get out and walk him in to check his bags and get one last hug. (Compare this to my home airport, where there are madmen in orange vests shoo-ing cars away from the crowded curb before the luggage is even out of the trunk.)
There was quite a long line for those needing to go through security, though I didn't notice how quickly it was going. We had driven up from Texas because the Marine Corps had booked the flight to Hawaii for him while he was in his MOS at Fort Leonard Wood, but he took leave to spend his brother's 18th birthday at home, before shipping out. We could have personally arrived later, but I wouldn't have wanted to if he had needed to wait in line.
OK airport, not much seating at the gates. The workers that I encountered there were friendly and helpful. Would use again if the opportunity arises.
Easy terminal. Lack of clocks along terminal halls showing local time is poor customer service...had to ask a cleaner. Possible lack of timely and regular maintenance in cafe areas as place I stopped for sandwich had floor tile flooded in one area, maintenance couldn't figure out where water coming from. Finally he went next door to see if neighbor business was having plumbing issues. Uneasy feeling.
Love STL Airport!!! Favorite airport in the country.
Very nice airport, has lots of history, easy security, overall great airport.
Free wifi 20 min only, cards $5 each, not as much respect for military traveling on orders as in other airports.
All the airports around the world I've been had free wifi and cards those days.
We enjoy flying into this airport. I love that this airport has a Starbucks. I was super excited about Jaumba Juice. We love superfoods and blended healthy smoothies. Their blended drinks were slightly cool, runny, and bland ;(. We do love the airport itself, the pilots and staff are friendly and helpful. One of our flights canceled due to weather and a woman working for the airline helped us find accomodations for the night.
I have taken off from this airport twice since the pandemic. Pretty easy to get check in and not confusing to get to your gate.
The room was filthy there's no toilet paper used winning TV didn't work disturbance how to tonight I would never go back there for any reason I think I should be refunded my money for the frappe did they call the room. I paid $65 for it was horrible
St Louis Lambert International Airport is a fantastic work environment the folks at this airport are highly competent, security minded and hospitable. I deal with clients all the time at this airport and everyone enjoys their experience here the quality of service is
nonpareil. Happy Landing!
Signs are very confusing on where to go and on which terminal you need.
Love STL since it is small and easy to navigate, yet fly's to every major city. Lacking a Delta lounge sucks, wish the commission/city would do a better job enticing more flights with Delta.
Shoe shine - best ever. Ever wonder what you can get for $6 bucks anymore...how about the best shoe shine around. Check it out!
For being a small airport, I like this one. My only complaint is the hours of operation of the bars and restaurants. Besides that u have to love the architecture!
Terminal 2- too cramped, very very limited food options, service is poor. Not enough seating. Rocking chairs added- seriously there s about 12 of them. I have been stuck here twice during dinner- ate a cold deli sandwich from Starbucks.
Nothing spectacular about this airport. Not all that clean and most of the walkways are filled with people standing around because there doesn't seem to be enough seating for all the different gates. The Schlafly bar/restaurant will let you buy a six pack to take with you to your destination so that's pretty cool.
Great time, another delivery successfully completed with no delays reported.
I love this airport just wish there were more flights like when TWA was around.
superpark card was working when I came in. But it wasnt when i try to exit.
Had no choice but went to the window.
TSA was efficient and no long long waiting lines. Getting to the airport was easy..Alot better than DFW airport in Dallas,TX..
It is so nice to have Alaska Airlines non - stop service to both Portland, Oregon & Seattle, Washington.
I travel in and out of the states. I live in the area.
In my view point.
We have a great airport other than how management, the local politics in addition to the employee's additude is keeping this great location from being more, like other locations which has blossomed.
I have been in major airports around the world and small walk on and off ruway ones as well. Inall the place is professional and friendly and maintain the heart of wanting to help the traveler. This place makes me feel... I will only help you because I vave to to keep my job.
We have the history and being the only major airport for this entire area.
The airport is usually the first impression an out of towner gets. This place has never thought of this!
I wish this place would understand it's power to be a benifit to the entier region.
With hope I am taking the time to post my words.
It's a great little airport. I've lived all over the country and even lived here in the Lou for a bit. The service of this relatively smaller airport is phenomenal. The people here are so friendly! Rather your flying Southwest or United or whatever. The employees here are very nice and warm.
Stop at the pasta house, they take priority pass. It's a good meal!
TSA does their job well and I've never had a problem.
i came through here on way into Navy, nice airport, also gaurded
Newly remodeled. Was one of the dumpiest airports in the country, glad to see a fresh look in the few areas of the former hub that are actually still used.
Southwest Airlines terminal. Great customer service by SWA and TSA was friendly but busy. Tsa had 3 lines open but slow going with the scanners. Not all the eatery's were open. Starbucks was not open in the main area but the one in Gate 33 was. People not wearing masks in the terminal but that will change July 27. We had a few people on the flight to Ft. Meyers who took their masks off but SWA announced that they must remain on unless eating or drinking. So....resistance will be futile. Lol
EDIT: The airport has had a few upgrades since my last review.
They now have 60 minutes of free WiFi which is great. Still not a ton of outlets in Terminal one but they have made an effort.
A couple new restaurants have opened and some general changes have made things a bit nicer.
Waits are usually pretty quick. Terminal 2 is much nicer than 1 with some nice food choices and lots of outlet charging stations.
I thought my service was good. I like the quick baggage claim. However, they need more food choices. The restrooms were clean.
Very clean. Staff is extremely helpful. Wonderful environment!
I had a short flight to St. Louis where I had to wait for another flight. It's a nice airport to have a layover. There's plenty of shops and restaurants.
