Outrageous customer service. Qatar Airways lost some of my luggage (a sleeping bag at $ 600) and wandered through the meanders of its so-called administrative services without ever paying me back or giving me a solution. In 3 words: A gigantic foutage of mouth. I will never travel with this company again

The absolute disaster the customer service impossible to reach I let ring more than 4 hours in 2 days and it is for a request impossible to settle on the net, also made a request via a contact card no response either .. .one of the worst company in the world to join them ... it's serious all the same
They canceled my flight 3 times, no commercial gesture. First time I try the experience with this company but never again I take this sea ... extremely disappointed does not offer anything except a refund within 90 days, but who reimburses me for my hotel plus my activities already paid for ??! !! Qatar Airways refused to board me for 1 visa problem and canceled my return ticket when I was able to obtain a new visa, it is unacceptable for a company to cancel the return ticket without asking the customer if its return is maintained! I will contact WHAT TO CHOOSE to take legal action and hire a lawyer.
In my opinion the best airline in the world. It is expensive, but it is worth traveling with these partners. You can enjoy its good facilities. We went to Oman my husband and I for our honeymoon, we chose the company Qatar because we heard that good. But we can not say the same, during our trip we found that our tickets had been changed without our agreement, we ended up with 20h of stops in Doha we lost 2 days of vacation from our honeymoon to run between the airport and the Qatar agency to get new plane tickets and we could leave as planned. We had to book some very expensive activities in advance that we could not do because of this logistical mistake. At the agency we were promised that an upgrade could be done if we asked and explained the problems we encountered, but we did not get anything! In Doha we had to deal with a disrespectful manager who did not take the time to listen to us, the team was not at all understanding and did not listen to us, to apologize they just offered us to give us 3 seats without anyone between us to be more comfortable but even that little thing they were unable to do it properly! And we were forced to shout sr the hostesses so that they find a solution because what happened to us during our honeymoon is unacceptable! We asked for compensation by mail but still nothing. I will never leave again with Qatar Airways I highly recommend this company.

A real scandal !!! With my friend we trusted this company which is said to be one of the best in the world. We even paid more for tickets saying we were going to pay for security and service but we were quickly disillusioned !! We are stuck for more than 9 hours at Hanoi airport without having any information from the company, or what to eat or drink properly while we are waiting !!! Quatar did not respond to any of my emails and we were not given any excuses. At the price we paid for our ticket it would have been the minimum. I advise you to find another company for all your international flights.

The company's policy is very hostile to women - as might be expected (pregnant women are for example considered sick - there is only Gulf Air to be as sexist). The planes are on time. I had booked a flight in September for the following April, I was notified 2 days before the flight was an hour ahead, which did not suit me, since I had to leave at 5 am with a disabled child. I let them know by email my difficulty. The immediate reaction, they made sure that I and my children would travel in the best conditions by delegating to us a member of staff at each stopover as well as on arrival where we were treated as VIPs with priority in line at disembarkation. Really very responsive and attentive.

Hello everyone, we speak badly about qatar airways, but you should know that during the covid in March they completely refunded me everything while the other big name companies were choosy, 2400 euros is not nothing, so if I have to book with them I will not hesitate a second, and I am not paid by them to just talk about it, you have to tell the truth.
So, given the reviews I was a little scared, I had to wait 50 min before being taken care of but the call went very well, the interlocutor was very attentive and was looking for always to know if I had all the answers I wanted. So certainly it is better not to be in a hurry, meanwhile I was advancing on other things but I had my call! Good luck
Airline very doubtful on its commercial aspect to have made me steal a return ticket from Manila. Having a return ticket Paris-Manila via Doha from 23/01/18 to 20/02/18, I had to return to Paris for important reasons 2 days after my arrival in Manila. At the Qatar Airways office in Manila I asked for a return date quickly, no problem I had a return ticket for a payment of 465, I agreed to rush home but in addition they kept my return ticket from 02/20/18 without my realizing it at the time. <currently I claim from the Cie the refund of the return ticket or the return ANSWER: IMPOSSIBLE TICKET ALREADY USED, the 465 that I paid in Manila correspond to administrative fees + taxes and the difference between the reservation "promo, sever, flexy ", the behavior of this Company seems to me the most doubtful !!!! they have an empty seat to spare for the return flight of 20/02/18, that's all good for them !!!. It was the last time that I booked with them, with good word hi!
50min for a transfert in Doha including Qatar staff who found my wallet in plane A and giving me back before close gate for departure in plane B. Thank you Qatar for the service and strong efficiency !
Take advantage of the situation to not reimburse the tickets all physical point of reception are closed for 4 months and still no reimbursement. Say 5 star company. Totally disappointed
This is by far the best airline I've ever traveled with in my life.They exceed my expectations big time! Even in economy class they make you feel respected and important and they go all the way to meet your needs and help you with anything you require. From the phone line when there's actually someone to talk to just in a few minutes, to the over all experience. I asked gluten free meals which they provided without hesitation, they even look for extra food when I told them I was intolerant to eggs, they got me potatoes! They passed between meals with drinks so people would be constantly hydrated and they even had someone helping us to make the connections so we don't loose our next flight (I didn't have to look for signs, directions, or stress about my transfer)! This is an airline that truly cares and I would love to flight with then every time I can, they're really good!
Disastrous customer service. Qatar Airways did not offer any seating at their gate in Vienna, did not call my name and off-boarded me. I was then sent to their desk which was closed. They later claimed Vienna is a "silent" airport which is not true (I flew the next day with Pegasus that did make announcements at the gate).
I did meet some Qatar Airways staff that seemed very sorry about how I was getting treated but said they were constrained by internal rules. I wrote to their so-called "Customer Care" who finally sent me to their support department that sent me back to "Customer Care".
If you do make it onboard, I have to admit you get a really good service. But outside of the plane, this is the worst customer service I have experience from an airline.
I speak for the company in general I have never been to the office. They cling to details that do not make them worth 5 stars. Suitcase found broken, 7h in a plane without TV and USB plug (even for the crew), donut sugar as a meal because more dishes, extended stopover time and reprolonged after booking the ticket damage because the planes are beautiful but we understand quickly why they are very often empty ....
