Disastrous customer service.

Disastrous customer service.
Qatar Airways did not offer any seating at their gate in Vienna, did not call my name and off-boarded me. I was then sent to their desk which was closed.
They later claimed Vienna is a "silent" airport which is not true (I flew the next day with Pegasus that did make announcements at the gate).


I did meet some Qatar Airways staff that seemed very sorry about how I was getting treated but said they were constrained by internal rules. I wrote to their so-called "Customer Care" who finally sent me to their support department that sent me back to "Customer Care".

If you do make it onboard, I have to admit you get a really good service. But outside of the plane, this is the worst customer service I have experience from an airline.
