Outrageous customer service. Qatar Airways lost some of my luggage (a sleeping bag at $ 600) and wandered through the meanders of its so-called administrative services without ever paying me back or giving me a solution. In 3 words: A gigantic foutage of mouth.
I will never travel with this company again
