I am personally very satisfied with this company, the planes are brand new, the staff very caring, the flight conditions excellent. The planes are on time.
I had booked a flight in September for the following April, I was notified 2 days before the flight was an hour ahead, which did not suit me, since I had to leave at 5 am with a disabled child.
I let them know by email my difficulty. The immediate reaction, they made sure that I and my children would travel in the best conditions by delegating to us a member of staff at each stopover as well as on arrival where we were treated as VIPs with priority in line at disembarkation. Really very responsive and attentive.
