I speak for the company in general I have never been to the office.
They cling to details that do not make them worth 5 stars. Suitcase found broken, 7h in a plane without TV and USB plug (even for the crew), donut sugar as a meal because more dishes, extended stopover time and reprolonged after booking the ticket damage because the planes are beautiful but we understand quickly why they are very often empty ....
