Too bad the ZERO rating does not exist. Non-existent customer service. Can not change a flight because booked in travel agency! Of all the companies I have been able to do this is the first time I hear that! 950 th the ticket but modification impossible! More NEVER this company do not trust their advertising campaigns. I will take Emirates next time!
