Not much you cant find here. The kids liked the fish ponds and aquarium.

High prices and mostly NOT made in the USA like it used to be.

Great place to visit. It is like a little village. Cafe , near by shops and restaurants. Plan on a few hours, if not.most of the day.

Always a fun stop. We actually just stopped to stretch our legs and let the kids play. But we spent a good hour just walking around looking at the wildlife display.

Good quality products, very high prices, guarantee not what it used to be. Its harder to shop here than it used to be. It costs more and you get less.

Mountain Classic Anorak is not "WATER-RESISTANT"...
At the most it's, "SLIGHTLY" WATER-RESISTANT.
WATER comes thru the ZIPPERS and everywhere else!
You will get soaking wet!

A Maine staple for outdoor gear and clothing, selection is mostly traditional and good quality. Love the main store and visiting the fish and large stuffed animals! Also like to stop by the in-store Cafe for a quick coffee or snack. Store staff is consistently pleasant and happy to help!

Who doesn t love LL bean!? The factory store here is borderline magic. I ve never seen a 400 foot line disappear

Look at the tags and see where the product was made. I think more stuff at l.l.Bean was made in China than Walmart.

Their goods are more expensive but the quality is worth it.

They were very accomadating ! I returned a pair of slippers that were to big! Got a new pair! Everyone was very nice and helpful!! We love L.L. Bean.

I'm from NJ and my gf is from Maine. Every time we go back to get parents we go (almost). This time u got my first official OG Bean boots as my others are for lined and I can't wear them much. Great service and such an awesome store. Great discounts this trip as well as I was able to get some nice winter trays for gifts.

Huge place, carries everything you could imagine for the outdoors. Employees were extremely friendly and kind. Christmas village celebration was so much fun; we hope to go back next year!

It's good but far from comprehensive, especially for more experienced outdoors people. Clothes not great oriented. Limited footwear selection. Great employees and clothes.

I've always had a great experience with LLBean. My wife and I try to buy everything we can from there because it's local (for us) and we love the warranty. The quality of the products are great and we love that when we buy something like a snowsuit for the kids, it will survive multiple hand-me-downs.

Great shopping experience! All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The store was fully stocked and easy to navigate. Found you can get 'fun laces' for you Bean Boots. The staff will help cut and cap them. Over all a great time.

C mon! You have to love the place where it all began! The Mecca of outdoor gearheads the world over! There is nothing like a visit to Freeport, Maine and burying yourself in the warm embrace of LL Bean and everything that the store has to offer. If you have never been (or even if you have) and you find yourself within 50 miles of the place you need to visit and luxuriate in the row upon row of everything from wool lined jeans to plaid robes and pjs to duck boots and backpacks. It is a rite of passage for every kid that aspires to spend time in the forests and mountains of the great Northeast and beyond. I promise you won t be disappointed.

The thing that is cool about L.L. Bean that I don't think gets talked about is how diverse their target audience is. They bring in people from every part of the spectrum. People go there solely for fashion, others for home goods and others for hunting related items. I think you would be hard pressed to find another company that is able to bring in people with such difference interests.

Very busy place. Spent 30m looking for parking. The snack bar food is OK if a little pricey for a sandwich.

Wanted to get a refund on an LLBean branded henley shirt but was refused since I didn't have a receipt and my phone number was not in their system; I'm a little peeved about that. But we still ended up buying more stuff from them.

Very very busy and parking is not a treat. Wonderful store and staff though.

I went to return a pair of defective boots and the customer service representative argued with me about the boots. She told me it was wear and tear on the boots after i explained to her i only had the boots for 6 months and didn't wear them until winter started. She got mad and started being dismissive. The lady in front of me was not treated that way so the only reason i could come up with was because i was black. I was friendly and nice but she just didn't want to hear anything I was telling her. I bought two pair of boots. I will never buy from that company again. I don't understand why you are mad at me for you're defective product.

Love it! My boyfriend and I bought a tent last summer and one of the stitches came undone. I went back in to see if I could exchange it and Meghan was super helpful! I was expecting to have to argue about it but she had some go grab a new one, no questions asked!

Unbelievable Stores, allow yourself plenty of time and money. You will want one of everything...The fish ponds and aquarium kids will love too.
Play area in the kids department and huge chalkboards are great. The photo booth too. I love the boots and cotton blankets, and my fleece jackets. Don't forget to snap your pic in front of the bookmobile. The concert and movies in the summer are awesome. And its open 24hrs a day is extraordinary!!!!! We LOVE MADE IN THE USA, AND MADE IN MAINE. THIS IS MY SECOND TRIP 2017, 2018... AND WILL RETURN AGAIN NEXT YEAR.
