As all ways calm environment and a great setting for find & reading books
Because of the bathrooms and the place is organized.
Good, central location with a good selection and the usual great offers the chain has. On the first floor there's a Starbucks and a nice secluded area where a lot of people sit down to read books.
Great books, soooo big place and big variety of books.. but little high price comparing with amazon for example.

It's not the biggest Barnes and Noble, nor is it the smallest, but it's still a nice spot to pick up a good book.
I spent a long time at the bookstore slowly after a long time.
Waste of time. Came with a list of books to buy. Not a single one there. They told me I could order online, but then I might as well just use Amazon, which I will in future. They are more interested in selling toys, pillows and coffee than they are in books. Don't waste your time.
This is a goood store. It has a Starbucks upstairs. Also has free WiFi. The kids reading room is downstairs. I was surprised to see that stores like this still exist.
Staff was very kind and helpful. Helped me to get some great British DVDs at GREAT prices that I was looking for.

Decidedly average book store, with more and more space being given over to things other than books. Very very busy - wasn't an especially pleasant place browse. Staff were very friendly though!
Really nice people but when I turned down a donation at the register, they gave me kind of a sad look with an "Are you sure?". Which made me feel bad and I ended up donating. I mean some people dont have that much money y'know

It was a great and quite quiet library. Also I left a lego bag there but they had a lost and found stand so I got my LEGO back

Book store are becoming extinct - thank you Amazon, so it is great to have the ability to browse, touch and open a real book. Here you can find almost everything you need to entertain yourself; from books, magazine, cds and vynil to toys, board games and action figures. It is the best place to spend those rainy fall days.
One of the best bookstores left in the world. The variety of titles is surprising. You can find both first editions as well as pocket editions. There is an immense amount of producy that is also marketed in the store such as calendars, puzzles, umbrellas, CDs, vinyl and audiobooks. Inside the store you can enjoy a very rich coffee since it has a Starbucks which is impeccable and very well attended. This has chairs and tables to sit and if you want to enjoy a good book.
Like always,a real pleasure visiting a book store,staff,in this one I only made contact with two when I first got inside the store the first young worker was indifferent had to ask where's the music section was, but everything else was just fine.

Best American bookstore. The membership card entitles you to discounts on purchases and at the cafeteria.
The biggest BN I've ever been too. The even though it gets busy the employees come out of no where and ask you if you need help. Very cool. Very cool. 5 stars.
There are some nice selections. I left without buying because of the long long line. Meanwhile they had 2 people at a help desk that had nothing to do but couldn't accept my money.
Great book store that even has a Starbucks right in the place so you can read.
It has no charging ports and that limits study sources and time. A timed/paid charging port would work....
Your better off ordering from Amazon!! 15 mins to buy a book!! You will be out of business with this type of service!
