Great place, what a selection must stop when in the area.

Love going here even if I don't plan on buying anything. It's fun just to walk around and look at what they have to offer.

LL Bean is a must visit when in Freeport. I like all their outdoor equipment, and their displays. Not a fan of their clothing as I do not wish to wear the LL Bean logo.

Everything about LL Bean is fabulous! The people, the product, the guarantee, the hours (24/7, 365), the employment; best company I ever worked for even though they didn't call me back the next season after I crashed an Orderpicker a couple of times. :o) I love LL Bean!

Prices can be a bit steep for the quality however Bean's has one of the best return policies around. If you are unsatisfied with your product you can return it for a refund.

If you're looking for good quality outdoor gear and apparel this is the place to shop. Open 24/7/365 days a year. Good quality, excellent craftsmanship. I buy most of my clothes and gear here, it's convenient located off 295 in Freeport. They also have 1 of the best guarantees in the industry. If you're not completely satisfied you can return any item within a year with a valid copy of your receipt, and the warranty for manufacturer defects on items/products is lifetime. You can't beat that peace of mind. They have hiking gear, camping gear, clothes for men,women, and children. Shoes, guns, kayaks. Pretty much anything you need for outdoor exploring and outdoor activities. They also have a little cafe inside where you can get breakfast items, coffee. Great place and I will continue shopping here. They also do free 2 day shipping for orders over $50. Their items are a little expensive, but the difference in quality is worth it, and their guarantees.

LLBean flagship store. Open 24/7 with great customer service. It's a nice place to visit late at night when fewer people are around.

Way better than expected. Great staff, fun and family friendly place. The entire area is joy to visit.

Great clothing, boots...expensive but they back everything. The shearling boots are amazing warm and my back never seems to hurt while wearing them (which for me is bizzare. I might have to look into a pair for summer.

If you don't know how awesome this store is you haven't been there yet. A must see when visiting Maine, plus the quality of the clothing and equipment is second to none.

A fun place to visit but i never seem to buy anything. Very expensive and the ownership has some very conservatives ideas which i would prefer not to support.

It used to be great. Now it's a clothing store with some outdoor equiptment. They care about money not custemer service. The Kids running it know desided to take a good thing and destroy it so it would entertained tourists and make the mass holes feel at home.

This place has everything and everything is high quality. The brand is well known and for good reason.

Not the LL BEAN it once was. No warranty like it used to be and products coming from China now?

Brain's has faintest people working overnights. Also when I have asked a question in the hunting department, so far I have gotten to speak to somebody who knows what they are taking about

Great selection and service. Prices at retail store are cheaper on some items than the outlet store. Found this out the hard way.

I love the LL Bean store. We go there to see whats new and for sales. I also look at their shoes and clothes for work. Great place!

Too crowded, not enough cashiers. Nice clothing but high priced.

Nice big store, friendly staff. The only real issue I have is that they don't allow dogs in the store. In a tourist town a lot of people have thier dogs with them. They don't serve food so I don't see any reason not to allow friendly dogs in the store.

I'm a lifetime beans shopper. But not happy with the current changes in warranty and prices.

A wonderful place to spend some time. We were last there during tje watermelon festival. Total fun.

Shopping at the LL Bean store(s) is an adventure of the best kind and the staff is helpful, patient and very well informed.

Allot of fun to shop in the Flagship store in Freeport, ME. Love LLBean's Home Store on the property and in the middle of all the outlet shops of Freeport.

Love this place. I've been coming here once a year since I was a child. They now have so many stores in this all-outlet-town but the main one (flagship?) is open 24 hrs which makes for a great stop on the drive north. Inside the store, they have a bit of a natural history museum vibe (live fish, aquarium, moose) in addition to their clothes, equipment, etc. Best place to buy things on sale is at the actual outlet store in the outdoor mall. Make sure to get Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream and pose with the giant classic LLBeab boot on wheels. Only draw back is there's only a few restaurants in this town so there's always a wait for that.

Good amount of parking. Staff friendly. Surprised there really weren't many sales.

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. The clothes are expensive, but very high quality. There is a cafe attached to this store that's actually pretty good.

They have basically the entire catalog in stock, not many sale or discounted items though. Great selection.

You can find everything you need for an outdoor adventure such as snow shoeing, skiing, rock climbing, cross country skiing, hiking, walking, camping, and hunting! An amazing place to visit and buy!

Enormous and a bit overwhelming. Nice selection but most items made in China.

The children s play area is great, and my toddler was enthralled by the fish!

Had to get some new clothes because I lost 67 pound during my cancer treatments. Thank you Donna Browning for a beautiful day! Had fun hanging to great Christian music on our way to Freeport Maine.

Great to see the Northern Lights, and walk around the lit up town! Stopped in LLbean to see what was new and what was on sale-- both categories had much to offer!

My family and I have sworn by the quality and superb customer service of Beans since the 50's. Still the very best!

The epicenter of L.L. Bean, with demonstrations and seasonal events (like the model trains and Christmas display in winter) and a wide array of all outdoor and sporting products for men, women, and children. Wide open spaces for trying out gear, with beautiful scenery all around the store. Lots of parking/entrances to access.

The quality of the LLBean brand items are great. This store sells some hard to find items that other stores don't carry. This store is huge and has an indoor trout pond and riverbed aquarium. I've always had good customer service experiences in this store as well.

It's Beans. what do you expect? My one criticism, their 'Pets' area is geared towards dogs. I get it. People travel more with dogs, but I am a cat person. Beans is always adorned in Holiday finery this time of year. Santa's line was insane (good thing I have cats and not kids--cats don't care about Santa). But, loved the Northern Lights section.

I wish I had more money to spend. So many great things to buy! Love LL Beans.
