Absolutely the best sales help in the store ever. Great people who know their products. Got great guidance from a young guy that really knew hiking boots and the trails I hiked in the White Mtns. I got the right boots for the high mountain trails.

Very interesting and historical store. Have bought from there catalog for years but was really nice to see the store in person.
I had to return a pair of slippers that I received as a gift 6mths ago, but the stitching around one toe was coming apart. Customer service didn't want to replace them saying it was normal wear and tear, but the supervisor happened to walk by and over ruled. Their new return policy is a joke and I will stop shopping there. I will no longer pay a premium price for products with poor quality and bad return policies.

We had a great time at the Watermelon Fesitval. We were in Maine looking for something to do. Glad we went!! Everything is free (watermelon salsa, seed spitting contest and so much more), donation boxes all over. Donate! All donations go to Camp Sunshine.
Best shopping experience on major holidays and in the middle of the night driving from Canada to Florida beaches. Great flannel outdoor wear and my favorite fashionable 100% navy long sleeve t-shirts.
Always a great experience even if you are just checking stuff out to order when you get home because you don't want to pay Maine sales tax. Staff was very helpful even if it was 8PM mid-week.

It was very busy as it is that time of year but there was plenty of staff and the building is large enough to accommodate.

We're from Pennsylvania and have always wanted to visit L.L. Been. Wow. Incredible place. The main stores are open 24/7. We grabbed a few pairs of jeans at huge savings at the outlet stores. This was our first time in Maine. We will definitely visit L.L. Bean every time we come back to Maine.

Open 24 hours a day most days of the year. A great place for camping and outdoor goods as well as quality made clothing, housewares, and luggage. There's also a factory outlet that sells irreguar products, returned goods, and things that wouldn't sell (the outlet is not open 24 hours a day}. Set in Freeport, I miss to see a factory outlet stores. Nite bene: most of the other Factory Stores now sell goods manufactured for them. They're not real factory outlets. Beans is unique: they manufacture or offer high-quality Goods at a reasonable price with an amazing caring tea

Open 24/7/365! Such a great place to shop and kid friendly. I like shopping here myself because they have a great Tall section. Huge selection and the Bean has such a great return policy. A Must Stop if you are in the area.
LL Bean is still pretty great. I'll admit the qualities come down in recent years and they've made a lot of poor decisions but they are still pretty good. Visiting the store is a must for all Mainers and out of staters.

In a very nice small town feel setting with most of its lust hidden from plan view of the road on the parking lot side of the establishment. When you enter your senses are overwhelmed with alure of all things outdoorsy. Awsome
