A very nice hotel. Big rooms and big beds. Very typical for this area. Nice Staff and great support only thing is you need to pay for internet additional, beside this awsome view from 72 floor. Little pity that the windows was little dirty and have not allowed to make better pics. I would visit this hotel again. Nice hotel. Large rooms and beds, very typical of the region. Service ok, only the internet had to be purchased additionally, views from 72 floors are a championship. It is a pity that the windows were dirty and no better photos could be taken. I would visit this hotel again. Good localization.

The building is nice and the rooms are large. The problem is that it is always full with groups of tourists and the location is not perfect. One needs to take to nearby subway to go to the central districts of Hong Kong. Nonetheless, public transportation is excellent.

Nice hotel in a great location. Short walk to subway and shopping malls.
The rooms are clean and spacious, great views but a bit worn. Great breakfast buffet, with everything you need for a good start to the day. We were satisfied.

The buffet on the ninth floor, I had eaten three times a few years ago. It was good and exquisite. I just tried again this month. Although the price is cheaper, the quality has dropped a little.

Burn to death while enjoying the beautiful view. I've now been to this hotel for a business meeting in the Sky conference room on the 41st floor two times. The room is beautifully designed with great views, high ceiling and well lit with floor to ceiling glass walls. The breakfast buffet was good and staff helpful. I had a fine omelette. The hotel, while not downtown, is right next to one of the main railway lines so still quite conveniently accessed. Here's why you might think twice about booking the conference room or attending a meeting there: the hotel management has decided that storing extra chairs and tables in the fire escape route is acceptable. After observing this the first time, my report to the fire department was followed up by a visit from the same fire department. In spite of a warning from the FD, on my second visit some months later, the same emergency exit obstructions were still on display. Obviously, neither safety of guests nor compliance with fire safety regulations is a priority for this establishment. Meanwhile, if you do find yourself in the buffet line, avoid the cereal: it's removed by hand, the staff member touching most of the cereal as it passes through the dispenser. Who knows? Maybe he has really clean hands.

This is one of the worst hotels in HK I have ever stayed, especially to the value that is way below average. Room s not clean and some of the stuff are out of order without proper maintenance. The anti-slippery mat put in bathroom is disgusting. In an entire room, only TWO power outlets is available for charging cellphone etc, the worst even seen in hotels in Asia! Small closet which you can only barely hang a suit and that s all. Breakfast is also one of the worst in HK while I need to pay extra HK150+ for simple food with lousy service. Never stay here again for sure.

I stayed at Tower 2 of this hotel. Third buffet had a wide selection of food. It's a short walk to Tsuen Wan West Metro Station. Din Tai Fung is not far from this hotel. Tiger Sugar, the bubble tea place that sells Black sugar Milk Tea, is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The bus station that has buses that can take you to the airport is a 2-3 min walk from the hotel. Everything is close. Plus, the view from the 83rd floor. I would rate it 5 stars. The only problem I had was when 1 of the 2 elevators of Tower 2 going to the 83rd floor was down for the maintenance. The queue to get in the elevator would be long at times. Otherwise, it is a great hotel. Easy access to a lot places. Wouldn't mind going back again.

I had a wonderful stay here back in Nov 2017. They looked after my elderly parents and I very well. Credit is due to one particular staff member, Kane. We had an issue with our first room where there was a leakage problem in the bathroom. He made sure we were given an alternative room with no fuss and was always happy to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. We had a very pleasant stay here.

The hotel is very popular with people visiting from Mainland China so it can get very busy and noisy in the main concourse, and potentially in the corridors if there is a wedding party staying there.

Advance warning, if you book directly with the hotel, wifi access is complimentary. If you're booking through online accommodation search engines, wifi is not included. Also if your room is located quite high up in the towers, your mobile might not any signal.

We stayed on 71st floor....great view. Fast elevators to top...buffet style for breakfast.... little american comfort foods (no panckaes, wafles, doughnuts, or multigran/flavored cereal). Seats in lobby and poolside were stone....no cushioned seats and no trashcans readily available. However all areas were clean.

Unfortunately we were given as a non-smoking room one in which trees had been smoked. In addition to the bad smell, the cleaning left to be desired. The room was quite nice and did not lack amenities such as body milk or toothbrush

Typical package When you check in to the hotel or at breakfast you are pretty messy. It is a little distance from shopping and sightseeing center but subway is easy to use and room condition is good. Service is not friendly.

Was here for a vegetarian banquet and for vegetarian food, the catering was top notch. Hard to find a good hotel kitchen and chef that does vegetarian banquets this well. The vegetarian Char Siu was fantastic. The service could have been better as the wait staff seemed very inexperienced, but that doesn't take anything away from the food and the fantastic kitchen.

It s not the first time to staycation in Tsuen Wan...

It s not the first time to staycation in Tsuen Wan Ruxin staycation. This time I choose the high-rise deluxe sea view twin room. Apart from the view of the boats and the Rambler Strait, you can also enjoy the view of Ting Kau Bridge (because it s not a very high-rise building, it s only Just seeing the bridge, it seems to sound like the roof of the building). The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom facilities in the room are adequate.
The attitude of the staff in each post is worthy of praise, serious work, courteous to the guests, and high efficiency (because there is no razor in the bathroom, ask for it from housekeeping, and give it away quickly).

It is a pity that there are a few undesirable places where staycation is discounted. It is worth noting:
-**Compared with a low-rise room of the same level, there are many pillars beside the window in a room, occupying a considerable amount of space, and the room becomes cramped;

-Don't provide shoe draws, it is very inconvenient to try to ring the shoes;
-Capsule coffee machine is not provided. This equipment is already common, and it is very important for guests who stay in the room for a long time.

There are two areas that need to be improved:
-** There are two Chinese-style wooden chairs in the room. The problem is that there are no cushions. Patpat suffers a lot from sitting on the chair for a long time. Although it has been reported last time, the staff asked for cushions again this time, but the reply is the same. Words are not provided, if you want to ring the room for a long time to read the book, it is not too comfortable;
-** The breakfast is a set meal, which is a combination of Chinese and Western, including preserved egg and minced meat porridge, fried rice noodles, bacon, boiled eggs, toast, etc. The quantity is OK, the quality is not flattering, the food is frozen, only bowls The porridge is semi-cold but not hot. The breakfast drinks are coffee, black tea, milk, no juice or yogurts, which is the most undesirable item in the whole staycation.

We will go to Tsuen Wan Nina Hotel staycation again, but we may not choose high-rise buildings unless there are very high-rise rooms; we must not choose breakfast again. If you change it to a buffet style, you can try.

Absolutely worth every single penny! Best hotel I have stayed in Hong Kong with such price range. Staffs are extremely friendly and accommodating. Very close to subway station and major shopping malls. Beautiful view from your room. Stayed in the Higher tower and I get unobstructed view of beautiful harbor.

Bedding are very comfy and make me feels like home. I will come back!
